Bad experience with one of the workers today. Upon entering the garage, the machine did not give me a ticket. The gate opened but no ticket was given. I parked and went directly down to the ground level to let them know so I could be given a replacement. This was at 12:00. It took a few minutes but one of the managers came out and gave me a new card. I had a quick job nearby and came back around 12:35. While leaving, there was now a new lady at the booth. I had given her the ticket and it rung up at over $16, saying that the time on the ticket was close to 3 hours, even though it had only been about 30 minuted. I told her how I did not get a ticket when I came in and the manager had given me this one, but the time was incorrect. She started claiming it was impossible and accused me of losing my ticket so that I didnt have to pay. I encouraged her to talk to her manager to verify all of this and even look at the security footage. She ignored all of this and just kept claiming it was impossible and that I must have lost mine. This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful on her behalf. I have used this garage for over a year now with no issues, but this employee should be trained on customer service. Next time, talk with your supervisor or manager before making ignorant accusations.

Always open, turn left then avoid the heat and humidity of level two. $6 + tax for the first hour, up to $40 + tax for the first 16-24 hours, minus $5 if you stay at Four Points or Holiday Inn or Lexington or Best Western.

Avoid at all cost. Valet drivers are doing 30 mph in 5 mph garage corridors. So they are highly likely to hit you with the car OR they will ruin your car while doing it. I stopped one of them and complained (having two small children with me) and he just gave me a blank stare and drove away. I personally saw one of the valet drivers punch a Maserati up the ramp through few gears and then take a sharp turn with tires squealing. I spoke to an Alamo rental car employee and he stated that he has yelled at them numerous time over the years but they just wont change. This garage should not be in operation. I have reported this to the local police department.

Horrible place. My family and I were being called very mean racial slurs by the so called supervisor of this locations! Please save your money and dont go near this place!

Insanely expensive, and almost got run over by valet drivers for the hotels that go 30mph inside the garage. Paid almost $40 a night which is ridiculous.

6-12hrs you had to pay $ 40.00 this why Im giving this parking garage a low rate
