The BEST customer service and has GREAT knowledge about the cigars in the store! My go to shop whenever I need to buy cigars!

Arturo is the man when it comes to cigars he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Have not been inside the shop cause of remodeling and covid but can’t wait to go. They have a large selection even the opus X which is so hard to find will definitely make many morel trips thank you Arturo

All right all right! These guys are opening up on monday, after a bunch of construction. I give them five stars for their selection, they had my favorite cigar which I travel the country looking for. I normally order my cigars online fm Neptune cigar.com, but theyve been out of my favorite selection of la floor Dominicana and have been unfriendly after all my years of patronage. But, Somehow, after visiting a half dozen cigar sellers in NO, Habana Port Cigar Merchants had several boxes of the most exclusive and delicious cigar in the world. I was very pleased that they took my call. They were very accommodating and told me their inventory before I drove the 5.2 mi from Bourbon Street to their location to retrieve the most delicious smoke of my life. I purchased a box, 20, of my favorite smoke. Curbside! :-) Im very thankful to have found these guys. I wish them well, and I hope they maintain the love and integrity that us cigar aficionados appreciate. Thank you so much gents! I will definitely be doing mail order and or returning when Im back in the area. The only reason why I did not give them five stars, was because I couldnt get inside and see the beautiful humidor and decor. If I was to start a cigar store, I would call it humidor and decor. Friendly, helpful staff; good recommendations on cigars. I especially appreciate that they set up a table outside to comply with COVID-19 regulations! Even with the inconvenience of that the service is reasonably quick!

I know nothing about cigars but I went there looking for a gift for a cigar-loving friend. The young man working was super knowledge and so very patient with me. It was an excellent experience and Ill definitely be back in the future.

I visited the store today was rung up by Roberto, I observed him waiting on a customer as I selected a very good cigar Davidoff LE 2018 Florida selection $34.99, as he rung out the gentleman as asked him for his name. Well I am next up, I get no smile nor am I asked my name. I pay for my smoke and walk out, as I walk to my vehicle l notice that loyalty earned is .35 not sure what that means I walked back in the store to ask. Roberto tells me its point system for customers. I asked him how come he has NEVER asked me my name so that I can get my points. He became angry and told me that I needed to give him my name before the sale. I asked why he couldnt be nicer and ask customers for their names as I personally spend $40 to $100 in his store each visit. He bit his lips as I asked for MY money back since I cant be treated like other customers. This guy is a jerk and I will make it my business to inform ALL of my personal and professional colleagues to avoid this place at all cost. Dude its not a crime to be nice to EVERYONE that spends money in YOUR business.

The pictures do this place no justice. You have to see it for yourself. Very broad selection of brands and flavors. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Great, competitive pricing very approachable guys. Only short a smoking room, master roller, and bar, but its not needed for this place. You will not regret making this you snatch and grab cigar spot

This place is great and curbside service is on point. I wish they open a little later than 5pm, but I get it.

Great store that is fully and neatly stocked with more cigars than, unfortunately, I’ll ever have the opportunity to smoke. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind to take the time to really tell you specifics about each cigar. They even know what cigars I want before I do.

This place is awesome to get cigars from. The owner and Sons are super nice, polite and very helpful. Always have a great selection I started buying from Habana Port since I moved down from Miami 8 years ago when they were in Covington. Now I shop at their Metairie store.

Roberto is extremely well versed in cigars. The selection is amazing. There are some hard to find sticks hidden in this place. Great place to go if you need to get more for your humidor. Just wish there was a smoking area.

I cant speak from experience since Im a new comer to cigars, but I can speak to customer service. Today I went looking for advise for cigars for a college expecting his first baby boy. He happens to like cigars from Nicaragua, so I rushed there at 9:30 am and patiently waited until 9:45 or so. I proceeded to politely wait for him to set up the store and asked if he sold cigars from Nicaragua. His reply was just to gesture around the store as if to say to take a look. He made no effort to be helpful and seemed almost annoyed at my questions. I gave it 2 stars because it is a nice looking store and maybe he was just having an unusually bad day. @@@UPDATE@@@@@ I went back now 2020 and have made it my go to store.

The best selection of Cigars in the city without question. Whenever a new cigar hits the market I know I can find it here and the staffs picks are rarely dissapointing

I cant say enough about this store! This store is in New Orleans. I am from Canada and stopped by.Great prices. Incredible service. The owner and staff spend time with us. They gave us information about cigars and pricing. Great people just to talk to. I would highly recommend stopping by. We stayed in bywater and took a 25 minute Lyft to the store. So glad we did! Next time in New Orleans Im going back.

The store worker is very prejudice he always watches over your shoulder thinking you want to steal & through the camera I had a very unpleasant experience when I went there I’m definitely finding another cigar shop and I was a loyal customer

My boyfriend smokes cigars. I saw that they had lampe berger fragrances and wicks. I asked the young associate what was wrong with my wick, as I did not snuff it. They are ceramic. He made a snide comment and rang up the new wick I ordered. If you cant answer my question, dont answer with a snide comment.
