My girlfriend and I absolutely love this place! The employees are always super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the various brands of cigars. If they do not have the brand that you are looking for, they will place an order immediately to make sure their Customers are satisfied. The shop has an outstanding selection of cigars and an extremely friendly and knowlegable staff. Rather than buying your cigars and hitting the road, take one with you into the back lounge and smoke it with the regulars. Its very therapeutic and youre guarenteed to make some friends in the process.

They sell fake opus cigars November 1 I spent 135.84 on cigars they had no flavor taste like cardboard even put in my own humidor for additional week nothing changed with smoke

Im not much of a cigar smoker but by husband is. Ive stopped in here 3 times for gifts and each time the guy and gal behind the counter have been really helpful in pointing me in the right direction for gifts.

I was in there yesterday and was not happy. It has changed so much. The cigars that I like they had none. Selection is poor and the store looks run down. Not sure why its looking like this, new management I was told.Never going back in there, they have two good places to get cigars in Metairie, Habana Port going down Veterans and Habana Hemingway Cigar Bar. Much better places to choose from.

Very helpful staff, always willing to sit and talk shop or just point you in the right direction. Always offering the best discounts or sales they can. Selection has always been real good, have always walked away when choosing their recommendation, happy. New locations lounge feels a little, corporate, but it is still nice and comfortable to smoke and talk in.

Today was my first visit to Don Juan Cigar Company and I had a great experience. The guy that worked there helped my pick out a great cigar. The atmosphere in bar was layer back and cool.

The best cigar shop and lounge in NOLA. A great wide selection of the finest cigars around. Complete with lounge including HDTV. And always give a holler at Bob the Owner. Hell make you feel at home.

Just didnt get the warm and fuzzies. My only visit here was uneventful although I did score one Eye of the Shark. Found humidor to be mediocre. Too heavy on Ghurkas but if thats what works here....Mayan Imports (either location) or Tobacco Station on the Westbank (Manhattan Blvd past Lapalco) for me
