Its an ok store with cute clothes but the prices are crazy way to high

This is NOT how you conduct business..Fitting rooms are closed and they refuse to adjust or make modifications to their exchange policy.They KNOW their clothes are CHEAP and the sizes all run differently.. allow people to exchange unworn/unused items as much as needed until your fitting rooms reopen! Nobody is trying to cheat you out of a $20 dress lol!! We are just trying to.find the right darn size!

Great place for easy casual shopping

0 stars :/ Purchased a dress but due to Covid I wasn’t able to try it on, reluctantly I still purchased after being told I had 30 days to return it. I went in to return it today and was told I couldn’t because the dress was damaged,I was accused of allegedly “sewing” it back together. I LITERALLY RETURNED THE DRESS EXACTLY AS I PURCHASED IT! Maybe had it on 2 mins tops when I tried it on at home! I had to call security to help me get a exchange in which they STILL took 20% off of the totalPrice!!!! It was only $37 but ITS THE PRINCIPLE! I’m an honest person, a buisiness owner myself and would never due anything that I was accused of! I’ve never felt so blatantly DISRESPECTED or racially profiled in my entire life! After All Of this The “manager” had the audacity to tell me to never come back! IF YOU EVEN THOUGHT FOR 1 SECOND I WAS COMING BACK IN TO THIS PLACE YOU WERE HIGHLY MISTAKEN!!!! I wouldn’t spend 1 red penny in this establishment EVER AGAIN!!!! Piss poor customer service. I would NEVER treat people the way I was treated EVER!

By far the worst shopping experience Ive ever encountered...very disrespectful staff...manager is ill-equipped to run a store and should take cultural competency course.Do not encourage your staff to speak to you in Spanish about customers while they are standing right there. When you both are fluent in English. To talk about someone in another language IN THEIR FACE is extremely insensitive. I was at Wave the other day and I personally used to love shopping here because its cheap and you can find great stuff, but the other day I was in line and I wanted to exchange some bodysuits. I know most of the workers here because I come often and the supervisor with red hair told me that I could not exchange my bodysuits because it was unhygienic even though I told her that I had not put them on they even had the tags and Im pretty sure its the supervisor that doesnt know how to do her job because I have never had a problem doing an exchange before.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible..the dressing rooms are closed due to the pandemic (which is understandable) however, due to their inability to allow you to try on their clothes, you would THINK they would adjust their exchange policy, however their SUPER SAVE A MANAGER Lese, Liece, Aliese (whoever she is) refuses to allow me to exchange a medium size dress purchased less than 24 hours ago for small today since it was purchased with store credit!Also, they only spoke Spanish when discussing my situation (although both spoke English directly to me) which was one of the rudest experiences Ive ever witnessed.I will be contacting corporate.. I understand she doesnt want to lose her $12 an hour job, but this was just unacceptable behavior. This is what happens when you allow uneducated people in leadership positions. You lost a customer of 2 years, ill take my money elsewhere.

BAD BAD BAD..... cheap clothes, horrible manager and rude cashiers. Save your time and money..also, their treatment towards African Americans is quite questionable...I wouldnt be surprised if they ended up on the news due to how they treat their customers.

YOU CANNOT TRY ON CLOTHES DUE TO THE PANDEMIC...ADJUST YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY!!I had to exchange an item that didnt fit, the second items didnt fit either..and THEY REFUSED TO LET ME EXCHANGE IT AGAIN!I eneded up buying 2 of the same dresses one a Med and one a Small because of their exchange plolicy!This store has poor leadership, someone should really looking into their store manager..shes immature and running off good customers.Its a little drive but Frenzi located 2401 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX 75067, Music City Mall..has a larger selection of exclusive pieces at affordable prices. Wave is trash.

I came here during the holiday season, to buy something cute and cheap for my daughters and the store was okay, it was clean and organized, but it’s just something about the employees, idk I ask for a pair of shoes and the employee straight up told me we don’t have your size without even checking, I saw her go back in the store and came back right after 4secs like not even kidding and I don’t know that made me a little mad, do these girls not get trained right? I’m a little disappointed by the fact that customer service sucks along with the cashier girl seemed a little annoyed when I came to check out, cause she was talking with her coworkers, but I love coming here, it’s just the employee not doing their job correctly

Horrible customer service, cashier Cecilia was rude and doesnt know how to help out customers. Right now that there arent any fitting rooms available, they only allow you to exchange items once and after that its final sale- cant change it anymore, girl helping me out was super rude and not helpful, dont recommend.

(Wax) is so overpriced, like honestly if you’re looking for good cheap jewelry, go to the new store at the mall up by Macy’s, I found similar jewelry for a $1, and at wax it was $5.99, this is embarrassing, why overpriced? You’re just making y’all business go down

I went inside the other day and i asked this asian lady for help and she ignored me! Each time i go in there she is always walking really fast, its as if shes floating through air!! Not to mention the fitting rooms always smell like pot and i even saw a roach once!!

Worst Store ever!! Be careful trying on clothes my daughter had some type of allergic reaction she had marks all over her body when I called to ask to speak with a manger just so they could inspect that dress I get there is no manager until tomorrow Really! Will never shop there again!

Worst customer service. There were two Hispanic kids (girls) working On Tuesday and would not even help me find a size they said they’re probably out before even checking. Plus they would not let me go in the fitting room at 8.45 while the store closes at 9 considering the fact that they don’t do returns they should’ve let me try it first. They were yelling calling names at each other while the customers were in the store. Get new sales associates please. Never going back to this one

For some reason when I came here, the register were “down” and my card wasn’t going through and I told her that it’s been working fine til now and the girl told me to try it again so I did and after 3 attempts she told me “there’s a line of people and i need to check them out”, that was very humiliating and RUDE, like I get that it was holiday shopping and it was busy but she couldn’t wait or at least been more nicer with me by telling that “I’ll get right with you ma’m just give me a second while I check them out” and speaking of customer service, just horrible

Never coming here again, the girls on register are rude especially a girl with red hair, I didn’t catch her name but she shouldn’t be working there with that kind of attitude, not to mention the stores always a mess as if no one is cleaning it, the girls that work be talking as in cussing and calling each other inappropriate names, makes me not wanna shop here, especially since I bring my children with me, they should not have to hear girls calling each other, smhhhh

I came here last week (Wax) to buy some lashes and let me tell you the two Hispanic girls at register did not greet me, they were eating behind the register, using inappropriate language, neither of them were helpful when I ask if they had more lashes on stock, they would play around instead of working, manager if you’re reading this, these girls should be replaced ASAP PERIODT!!!!
