This shop has become family to me for one reason.This reason being that after having a VERY negative experience with an employee named Carlos.Carlos did not ever give me a call for updates on my car or even return any of my calls. This is absurd considering my phone number was left written on a box with my personally purchased parts.He seemed annoyed by my presence and brushed me off as another woman who didn’t know how to deal with their vehicle without considering that I’ve worked on cars throughout most of my teenage years.The fact that I was disrespected continuously by this man is ridiculous.I felt that I was putting more effort, time, & money in to my car than he would ever consider. He wanted to take the easy route and get my vehicle off the property to Acura rather than actually do his job which is ordering the correct parts and getting it installed.This review may seem negative but it is only towards him specifically.The rest of the team at this location has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. They greet me with a smile and constantly make sure to update me with what progress they’ve made. I consider them family and would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop for any basic needs or even the complex issues.Thank you to the team here for making sure that I was taken care of and had a positive experience after taking over work with my car from Carlos.He simply sucks.

They told me my tires were in and I would have same day service. They said they would call when ready. They never called. The following day I called about 20x, twice somebody answered and put me on hold for 10+ minutes each time. When I went to pick my car up they gave me every sob story about their AC was broken, short staff etc. It took me about 20 minutes to get my keys despite being the only client there bc the front wall guy had to be in control. Once I got them my valve caps were missing on the car. He tried to give me green ones saying that was all they had. I showed photos of my wheels from drop off with silver caps (always take photos). Eventually I got one of the guys from in the garage area to find me some silver caps. Car was filthy. I’ll never use this place again.

They are busy, but efficient and they have good a nd fair communication. I felt like I was important to their business.Highly recommend.

Make sure you come with lots of time to spare.Took me 30 minutes to drop it off and so far 20 minutes waiting to pick it up, even though there was nobody on front of me. Add 10 more minutes waiting to move the car blocking mine.Other than that tires are good and they guy at the counter was nice. Car was done in a couple of hours like they promised.

Terrible service! Unless you enjoy sitting for 3+ hours to change 1 tire. Did not leave until 815 pm 1.5 hours after closing. after i already made and appointment for 5 pm. I Found tires and installation 150 cheaper at a bmw dealership. Ripped me off and made me wait. I would not return to them if they offered me 4 free tires. They are the worst.

Yesterday i made and online appointment for today, 10 am to change two tires, upont arrival was greeted by rude and unprofecional manager, who told me that they dont do apointments for tires and he cant provide service. and fackt that i have confirmed apointmet he dosnt care, he dont do WEB. I dont know who made for you apointment, we dont do any apointments, and if you want to change tires, come tomorrow at 7 am, you will be first..

I dropped off my car this morning at 10 AM and came back now at 5:25 to see that they have not even started my car. When I dropped it off this morning they told me it would be ready within the hour. I called later around 1:30 in the afternoon to see if my car was ready to pick up and they informed me that it was still not ready. It is quite frustrating to find out I have completely wasted my only day off this week. I will not go back there.

Good, honest, hard-working folks. If they dont get to you immediately, wait patiently and they will get to you. Its not personal, they take their customers first-come first-serve.They carry only the best tires and you can trust theyll take good care of you.

Very rude, uncouth and bad people, promised to see the car on Friday, then postponed until Saturday and then until Monday. On Monday he came to them, began to explain the situation to them, did not even want to listen and shouted loudly to come on Wednesday. I do not advise anyone to work with such people, they are just scoundrels.

Buyer BEWARE! Complete RIPOFF! This Tire Choice location preys on tourists or anyone unfamiliar w/ the auto industry. They will up-charge you at least DOUBLE what it should all bc youre in South Beach.I dropped by yesterday to get a quote on changing a set of wheels on my car. They tried to charge me $62.50 a wheel.. Over $250 total just for something as simple as changing a set wheels!!!I went elsewhere & they charged me the fair market price of $30.00 a wheel, Only $120 total.Do your homework, and dont get scammed by these guys!

I have never seen a more rude manager in my life. I went in in the pouring rain to fix a flat. When I entered, the manager was berating the client before me. When it was my turn, I explained the I had a flat and also wanted to look at brakes. He scolded me for parking near the garage entrance (did I mention it was POURING?) He made me park in the back. I returned, soaked, and he said I had to wait indefinitely because he had a no getting wet policy. REALLY? I offered to pull the car in myself. HE said no. I told him I would have to go somewhere else and he basically told me too bad. NEVER use this place.

Outstanding service by Mich. They are honest and profesional and will go back here for any mechanical needs they can perform.Update: 10/12/2021 I went in there to get my brakes checked and they quote me at 1k. I can read people well and felt that the GM I dont know his name hes always in the office and comes out randomly. I can tell he mentioned I needed new roters and breaks. Mich asked if they can just replace brak pads and manader said NO. I took it to another shop and SHOCKER I did NOT NEED new rotaters and they charged me $300! SO I will not be going here again untill they get a new GM. Mich is the only good person there in office. GOOD LUCK not getting played as long as the other GM there!

After waiting 4 hours for them to patch my tire they charged me $45 and let me not forget to add they did not remove the wheel from my car nor did they put the wheel back onto my car they ALSO charged me and additional $18 for a TPMS sensorWHICH MY CAR DOES NOT HAVESTAY AWAY FROM THIS TIRE SHOP THESE PEOPLE ARE GRIMEY

I recently took my M4 here to have the wheels balanced due to a vibration at 40mph. The initial balancing helped a bit but didnt fix the issue entirely, so I brought it back, where it was discovered that 3/4 of my rims were bent! Mariano told me he would send the car off to have the rims refurbished, and I requested that they be painted as well. The refurb work took place over the course of a weekend and I arrived Monday to find the wheels looking even better than brand new! The vibration issue is completely fixed as well, and the car is driving perfectly.Mariano, Miguel, and John all helped me throughout the process and they were friendly, professional, and responsive throughout. I will definitely take my car back!

Worst customer service Ive received in a very long time. The current staff is extremely unprofessional and provided me with whatever customer care. Wont go back there again, horrible service by front desk staff members.

*DISHONEST PEOPLE WORK AT THIS PLACE* We took our company car to have service done on it. We assumed it was ok to leave our iPhone charging cables (which we need for work) inside our own car, but when we picked up the car which was around 5:50PM (they close at 6PM) we noticed both iPhone cables and a cigarette lighter charging hub were missing. We called Tire Choice the following morning, we were placed on hold for about 15 min, someone else came back to the phone and said they would call me back, they never did, this was 3 days ago. The actual cables and charging hub are not that expensive, we can replace them, but the fact that you have to make sure your stuff is taken out of the car before you drop-it off to this business is just unacceptable. Customers should be able to leave their car and certain belongings inside the car without having to worry about dishonest thieves. We will not be coming back to this place. This place is the pits. I went there with my friend. We had a flat and and needed the tire plugged on GOODYEAR tires. My friend told him he bought the tires at a Goodyear store in Stuart fl and that they were under warranty. The guy said okay and we would have to wait a couple of hours to plug the tire. After 4 hours of waiting and time to leave the guy told us that we never told him about the tires were Goodyear and that we would have to pay 40 dollars to plug the tire. They go by the name of Tire Choice but have a HUGE GOODYEAR sign on the outside of the building. They are crooks. If I could give them a zero I would. We called Goodyear, they refunded the money to my friend and also said they were having major complaints from this place. Stay away. Oh yeh one more thing, They put two tires on a guys Ferrari when he didnt authorize it and he was in there screaming at them and fighting while we were there.

A tire shop that takes 2 days to plug a tire..... very sad and poor bussniess

Was denied service even though I made an appointment. Told me they had too many cars in front of me to help me today. Not understanding what’s the purpose of an appointment if they don’t commit to them. Every time I go in there it’s something staff is horrible and unorganized. I definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible service. Double check the work of these people do. They also keep deleting the pics from the website. After picking up my car from the shop. I noticed the hood of my car was not closed properly. Came to find out they closed it with a screwdriver in between.

Ended up going to the place, heard the phone ringing like crazy, staff was there laughing about not picking up the phone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Left my car for hours to patch a tire with a screw in it. The manager told me to return at 5:30 and they close at 6. He said it wasn’t done and then says it is done. I then left the car at the airport for several days only to come back and have the same tire problem with it dangerous for me to drive from airport home late at night. Went back and told this manager. He didn’t say a word. He didn’t look surprised at all it wasn’t done! No ‘I’m sorry’ he just absolutely didn’t care. Also was ignored to get air in this tire so I could drive around to try to find a decent honest tire place in Miami Beach. Find anywhere but here for your tire needs!

**DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF YOUR BELONGINGS IN THE CAR **So my business partner don’t like to complain but he took his car to this place for maintenance and when the vehicle was done, he notice some items missing.2 iPhone cables that’s always attached to our solar panel and a cigarette port USB adapter.I really didn’t want to make a big deal about it but it’s pretty serious even if the items could be replaced. It makes you wonder what other services this place is adding on to the cost. Look I’m not accusing anyone of theft but maybe the mechanics borrowed it, who knows but we never take those cables out let alone a cigarette port USB adapter. We called to ask and they said they’d return the call which they didn’t. Again, not assuming of theft but it’s not right to take anyone’s belongings because it creates dishonesty. This is why I’m writing this review.If you are the manager reading this, I would return the call to my business partner Steve, Red VW. He took the car 2 days ago.

So I set an appointment for an oil change at 11am and after waiting 1, 2, 3, FOUR G*d D*mn HOURS they finally get done with my car. Whats the point of setting an appointment for early in the day if you get your car in FOUR hours??? FOUR hours is ridiculous for a simple oil change. Go elsewhere and save yourself the stress and time.

I had an AMAZING experience with Xuomary yesterday and I would love to tell the world about it! Ive been tirelessly searching for an auto service center that did not want to screw me on changing the brakes on my Jeep Rubicon...I was quoted anywhere from $735 to $1,045 and Xuomary asked me if I ACTUALLY got the brakes checked out...I told her Im not sure, so she went above and beyond to get them checked out, at no cost, and told me that I only needed front brake pads and rotors AND THERE WAS NO NEED TO CHANGE THE REAR BRAKES, AS THEY WERE FINE! Wow, really?!?! I was told by two other shops that the rears needed changing too...Needless to say, my price went WAY down, because of Xuomary going above and beyond the call of duty to help me and make sure that my Jeep got exactly want it needed, nothing more! This is the type of service that I usually dont find on Miami Beach. THANK YOU, XUOMARY!

Needed an oil change and just from my initial phone call the customer service was great. They took my car in the same day and right away and didnt try to sell me on any additional services which I really appreciated. I stopped by the following day to ask a question about something unrelated to my oil change and they took care of me right away. I will absolutely be going back to them for future services and recommend!

Just moved to Miami Beach and had no idea where to go to get my oil changed. As I was driving along Alton road I saw the Tire Choice and pulled in hoping they could help. Upon arrival at the Tire Choice Miguel noticed immediately that I also had a nail in my tire and assured me he would be able to just patch it up. Very nice service and an overall pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back!

(See Update: DO NOT USE THEM) Prices were fair, time was a lot slower than they claimed. I am not sure how honest they are, two different tow truck guys (long story) told me an honest tire place will just plug my tire, they said I needed a new one. I see denora (below) posted a similar story which explains that they don’t fix tires even when they are fixable. Horrible. They wasted my time and stole my money. Will not return.

These guys are so great! On time and efficient. They really saved my life and enabled me to get to the Keys on time! Highly recommend.

TOO BUSY FOR YOU! Dont go here because they are way too busy. Two months after installing new tires, I ran over a screw. I asked them to fix it and file a claim with my tire insurance. They literally said they were too busy. Their shop was full of cars and people working but they were too busy to handle my tire problem. I went to the dealership and they took 5 minutes to call the insurance and replaced the tire. No problems. This place is unreliable to say the least.

Ive been coming to this place for years. They give an honest price and do good work in a short time. They are also polite and friendly. I highly recommend them for your vehicles mechanical needs. Today i needed some air in my tires and oil checked and they did it quickly and complimentary . You just cant find places that value their regular customers on South Beach very often. 5 stars.

I’m extremely happy I picked to go by tire choice auto center today to get some new tires. My car came in and out in no time. But best of all was the customer service. Xuomary at the front desk immediately attended to me in the best way possible and got me where and what I needed. I truly had the best experience and couldn’t ask for any better. I guess it is individual experience...cannot rely on reviews -maybe they bought reviews. I came in because saw 5 stars reviews...But on the first day made appointment on their website for 4 pm arrived at 3:30, stood in line at least 30 min, upon me coming up to front desk I saw mecahnics running back and forth saying it is the end of the day, even though they close at 6pm... Front desk took the key and when i asked when it will be ready, he said they have too much work too many cars maybe by tomorrow and better for me to come back tomorrow. Mind you, I came in for an oil change. Nonetheless, remembering reviews and it being conveniently located near my new home i gave all my info and made appointment to come back next day at 10 am. I came back, new guy at the front desk doubted me and said he doesnt have none of my info i gave yesterday/20 min/, gave it again, and left the car with them, said i have event later and need oil change, no one called by 4 pm i went to pick up car 6 hours later it was still in the same spot! Horrible! Again whomever was at front desk said bring it tomorrow....so sad, I personally feel damaged it was hours and hours ... Terrible experience. Dont come here.

Went in today for a simple issue and the guy at the front desk was very rude and aggressive. I waited 10 minutes and saw the most unfocused person possible, he kept having random conversations customers much longer than necessary. He couldn’t give me a straight answer at which point I just left. The only reason I don’t rate this as a 1 is because we’ve been there before and gotten great service

Stay away from this place . Unless you have an hour for your car to be assessed . I Arrived, There was 2 people in the lobby early morning with 2 gentlemen behind the desk. One was taking care of both costumers, another just working on computer and told to wait a min . 20 minutes later, literally, Carlos said how can I help you ? Showed pic of my tire he instantly said needs replacement. 20 min with empty Lobby to tell me I need replacement of a tire they didnt have in stock . Whoever is manager needs to get a grip of situation. Completely unacceptable attitude .

I kept getting the tires are empty alert on my dash and a friends neighbor helped me discover one nail in the middle of one of my tires. The next day, as soon as I got to Tire Choice at 8:20am, which has a huge Goodyear sign, the person who attended me said he was a manager and within 2 minutes had identified my country of origin, which he is from, as well. Immediately when we got to my car, he said it might not be patchable depending on where the nail is, when I hadnt even told him where Id found the nail. He said theyd take a look. After nearly four hours of waiting, I call wondering why its taking so long. Oh, its not patchable, which is odd because the nail is in the center of the tire. When I arrive, theyd circled an area on the outside of the tire, and yet thats something that neither myself nor my friend who had checked it the day before had noticed. Fine, how much is it to replace the tire? At first the manager tells me theres a Michellin, but that was not a good tire, but that the next level was a Goodyear and then the Yokohama, like what I had on my car. He says the Goodyear is in stock and they could put it on today. I asked about getting two of them since they were decently priced at $90 and I figured it might be more balanced. His eyes go big and he starts to look, but says that they dont have two in stock. Only one and that theyd have to order. I start to reconsider and phone my father, who loves mechanics as a hobby. He says Michellin, but its odd bc Michellins are always more expensive. I ask the manager to find me the Michellin. At some point he claims that he didnt say that we had Michellins, but to go ahead and talk with this other guy because he (the manager) doesnt know how to order. I wait for the next staff member, and hes being very outgoing with me. He wants to start from scratch and get the right pricing, get the right tire size. But Im starting to sense something is fishy because suddenly those Goodyear tires that were in stock are not in stock. I tell them Id rather just leave. He takes me outside, which I feel is like a distraction to get me calmer. We go back to the computer and suddenly the tire goes from $90 to $160. Ive already said once at this point, that I want to leave. Now Ive reiterated Can I just have my keys? TOO many things that are really fishy. I would not suggest to even stop there for anything at all.

My recent repair at this location destroyed my car, possibly for good.On Thursday, October 29th, I took my Jeep Wrangler to this location for repairs. I’ve been to this location before, and Mariano and his team made this the worst experience I’ve ever had. I picked up my car on Saturday, October 31st, drove it 7 blocks home, and didn’t touch the car again until Monday morning. The list of repairs on my car included:An oil change and new oil filter, computer scan, antifreeze, a new fuel cap, checking the rear ABS, exchanging brake fluid, installing and replacing the thermostat, and exchanging the coolant.On my ride from work Monday, my car’s temperature gauge light/alert started flashing and beeping. Then, the remaining warning lights on my car started flashing. My car started smelling like something was burning while I was in standstill traffic on 95. In the middle of the causeway to the beach during rush hour, my engine started making knocking sounds before totally powering down in the middle of the road with smoke coming from under the hood. This was the first and only time I drove the car after picking it up from Mariano Carballosa at this location.I had my car towed to this location Monday evening. Tuesday, I let Mariano Carballosa at this location know what occurred and brought the keys to my car in because the location was closed when my car was towed.After not hearing from anyone until 2PM Wednesday, I called Mariano, and I was told by Mariano that he would find out what was wrong, and that I would be called back “in about 10 minutes.” I finally called at 4:30 PM after not hearing from Mariano, and Mariano repeatedly ignored the calls (3-4 times) on the personal number he gave me (he also previously knew it was me calling, so I know my calls were ignored at this point). When I finally get Mariano on the phone, I was told he found out in the morning what was wrong, despite the fact that at 2PM I was told he had no idea. Mariano proceeded to say the damage was caused by something “totally separate and unrelated” to the work that was done just before I drove my car on this occasion. Mariano suggested I contact my Jeep about the car’s warranty, but I think Mariano and this franchised location should make this right and fix the car they destroyed. I shouldn’t have to bear the costs of Mariano’s, or this franchise’s, negligence.

The service was awesome. They helped me get a tow and not only had my tire but at a reasonable price. Replaced it very fast. The lady who helped her really knew what she was doing, was very polite and courteous.

I dropped off a 1995 Manual jeep im trying to fixed as a present for someone. It took them 3 days to call me back and say that they are no able to check the jeep because they do not know how to turn it on. I when to pick it up only to find they had stolen my battery and replaces with a damages one. After I call, the manager said that it is out of his responsibility if anything gets stolen when the car is at the their location.

The service here was extraordinary. From the minute I called, I was greeted with enthusiasm and the rep was very helpful as well as the automotive technicians. I dropped off my car and although they were super busy, being that it was a Saturday, the oil change was done efficiently!

Front desk will lie to you. They told me to come there in 5 min and theyll take care of the nail in my tire. Got there in 5 min. Waited in line for 30 min then they tell me itllbe 1h and 30 min before they can get to my car. If they lie about small things like that, what else are they lieing about???

This place will always be HIGHLY recommended by me because Xuomary at the front desk helped me with everything I possibly needed and made everything so much easier. I had an issue with my tire and Miguel that sold me the tire was super understanding and very helpful as well. They both made my experience at Tire Choice worth my time. I needed a starter motor installed on my car so I called these guys. They were nice and professional over the phone. I dropped my car off an hour early and they called me a couple hours later telling me my car was finished. They did a great job and my car is running fine again. Definitely call these guys if you need to service your car.

Fantastic service, polite, they did not try to sell me anything unnecessary and best of all they dealt with the issue super quick even though their workshop seemed very busy. It is impossible to beat that service. Keep it up guys!

Chivalry is not dead at Tire Choice in Miami Beach. After a four hour drive up from Key West and a near death breakdown experience in the middle of a busy Miami Beach intersection, we were pleasantly surprised to be helped above and beyond by Mariano and his crew at Tire Choice. The car had simply died at the intersection. The Tire Choice crew was able to get us towed immediately and at a decent price, from another shop too busy to look at it. After all that the car started. We left it with Tire Choice to give it a good once over before the long drive home in the morning.Well they not only gave it a once over, more of a twice and three times over. They wanted to make sure it was safe for us to drive back down to the keys. They had it up, had it down, and ran it with the A/C blasting for several hours. They simply couldn’t find anything wrong with the car. We thanked them for being so attentive, kind and thorough. “How much do we owe you”, the answer nearly floored us ZERO! We can’t thank you enough. It’s refreshing to know there are still caring businesses out there. If you ever get down to Key West, drinks are on us!

I live in Orlando and realized I had a flat tire when I arrived in Miami. Although I lived in Miami before, I was on the beach and had no idea who to call quickly. This shop was right up the road and I was able to get *just* enough air in my tire to make it to them and thankfully they were able to patch it!I originally called another shop (who didnt deal with flat tires) and they suggested I go to The Tire Choice & Total Car Care. Im so glad they did because I would have just kept searching around on Google for - anything, really. The man I worked with (who told me his name, but I of course forgot it, sorry love) was INCREDIBLY professional and nice. He called right when the car was ready and I was back on the road - literally!Thanks again guys for your reliable, speedy, and affordable work! :D

Mariano helped me find my lost engagement ring which had fallen between the console and the passenger seat. After searching for it all night I had pretty much lost all hope but when I came to Tirechoice I was saved by Mariano. He Was so friendly, helpful and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!

Amazing mechanics, highly professional, right smack in the middle of Alton Rd, courteous, understanding, and most of all; honest, and fair. I have a 2006 Hyundai sonata (a beater car) and now it runs as if I just got it out the dealership 13 years ago! Thank you Miguel! Thank you Mariano! And thank you everyone else there! Avoid this place at all cost.. worst customer service super rude, over a week with the car didn’t work on it, even though every day they would call saying that they would work on it the next, had to take it somewhere else on a tow truck because of their bad work ethic.. will definitely be telling all my Miami Beach people to avoid this mediocre mechanic store

I have been using tire choice for many years and cannot say enough amazing things about the team. Tim is simply incredible, a totally first class guy that has more knowledge than an encyclopedia on performance tires. He was able to guide me based on my specific needs, handled the whole thing perfectly. Their pricing, timeliness and service are best in class all the way!

For the last 4 years, these guys have been great!! However, my car got water damaged and I dropped it off to be fixed june 2. They told me to bring it in but then said they were understaffed and were too busy to fix it in a timely fashion ....they kept telling me they would get to it and then they didn’t. I’ll spare you the endless annoying details, but my insurance got involved, even my lawyer called! After many many delays and excuses and miscommunication, I finally picked up my car today, july 6.... I was deeply disappointed in their unprofessional service and will definitely be taking my car somewhere else in the future.

In my 38 years living on Miami Beach, and having my car serviced, I have NEVER experienced the level of professionalism and competency as I have dealing with Mariano, who is also the Manager. It is clear why he is the Manager. His service is performed with an enduring smile, and incredibly friendly attitude! Hes truly the man. I would drive out of my way to be serviced thru this Tire Choice location, as they have earned my trust as well! Mariano has also surrounded himself with a team of customer service specialists and technicians who operate with this same high standard. I cannot give enough praise, as they deliver above and beyond. Its a great find!

Yesterday I dropped by Tire Choice about a problem with my MINI.Within minutes Mariano did a diagnosis & ordered parts. I continued with my day & by late morning the parts were delivered. I have been going to Tire Choice when it was Martino Tires. Mariano captivates the word of customer service. The entire team is professional and are honest in regard to what is wrong with the vehicle and pricing. Had as good an experience that one can expect at a tire/auto service store. Tim went above and beyond to help me with a blown tire and other small issues. Quick turnaround, honest advice, professionalism, and a smile. Have been coming for years, but the service seems to be getting better (perhaps due to Tim?). Pulled up with a rod deep within my fairly new tire, was told had to be replaced, when I went to pay I was told they would take care of the warranty for me and all I had to pay for was the balance service. This place has always been a community orientated business. Any Miami Beach Resident or anyone who works in South beach can tell you this is a great place for your vehicle. Working on Alton Road and enduring the 3 years of constant construction has taken a toll on my cars with constant flats. These guys are always there to help me out in a bind and are very understanding of the circumstances we all deal with on a CONSTANT basis here on the beach. Thanks guys for always taking care of us!

They have the best service Ive ever had at any auto shop! Went way out of their way to help me and fix a slow leak on my driver side tire that has been a headache for over a year. Ive gone here for both new tires and my oil change. They are always helpful and fast. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe driving off their lot. Jim even helped me adjust my mirrors! Highly recommend

Ive been coming here for years, always honest and professional. Today I went there thinking I needed new brake pads and rotors (because Jiffy Lube said they were low). I also needed rear tires. David called me and said my front pads still had 40% left, so new pads werent necessary. That doesnt happen often!!! Of course, I still got the tires. Thanks for the honesty guys!!!

Tire Choice on Alton is a great location. I went in for a nail in my tire plus needed tire rotation and an alignment. The price was correct and service was done quick. Would for sure recommend this location to others. Keep up the good work.

Good Car Service. I had an Oil Change for my car and it was done earlier than expected. Easy location to get to or from for South Beach Residents. I caught the MB Trolley just outside their door and was home in no time.

Thanks, Carlos!! Great work. Carlos got me in and out in just about an hour for a punctured tire which needed replacement. He applied the tire insurance I previously purchased and I paid a fraction of the tire’s cost plus labor and renewed insurance (good because Miami streets littered with construction material). Been bringing my cat here for tire repairs for years and will keep coming back.

I highly recommend Tire Choice. I took my car here to repair a tire and get an oil change. The guys were very friendly and helped identify another issue I thought I was having. They made a quick suggestion on what to do to fix the issue and didnt waste my time by telling me a million things wrong with my car like I have had happen at other places. The prices were fair and the service was great. I will be coming back.

Worst service in my 58 yrs. yrs on this earth. Waited over 2 hrs for a plug in my tire. No one at the cashiers stand. Everyone in the office eating . Horrible . I will never come here again.
