Literally have 20 people in front of me in line. 1 person working. This also happened last weekend. Get it together management! The store looks like trash, abandoned buggys everywhere as well.

The older black lady with short hair Ann was very rude. She didnt greet me when i got in her line nor did she thank me after my purchase. She seemed very impatient. I understand her line was kinda long but if you take a job working in customer service it definitely doesnt hurt to be friendly. A simple hello and thank you, have a nice day! really does make a difference.

As always it was a nice experience. They had what I needed and were plesant and helpful.

Funny how it works. Go in with no particular goal or need, then walk out with 40 items. Our neighborhood Dollar Tree has gone through several managers over the years. Would go in and not stocked well or crazy long lines at cashier. Seems better managed lately and friendly staff. Good place to get the little goodies I carry on the road. Amazing what you can find in one.

This Store is NEVER Stocked shelves always empty since day one. I always go to the one on Town East in Mesquite always stocked up people always stocking great service.

Would have given 4 stars but they are slightly under staffed and I had to wait 15 to 20 min while the only cashier on duty blew up balloons for another customer. No real complaints other then that, it was just a small inconvenience having to wait that long as I was in a hurry.

I didnt find what I was looking for today. The staff is always nice here.

I went there to buy some air freshener and of course they put the candy at the front by the cash register so ended up buying some white chocolate Twix which was really good at I have never had it before learn something new everyday Dollar Tree is pretty much when it says most things in there are a dollar go there often to pick up small items if you see this review and you think its helpful give me a like

Dollar is always a great place to shop to get the best prices. Just a quick in and out leaves cash in your pocket, while attaining the item you need. 😊

This was a little sad. Did find what I wanted and couldnt even go to the restroom. It was locked. Im a diabetic, so if I want to look around and keep shopping for a while, I need quick access to the facilities. Had to leave after only going through three lanes. 😪

I love this location. Its Clean, nicely stocked, and the associates are friendly&helpful.

They have a good selection of products. But, like any place else, pay attention to what you want and buy. Price is not always the answer. Product and quantity need to be looked at also. Compare before sending.

Love this store. Everything is literally $1 and it is neat, nothing too junky or hard to find. They stay in season and have plenty DIY projects.

Other than the cashier lady having a slight meltdown over the fact that she is quitting I had a good experience and all my product was what I wanted.

Went there got some paper plates, plastic silverware, aluminum foil, and a birthday balloon.

Came in during a shift change. Slow to open register when there was a long line. Only reason why I didnt rate higher than 4.

Found what I was looking for no problem. Great prices.

Nothing was up, everything was in boxes and the location need to be updated.

If you want to buy something just to enjoy a shipping spree, this is the best place to do it.

Its a smaller store so they dont have the variety of some of the other stores... otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars. Staff on the otherhand is always super friendly and helpful.... they get 5 stars for customer service!!

I am literally standing in line as I’m writing this review. I been coming to this dollar tree for years and never had a problem until today, the line is at the back of the store. There was 2 checkers but one of the checkers turned her light off and walked away while there was still a line. I politely asked this little girl if she was done checking people out and she answered very sarcastically that she was done and rolled her eyes. Then she waited until I got to the front of the line and decided to open up her lane again. That was petty. While she was walking around the store playing, she left the other checker by herself with a long line to check out. The other lady was elderly while the little girl with blonde hair played. And then to check out everyone that was behind me was ridiculous.

Messy store. Half the Shelfs werent stocked with animal food. She looked on buggy and none of it insight which means it hasnt been ordered r n back room and employee didnt offer to go look. I said forget it I just wont go back there. It was strictly out of convenience.

Went to this location and it’s closed. For lease.

This location does not know anything about customer service. There is always about 5 employees working at a time, but only 1 cashier. They will let the line run all the way to the back of the store. Today when was in there a lady in front of me was trying to use a coupon. DOLLAR TREE ACCEPTS COUPONS, but the cashier refused to scan it. She then called the manager up and she began yelling at the customer! I left my car full of items and left the store. I go to dollar trees all over the metroplex weekly and i have NEVER witnessed such awful behavior from an employee.This location could sure use some training on customer service.

Great Valentines shopping

I really wish they would stock this location way better like the one off Town East. It has such a great location and is super convenient to us in the old town Mesquite area to avoid having to drive out near the busy mall. So much of the items are under stocked, not organized, and so selective its sad. I was super excited to have it open but to have to end up going to the one off Town East anyways because I never find what so many of the regular locations have and for this 1 not to have is frustrating. Staff is friendly but they definitely need more associates to keep the store looking way better during working hours. I found several open packages and containers a day before Christmas around 11 am I was displeased. I know the staff can only do so much but if it was organized and clean it would definitely boost sales. Working in customer service for 8 years Im quite knowledgeable about sales and service. I hope with time it becomes way better but for now I was friendly with the 3 stars.

Great customer service but every time I go nothing is in-stock most items are out of place and someone is always stocking items on the shelfs .There is always empty boxes on the shelf and unorganized.This place needs a lift .

Dollar Tree has food, gift items, house hold cleaners and you can save money buying stuff for your home here. Better priced than walmart.

Organized store however the craft section lacks in supplies.

Lady manager is pretty nice however the store isnt well kept or organized... shelves are bare often.

I bought a lighted charging cable from yaw and couldnt exchange it for the one I needed because I opened the box!!! Yaw need to change that lol. We all make mistakes but yaw need happy customers right@!
