Went for a Costume for my Daughters HeartBeat Bear and was so Happy w the Pricing! The quality is Great and the Shoes😍😍😍😍. The service was Great as well. I now have a Store to buy clothing for her and that makes me Happy🥲

Absolutely terrible. Went there for me and my girlfriend for our one year anniversary and it was my first time going to build a bear. So I didn’t know much, and my girlfriend was basically explaining it to me. The worker there was very shy which isn’t complete bad, but it was important because she didn’t even do her job right. The stuffing was so un even and didn’t give us enough time to check if it was good or not. Had to do the voice box about 10 times and still wasn’t happy with it but felt rushed. I was told I was suppose to get a heart and didn’t get it. Now my girlfriends parents are explaining how much I got ripped off and how build a bear is a dream which is the experience I didn’t get. Too bad I didn’t keep my receipt so that I could just report this to the business, but instead I’m writing this review so that people know in advance that it can be a bad service.

Employee Jenna who rang me out was texting on the phone through the whole transaction. No hello no good day.Build A Bear is about creating a warming experience for the children. Which she completely neglected, waste of money at this location. They also don’t give the bears birth certificates like the stores do. & they fail to advice that the box now cost an extra 81 cents. Which they don’t even ask if you’d like to purchase until after you pay and realize the Bear has no box or bag. Won’t be going here again, take them to Galleria instead.

The two young ladies were very nice and even tho it is a super small location it was still worth taking our daughter and niece. It would be so much better if they had an actual store. The spot that they were given is in a bad spot. Right under an escalator and in front of the only elevator at the mall.

We took our son and niece for their birthdays and Alexis Rogers was so great! She was smiling, conversating, and interacting with the kids while still being very efficient! She’s amazing at her job and makes you feel extremely welcomed! Will be shopping here more often because of her!

Would be nice to know in advance that this is just a kiosk. Would have gone to another location. My child was upset that it did not have all the things they do at the big store.

Employees giving the pass to go first to other mall employees with and without children. Very disappointing and upsetting.
