Bought a vector quad rose gold lighter for my brother. The vector lighter doesn’t ignite properly, so i called good habits to see what we can do as far as a return/replacement the lady was extremely rude on the phone. Jordan adjusted it once and told me if I continued having problems to call good habits. The lady answered the phone again and didn’t give me any information and was rude once again. I will never return to good habits. I’m still struggling with the 60.00 lighter.

I’m smoke cigars VERY seldom so I do not know much about them or the different types. However, I just purchased two cigars for roughy $50 total didn’t plan on spending that much but also don’t mind if they are good as I was told. The worker that helped me was very knowledgeable and was friendly we talked about other types of whiskey as well as cigars so I do not see why others don’t like this place I was treated fairly and plan to return!
