First time here - nice and clean place - staff was very friendly - my order was to go - good food - Ill come back

Always have ANYTHING we need for our home, kitchen, bathroom, patio, garage, yard, etc. Love it!

Management had this really cool skill to show me where when needing assistance at self check out, they deliberated over where an employee was (first thing they said is she was in the bathroom) for about 7 minutes instead of keying the code in so I could leave. Very cool👍Maybe next time you can impress me more by helping your employees out and doing that kinda thing while they gotta pee or whatever

Awesome store, with a good variety of new clothes and latest items. Christmas items and products are already displayed. Very neat, and clean store. They keep shoppers safe by running off panhandlers, crazy birds, and ALWAYS have plenty of shopping carts available. Nothing like some of the other Walmarts. I prefer this one because they always have items in stock, there is plenty of room in the aisles, items are put up as they arrive and not stacked in the aisles or never in the way. Great Management Team.

They need to open up more than just one speedy 20 items or less lane, and put the self checkout on the cash pay option instead of Card only payment option. Walmart is failing on its customer satisfaction guarantee.

Had delivery for 8am today. Was able to drop last night. Friendly employees who helped unload. They was all smiles and joking around

I had a great experience. I found everything I was looking for at a good price. I didnt have to wait in line long. I was in and out with no problem.

This is my go-to Wal-Mart whenever I need something fast, that cant wait. They need a lot of help, from the inside out to the pick-up.

Seams to be a good Wal-Mart more items than the one closest to my home.

This Walmart is ok if youre going in for a few items. Be prepared for long lines and some empty shelves.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this location for store pickup. They will not give you 30% of your items and will still charge you for it instead of taking it off of your final receipt. I had to call and get fifty dollars worth of food that I didn’t get refunded. Just go inside and get your groceries instead, if you are able.

Grocery pickup not knowledgeable about returning items. Associate marked my pickup as complete without asking if my substitutions were ok and before he loaded my groceries into my car. He seemed nee so tried to have faith and cut him some slack but at the end of the day you have to have well trained associates. I dont blame him I blame his training. Also let me add I received bacon bits that were molded date on them was not expired but maybe they had not been kept at the appropriate temperature or conditions and caused the mold......maybe someone had returned them. Very strange for this to happened to something in a sealed container. I am supposed to be refunded for the item just waiting for it to process.

Funny how they say they are hiring and everytime you go to the store. only 1 or 2 registers are open And the ones that are open are the ones you scan the items your self. Oh and if you have an item that needs their permission for you to buy good luck finding an associate. If you have ice cream 🍦 it would likely be melted by the time you get out of the store

This is a huge and I mean huge super center. It takes a bit to find what you need if you are used to the smaller stores but you eventually will. My only complaint was the lack of available checkouts and the line for the self checkout was ridiculous.

I went to 3 Wal-Marts in order to find these dimmers. This store was stocked with everything. Will definitely start shopping this location.

Went over to this location because of their selection of printer ink. Mesquite was the only one that carried the ink I need for a while .I also shop for short for my boys and saw a new line of woman clothing called Free Assembly looks unique and beautiful the name says it all free style. I also noticed Reebok clothing for little girls very very cute sport wear. Walmart keeps evolving ! 💕

The gentleman in charge of restocking the produce section is doing an outstanding job. Its obvious he takes pride in his work. Ive never seen vegetables stacked in such a beautiful and orderly manner at a Walmart. 👍👍

Not the best location to visit. I had to search for a buggy when I entered the store. There were none inside, I had to walk to opposite side of store to track one down. I then walked to baby formula section, but it was locked. I guess this store has a lot of shrinkage. I waited for some one to come; There was an employee standing there also waiting to get formula, she said she was waiting but didnt know when someone would be by. I left cause it shouldnt take that long to get a key. I understand the need to lock stuff up, but they need to make the key available to their staff to assist customers. The older gentleman greeting at exit door was pleasant.

Really good customer service.They didnt have 5gal bottled water for over 3 days when I went this week, and barely any of the small bottles.They didnt have too many options of plastic plates/bowls, either. Same happened with cleaning gloves and sponges.

Had an excellent experience at the Vision Center thanks to Donald.

Horrible customer service!Needed help yesterday and couldnt find any employees... then i spotted a lady with very colorful short hair and told my son to go tell her your mom needs her and she told him the fitting rooms were closed. I didnt need a fitting room, she assumed because I was near that area then she walked away. Always have issues with getting customer service here.

The employees were happy and polite; they had everything I needed and their restroom was clean.

Went to buy car battery. They did not have the 24F battery. On the website it says 3, when you get to the store, they dont have any. This is the same in every store in Garland, mesquite, rockwall, rowlett area. This has been going for about 3 weeks now. Other than the battery problem, it is a very good store.

I utilize curbside service here, and I would give a 5 star if they would carefully package my groceries by tying the bags before placing them in my trunk. I also had to remind them more than once to bring me the eggs, so they could sit safely with me in the front of the car.

I go to this Walmart at least once a week. The employees are always helpful and have never made me feel uncomfortable. The bathrooms are always clean. Keep up the good work

Had a return, the young lady who was African American like myself was very kind & patient & I usually dont shop there bcuz of past experience but smx I have to get products from Walmart, but shes changed my mind about yall.

I never have any problems at Wal-Mart but I did yesterday. I was though so I went to cash out. The machine screwed up so I had to go to another machine and start over again.and guess what that machine didnt work either. Finally one worked.I asked what they thought was the problem. They blamed it on chase anyway I was so tired when I got home they need to fix those machines

This store is probably the largest Walmart I’ve seen. At this location, I can always find someone (staff) to help or direct me in the right direction; that’s how it used to be in stores…nice change

Long lines like always. Stockers always have boxes in the way sometimes you can’t even walk through the aisles. This location has a clearance aisle but all the items there are regular price, they do not bother on updating prices, so if you like looking for clearance items you won’t find it here.

The auto center is the best...Rosendo knows what hes doing...

Dont come here to pay bills unless you want them to totally mess up. Complete incompetence in the bill pay area. Management was absolutely useless to fix the issue and acted very ignorant and rude.

Store is a little bit small but it has everything you need.

As always there are registers but not to be use. Walmart policy. On the other hand, they have a lot to sell at this location and the few employees there were nice.

Store is always clean and organized. Nice friendly staff that looked like they were actually working hard and not just standing around. Fruits and vegetables area always looks nice and clean every time I shop. The garden area is always beautiful and organized too. This store overall vs all the other Walmarts I have visited is a top notch higher in appearance and staff friendliest. The other Walmarts need to speak to the GM, staff and take notes.

This place is nicer than most in the area. The staff is a little standoffish though if you arent the standard white person.

I like this one because they always are pretty much stocked. Plus customer service for me, is better than a lot of the locations.

The pharmacy is competent & friendly. Just need to work on supplying & cleaning their womans restroom better.

There is a woman in Bakery named Rhaegan omg she is THE BEST! Her baking and professionalism is amazing. She is a UNICORN!

Dropped off 40 year old film to be digitized two weeks ago and they have yet to ship it out there store. They dont pick up the phone and no option to talk to management.

Workers arent very helpful when you ask if they know where something is. I asked where the mens dress shirts were and the worker pointed me towards a direction then went on his way. Now I work in retail too so I understand being very busy but you could at least give me more than a point in a direction.

Not too happy with this location. I normally do not shop at this location; however I wanted a particular vacuum. I placed my order online around 8am this morning and selected the Free pickup. I misread my email from Walmart stating that my order was being prepared but not to arrive until i receive the order pick up is ready... I drove there around 10 am. Now, I only ordered a vacuum and 2 bottles of fabric softener. The gentleman tells me it is not ready yet and to wait for their e-mail or I can cancel the order and purchase it myself inside. Opting not to do this because I was not put together and I would have to wait for them to place my money back into my account, I drove away sad. Around 2:15pm, I received an e-mail stating that an item in my cart was canceled but 2 other items were ready for pickup. My vacuum was canceled because by the time they started to fulfilled my order the vacuum went out of stock per the Pickup customer service representative. It makes no sense to have to wait all day on an item just to have it cancelled. Needless to say I cancelled the remaining order as I was not going to drive 25 miles again just for fabric softener. Both reps were very nice I might add..just the way Wal-mart handles the pickup service sucks. First time using this service and it will be my last.

The store is often a mess and not well stocked. There are some extremely sweet ladies who work at checkout Diane Molock and Sharon. I dont know her last name. The parking lot looks like a mess and the manager does nothing to enforce the rules for people parking in the pharmacy spaces for pickup. The pharmacy has the best staff hands down. Amy, Julie, Angie, Keith. And the ones whose name I dont know.

This is a very nice Wal-Mart, I like shopping there.

I love Walmart. The only thing is to here we still have a pandemic and I go into several Walmarts I get bored of one I go to the other.They should still have supplies for the Carts. There is some people that still want to make sure the carts clean so they do it this

Confession : Theres a Walmart closer to where I live, but there seems to be more care involved in the stocking and presentation of the inventory; plus Im more apt to get assistance when I need it. Alejandro and Tina stood out for me yesterday, but any time that I need it; someone takes time for me. I dont have a short list for this store, but if needed; stop by the Money Center and see Toni to lift any spirit!

Its a walmart..better than most, but still just a walmart.

Today I needed to pick up an online order & buy groceries so I went into the store. I was one of two people unmasked in the store, which is how it should be, everyone free to make their own masking decisions. I was happy to see that no one cared I chose not to wear a mask. I will continue to support this Walmart for supporting freedom.

Kind of a depressing place, pretty picked over when I visited, but it was the day before labor day so of course the potato salad is all gone.

Horrible staff and system. Had a buddy with me when I went to buy the refreshments for a family event. We were harassed by the staff at check out cause he didnt have his ID although I was the one buying and purchasing the drinks and had my ID. The staff continued to say thats the rules for anyone... so I inquired about babies the reply no ID. However the poster say all people under the age of 40!!!! See attached like if you belive this should be fixed?

Very clean. Aisles were spacious and not crowded with end cap displays.

Took a friend to Mesquite location because the entire concept is better than Dallas I-30 location.

My rating of 2 stars is for pick up. There needs to be some sort of parking enforcement. We got the text saying our order was ready. There was no parking spots. All the reserved slots had cars parked with no one inside. We watched several people come back to their vehicles from in store shopping. Watched numerous more people park in the reserved slots & also go inside the store. Finally after finding & parking in a reserved pick up spot we waited over 35 minutes before receiving our order. Something seriously needs to be done about this.

Worst place for pickup, came at 12:40 because it had said my order was ready for pickup at 12:35, DID NOT receive my items until 2 o clock. Cars that came in after me was receiving there’s before me. Majority of my stuff I needed wasn’t even in my bags

Very clean. Well stocked. The staff were on their toes. The prices were reasonable. But, I was a little disappointed that some customers didnt wear masks.

All the lanes were closed hate to wait a good 10 minutes to just have the people infront decide they dont want groceries but other than that it was perfectly fine.

This Walmart never have the vegetables im looking for. Like cucumbers, kale, and collard greens, and Turkey wings.

I ordered a 6-ft sub with everything and didnt get anything but meat and bread very disappointed my sons 4th birthday and now I still have to go spend extra money to get the condiments for this sandwich not right

First time using Walmart pharmacy... Big mistake.. never told us daughters meds were ready. Finally get a call that the medication is ready but they can only fill nine pills this time will call when others are ready. No big deal. My daughter goes to pick them up after work two days later when she has time. Meds were put back for nt picking them up on time. Tell them we had just barely now got the courtesy call to pick him up and the pharmacist never told us that they were going to put them back if we do not pick up the same day. Needless to say they said come back tomorrow and we will have the medication ready. Explain that I could not I needed some emergency medication to last until tomorrow because my daughter was out of her seizure medication. Went back and forth with pharmacy for almost 10 minutes till finally agree to fill an emergency RX for daughter after I told them well if she has a seizure its on you....

This is store is terrible. The employees will not answer the phone nor help you in person. The online is never updated and my order was never delivered twice and no one never contacted me. I had to call customer service and they could not even get in contact with the store.
