I brought my car to Sierra Auto Center to buy and have them install 2 tires. They put the 2 new tires on the front of my car. A couple of days after that I went to Idaho and Oregon for 2 1/2 weeks. When I came back, I saw that the sensor on the drivers side front tire was not reading the tire pressure. I brought the car back to them to ask what was causing the problem and they said that the tire sensor on that tire needed to be replaced and would cost $150. This seemed strange to me because there was no problem with the tire sensor before they replaced my tires. Carlos said to return any day that week in the morning and he would replace the tire sensor. Two days later I went to to Sierra Auto to talk to them about replacing the sensor and the fact that the tire sensor was fine before they replaced the tires. Carlos would barely speak to me and told me that he was too busy to help me.I am going to have to take my car somewhere to have the tire sensor replaced. This will cost me of course, and that is in addition to the $388.73 that Carlos charged me for the purchase and installation of 2 tires. Additionally, they did not align my tires.Do not use this place.
After 2 months, I am still carless and dealing with the many problems this place has put me in. My car had been having some trouble so we towed it over there. They called us and said they have to take out the engine to find out what exactly is going on, like it was not a big deal. What they didnt tell us, was that this action would invalidate the warranty that this car had with the Hyundai dealership (this was only a 4 year old car), and if they have indeed been in the business for 30+ years, how would they not know this? Why did they not inform us that taking out the engine could potentially ruin our warranty? If this place has any idea what they were doing, they would have told us this, or maybe they did know this, and just knew that we were going to pay whatever it costed to fix the engine. My family and I are not experts with cars at all and rely on PROFESSIONALS to know what they are doing and be completely transparent with the repercussions of taking out the engine, especially when we had payed them thousands and thousands of dollars in the past and thought we had a relationship. Turns out the engine was shot.. So now, we have a bad engine out of the vehicle. Now, they want to charge us 5000-6000 to put a new engine in, or a couple thousand to put the broken engine back in the car, which they never mentioned to us during the phone call. Not only did they ruin a warranty we had with the dealership, but they never mentioned at all how much it will cost to put the engine, fixed or not, back in the car. They wanted to charge us over a thousand dollars to put a broken engine back in the car, or the 5000-6000 for a new one. So we essentially had no choice at that point. They assumed we would say yes to the new engine job without informing us of anything before. It doesnt stop there. We payed them 500 dollars to get our car back and engine, physically separate from eachother. Know what they did? THEY HAD COMPLETELY TAKEN MY ENGINE APART. We were given back a broken down engine with 4-5 boxes full of disassembled parts, bolts, screws and wires. So here we are with an engine-less vehicle, a completely broken down disassembled engine, and 3-4 boxes filled with hundreds of parts, loss of $500, and a tarnished relationship. It has been over 2 months now and I am still dealing with the issues that were given to me by this service. I had to pay out of pocket to put the engine completely back together (were missing pieces as well), and then put back into my car with a crane, close over a 1000$, and then for it to be checked out by Hyundai. I still have to pay for a new engine and transmission. They ruined my warranty which I had, which a professional mechanic shop should have known when they took out my engine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Quick and fast place for cafe con leche or cortadito.. 🍰.. Great service.. Great prices for the Beach.. So dont wait..
Getting ready to go on a trip so I wanted to give my car a little tuneup and get it ready for the road. The service was amazing the environment and professionalism was impeccable. I loved how they took care of me and assured me my car was safe to go on a long road trip. Also a big bonus was that while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I treated myself to Cafecito Cubano and there was an endless selection of baked goods. From pastries to sandwiches to the simplest request of a salad and yogurt parfait and there amazing Milk shake selection. You name it I’m sure they have it. I have never seen a station like this one and they make you feel so welcomed. Thank you so much to the owner Jose Sierra and his staff for making my experience a great one.
Expensive gas. I rather cross the bridge and drive the extra mile. 10 bucks difference on a full tank is a big difference. So excuse me...
Great place, honest owner named Carlos who’s taken care of me 5-6 times with multiple vehicles. His prices are always cheaper than the rest of Miami Beach, I don’t even cross-compare anymore. He’s honest and will not give you a service you don’t need. Best mechanic I’ve ever had. Couldn’t be happier.
Had a bad experience at this place. I dropped off my car ( a Dodge ) there on a Friday for a part that the owner said would come in on the following Tuesday. The part never arrived. He tells me that the part is in transit and will come on Wednesday. Wednesday he calls me and says he doesnt know when the part is going to arrive. Really? I told him to just forget it. I picked up the car on Thursday and had to pay $200 for labor. He didn’t even offer me a discount for my inconvenience. I took the car to the Dodge dealer, which is what i should’ve done in the first place, and had them order the part and fix the car. Never again.
Incredible service! Had an issue with my car and after going to 3 different auto shops, the most honest opinion and reasonable price came down to them. Was able to get my issue resolved while having lunch at their cafeteria.. Quick, reliable and honest.
Great reasonable mechanic on South Beach.
I CALLED THIS PLACE TO GET INFO ON A CAR I HAD PURCHASED THAT THEY HAD SERVICED, CARLOS WAS VERY HELPFUL. ITS NICE TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE THAT WILL GIVE YOU INFORMATION EVEN WHEN YOUR NOT SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM. THANKS CARLOS.

Stay away. Charged a fortune and the problem persisted.
Over charge me on work that was done to my car and it was never right
Tried to get bakery but the woman didnt speak english well
This workshop is the worst thing, I wouldnt give it a star. First-rate scammers charged me $ 600 between the battery and a sensor that included the review and $ 50 crane guaranteed that I would have no more electrical problems and in less than a month the directional lights do not turn on. It took 1 week to tell me what it has and a few hours to put the battery and the sensor you take the car and they do not say what it has alleging that one has to authorize the review to collect it. But in addition to that when one goes to pick it up, there is no mechanic who delivers it and shows the work, only paying and picking up the car. They also do not guarantee a guarantee of work. They have a lousy payment and attention system to never return. I really felt pretty bad knowing what they charged me for something that they didnt show me and even more when what they did was useless I think the review was lousy and that they never really found the cars electrical problem they just changed the battery to solve and the car will start. I recommend to all women who drive not to go through this workshop because I think they take advantage to convince and cheat them. In general I do not recommend it to anyone.
