Store was busy and they only had 1man as cashier. I will say what a fine job he did getting everyone checked out in a somewhat timely manner. It was not late when I was there shopping8:00 pm. I know the only line open where you could have a person actually check you out had 11-12 people in line the whole time I was there and still when I left. There were 3 girls hanging around talking and on their phones and no they weren’t the girls who help self check out . They totally ignored the situation and knew they should have been helping simply because they never once made any eye contact with any of us in line. I along with several other customers choice to stay in that line because we prefer to have a cashier do the checking. I believe one of the girls name may have been Anna she possibly was in charge. What happened to good ole fashion customer service?? SAD ☹️

I had brought my brother so he could do some shopping. The store was clean, well lit and mostly well stocked. Compared to some places, this store is really nice.

Love this store clean very organized. The employees can be a little more friendly. Customer service is very important. But over all I love the cleanness and the fresh food.

Fast service and convenient Neighborhood Walmart in Mesquite to go to if you need to buy groceries. Parking is always available. However it can get quite busy during lunch times, making the self checkouts crowded, but its no big deal if you dont mind waiting. I drive to this Walmart because its closer than the others.

Walter at self check out is very rude, when you greet him or tell him to have a great day. He only nodes his head 1 time with his hands in his vest. I dont know if he just dont speak to African Americans or what but that us all I got on 7-31-2021 @746pm.

I have always had pleasant experiences at Walmart. Everything you need all under one roof. Store is clean and everyone is cordial. Staff efficient. Now where did I park my car?😳

Gone down hill alot lately. Seems they want to leave early instead of letting people get diapers. Store hours say 11pm close . Got there at 11:40 tonight. They locked doors and said they where under staffed. Only if they had robotic self check out lines??? Um. You do. . And Walmart cut back employees for over 10 years now so... Store Manager needs to baby sit

Always a great Walmart to shop away from the large busy Walmarts.

Its been always a clean and nice location. However, recently employees are having trouble keeping the store like that. Pick up service is fast though and employees always make sure you receive the best options.

It was good dont have to wait in long lines like wal Mart.

What hateful place. Spent nearly an hour in this store. Went to check out and the only checker they had said, Im closed, youll have to go to self check. Are you kidding me? I left a basket, with a weeks worth of groceries, in the check out lane and walked. Ill never go there again.

Smaller than the Big stores but some do not offer hot food, but you can still get great deals at any location

It gets packed hardly no cash register open just self check out is pretty fast.3pm is lots of traffic.if you in a rush is not the place.

I normally shop at this location. Its very convenient and always has everything Im shopping for on my grocery list. I sometimes order grocery through the grocery pickup app. The employees that bring out my groceries, are always very friendly & polite.

Many items were out of stock. Mainly the items i was looking for. I had take to buy other brands i did not want.

Convenient and close If you are trying to run in and out its a no! If you have time to wait in long lines yes! Fresh produce all the time and perfect place to get cookies and treats for the kids school🤗

I really love the Pharmacists (Dr Tosan and Dr Kim) at the Walmart neighborhood. Ive been going for years and they always ask how my family are doing. They provide great service and always take great care of us.

Busy at 3:30 pm on 1/4/2021. No carts in the store and some of the items are out but enough selection to get by. There were plenty of cashiers available for swift check out. Found a good deal on St Louis Style Pork Ribs.

Had the worst experience there today. Security made me leave my backpack (which is my purse) at Customer Service. No one asked for my name or ID. ANYONE COULD HAVE TAKEN IT. The self checkout I used was really messed up. I had to call for an employee nine times. The school supplies I was buying for classroom use were miss marked and I had to ask twice for them to be deleted and someone to do a price check. The package of chicken I purchased was leaking all over my hands but I couldn’t even clean my hands because my hand sanitizer was in my backpack. It was all so frustrating. The employees were great and asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. He was also very kind and apologized for everything.If you are going to make me leave my backpack at CS, please put out a sign in front of the store so I can make a decision about how to proceed. I understand that you are trying to cut down on theft, but give me the common courtesy of alerting me. My backpack had a computer and other important items in it and customer service just left it sitting on the counter behind them.

My Best friend ask me for some Detergent and I found exactly what she was looking for... Yes I travel to Mexico to deliver the Detergent 😂

This neighborhood market in particular has come a long way, I do believe Covid had a lot to do with it, but at least the store is much cleaner, the staff is friendlier, and the shelves have stayed full.

Although I only go to the bank at this location the staff is great they love my son and always giving him stickers. One day while Im waiting in the line at the bank my son took off running to the door the lady that was at the door caught him thankfully I am truly thankful for her going beyond her job description that day.

Went in for one item and it was out of stock. I only go to this store if I need one or two items, I could be wrong but the prices seem to be a little higher than the Superstore and in some items you can only buy the family sizes. However the Walmart neighborhood stores is always convenient!

Terrible checkers are not friendly. Dont go there any more and tell my friends not to go there and they dont

Not enough employees to get the costumer in and out fast

No complaints on quality, variety and the available staff. During this COVID crisis I would think more cashiers would be available to avoid customers wait time and standing close to each other. Having said this precautions were taken from the moment you step in the door, just uncomfortable having to wait in line with others at this time.

Good location to go to get small items and grocery near my area

They pretty much always have what I need! I do my grocery pick ups from here, and they usually have pick up times all through the day. Very convenient and plenty of lanes open.

Was with my mother and she was in the scooter they provided. Was told not to come in on the non grocery side that we had to go down to the food side...ok.... The food side was not accessible for a scooter because they had the metal bars blocking the ramp. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Store was not stocked. And overall needs attention.

Never been to this store..employees act like they cant be bothered when u ask them something. I had 1 guy Robert was nice he tried to help me he sent me to the manger she was like she didnt have the time for me asking her something that shows in stock and just shrugged me off. Didnt even check her tc or really wanted to help. Store was small and clean. I tried asking others for help but didnt really work.

I usually find everything here that the Super Walmart is always out of.

Me and my 7 yr old were using the self checkout and I needed help due to double scan when I ask for help Vicky ignore me because she was talking to another employee the other employee was on break scanning her drink food I called out for help again than Vicky walk over and still talking to the employee so I wave my hand like hello I’m here and this is what I need help with after that her eyes open wide and got loud and yelled 6ft away. Me and my son moved and told me that employee is a customer too and called me rude. I needed help and Vicky treated me and my son awful. I had to explain to my son because my son ask me why she’s so mad at us. Because I interrupted their gossip it’s more important than us. Called 800 Walmart to address this to employee maybe she needs a day off wish you the best

The updated store looks very nice although still reminds of a commissary feel to the place. Very convenient location and so grateful for being open 24hrs! When youre sick and need chicken noodle soup or have a toothache and need Advil; its good to know WMNhM is right there for you!

This Wal-Mart is not like the others. They actually had clerks at the check-outs! They were helpful.
