The decorations was spectacular, we really had fun. She was soooo sweet and respectful. She did everything she said she was going to do. The party turned out great! My experience here was absolutely positive. A nice gentleman in Dollar Tree referred me. I had several balloons, all different sizes that needed to be filled. The owner is very knowledgeable, warm welcoming, polite and best of all ..her prices are fair. Professional, A+ establishment.

Balloon Junkie is my go to for any and all party needs! They have done my baby shower, and birthday parties. She also does weddings and quinceaneras! Custom balloon and floral arrangements, columns and arches.

Called to see if they were selling any balloon arch, the lady said if you don’t have a business I will not sell it to you. What type of customer service is that? What ever I needed the item for should had not been a problem. I’m a customer I should have the right to buy anything your selling!

I was referred to Balloon Junkie from an employee at Party City as they didnt have any helium. I got the balloons I was looking for & the lady that helped me, Malanda was very nice to me & my daughter. I will be back.

I see other negative comments and dont understand them.I called to see if she had something, she did and i said i would arrive within X time. Got here and she got me taken care of while she had to make a delivery. She seems to be all by herself so i can understand some minor tardiness but all completely understandable in this pandemic since people would rather be unemployed getting paid versus working hard like this nice lady.backstory, i went to Party City and they said they had a 3 hour wait and the nice manager recommended her and sure enough i came here and was out within 30 minutes as a last minute order and during mothers day weekend!support small businesses that have nice people working who try or attempt to help you in your last minute requests. its not always possible but she made the attempt and helped us out.

I was referred to Balloon Junkie through Party City. When I tell you it was a BLESSING to my family. I called them with an order of 70 balloons for that day. There was not hesitation, she said sure and what time would you need them. They were BEAUTIFUL. The day of my brother service we did another balloon release, one of the balloons popped. She replaced it. She didnt have to tell me that. A very honest person she is. Every time I enter Balloon junkie I can feel the love put into the work. Very spiritual woman.

She is a wonderful person. Very spiritual person, will go on and on about God in a good way. She helped me out spiritually to get back on track for sure! She gave me great party ideas and was so helpful! Her prices are decent, her designs are incredible! She is talented, detailed and so great at what she does. She is passionate about this work.

So I ordered balloons from party city but they couldn’t blow them up. So I went to dollar tree and they said they don’t do outside balloons. They referred me to balloon junkie and she is such an amazing person. Not only does she do balloons but she also do t-shirts, hats, cups, etc. She had my balloons ready for my kids party at 10:30 like she said. I will definitely recommend her and will be using her services again

As a fellow Christian, I understand you took my granddaughters money with no intention of providing her quality service. She told me you took her money and instead of doing the right thing and either just giving her the balloons or returning her money, you beat around the bush. And continue to argue with a child. You are an adult and a business owner. Please grow up on these childlike ways. The Bible also says it’s a sin to cast judgement. I could judge you for scamming my family but instead I gave you a review you deserve. If that’s the lesson you learned in church today, I hope you took something positive from it. This is ONE of the BEST PLACES to get your balloons from. I was in need of balloons she helped me at the end of her BUSINESS day. She kept her DOORS opened for me to ORDER my balloons. In the mean TIME a couple came in, she NEVER EVER said that Im closing she just said how can I help you. I have been telling all my family and friends about this beautiful HUMBLE SPIRIT lady. Her services was excellent. She went ABOVE and beyond the duties to help us.

This is the ONLY place I go for my balloons! She is just so amazing, shes almost always available. She makes such beautiful arrangements in a pinch. She has done everything from my gender reveal to baby showers to my babies birthdays. Im always so happy with her work and she does more than balloons.

Love them. Party city was having a helium shortage which turned us on to them. We provided them basic balloons and an elmo face. Without even asking it charging, she went above and beyond as created the picture free of charge. Also, the owner is a super sweetheart!

Ended up here because it looks like Party City has a constant helium shortage and we were unable to order balloons for my daughters graduation party and this Awesome Lady was right around the corner! The front door was locked so it appears that they are closed but I am so glad I called the number on the door. I met the owner and she is a very pleasant soul! She was patient and very helpful! I did not spend any more here than I would have at party city. I have to thank her for the much needed advice she gave to my daughter as she enters college! They were super fast and very helpful getting my son birthday ballons last minute because Party city had ran out. So glad they were here to help and right around the corner from party city as well. I suggest coming here atleast you know they will not run out of helium!
