Really a nice looking store and good service. They were out of a lot of options we wanted. They even had to take a display down on one of the shoes we wanted. We ended up going to another Foot Locker way across the metro plex, that showed it in stock, only to find they were out. No one was answering the phone. They were able to ship it to our home for free.

Ms. Lina, at the register, went far and beyond. When I commended her on her excellent service, she stated, Im just doing my job. We need more like her. Kudos young lady!!

Really good customer service! (I believe her name was daniella) She was really nice and attentive and helped me find the shoes that I needed. I saw her tidying up and greeting customers. She was really nice even though the store was almost closing and I needed to buy comfy shoes last minute!!

For a store to be as big as it is, they never seem to be stocked. Employees ALWAYS greet you when you walk in!

I asked to have my daughter sized and the young man brought over a size that was WAY too small. Maybe more education for their staff is needed. This will not stop me from visiting in the future.

Wednesday, May 14, 2020 Priscilla helped me. I was just looking at shoes not expecting immediate attention as the store was pretty busy. I was in the store all of 45 seconds ( which might be too long) and she walked buy clearly busy. She was assisting another custome . She acknowledged me, and even verified if they had the items I wanted in my size. Customer service at its best. Great customer service wouldve simply been acknowledging me and telling me they would be with me as soon as they were able. Priscilla took it to another level. She came out and apologized for the wait. I didnt wait long at all. I was in and out on a busy day in ten minutes. Entering the store there was a ( please excuse that I failed to get the name) Hispanic gentle. He was in his 30s maybe and bald with an accent. He was very helpful. Angel at the register was so efficient, and extremely kind. I was upset about another issue but you guys really changed that. Thank you for a great experience.

Do NOT order online from this store. If you have any questions or need to be refunded, NO ONE answers the phone at this location. Worst customer service ever, I can’t even get my money back because no one answers the phone. I was emailed a refund receipt almost 2 weeks ago and still, nothing. Don’t buy from this location. Anyone who says this store has great customer service is just lying to themselves. There’s so many reviews stating that no one answers the phone. It’s sad. Everyone should be fired since they are incapable of doing a basic human action like answering the phone.

Id have to say that the young lady that helped us went above and beyond. My husband wears a size 15/16 in shoes depending on the brand, and she looked everywhere to find something that he liked. When we noticed that one of his shoes was missing the shoelace, she comped us a new pair. Thank you!

I didn’t get to go inside the store. Just a heads up to the store manager, it was 6pm and the mall security said the mall was closed and therefore they did not let us inside the mall to get to the store although the store hours say it closes at 7:30pm on Sundays. Very irritating, who has the wrong information on the website? Also have to add that many other people were not being let in. Please fix your website Information.

I drive from McKinney to this location because the always have the latest and greatest kicks in Stock The Northpark location sells out of everything once a new shoe drops. The Town East Mall locations never runs out. Park and Sears and as you walk into the mall from Sears its right on your left.

Yes they have a lot of shoe selections but HORRIBLE customer service.First no one greeted us even if there were three people in the front. I have to call someone to help even if there were employees standing around.The Adidas XPLOR shoe that I bought was $69.99. I found out that the same shoe was priced $49.99 in the FootLocker Broadway store in Garland and FootLocker online. I wanted to return it and just buy in the Garland store instead. Since I partially paid gift card I called NY corporate office asking if I can get it back. I was assured that I should be refunded with all the money I spent including the value of the gift card. If not then the store should issue a new one of the same value. I called Mesquite store and it took 20 attempts before someone pick up their phone. I asked the associate named Maria if I can return the item, she said I can return it but they would not refund my $30.00 gift card I used during the purchase. I told her I called the FootLocker corporate office in NY and was told that I have all the right to be refunded in any form how I paid for my purchase.When I asked to speak for a manager, I was told there is no one available to talk to me. Really? Not even to call me back? What kind of store is this? There is no one to help customers when there are questions regarding our purchase? Isnt that what managers are for?

In there store for 15 minutes right now no one greeted us EVER. No one asked if we needed help. The manager was at front greeting select people...and the team on the floor only asked select people what they needed. We are going on vacation and were looking to purchase for our vacation but their lack of customer service made me know that this is NO PLACE I would ever spend my money! The manager also had a clipboard on the front table where she was taking some sort of inventory or whatever. No tasking on the weekend, customer service should be your first priority to make sure EVERY guest is helped

I ordered a pair of shoes from the store online and after 7 days I went in because I never received them because they used usps and I wasnt home I guess ?, but any how I went in store and they said they couldnt help me because there system was down and this was Sunday witch I found hard to believe because it is the bussiet day out of the week, i said whatever and went to the footlocker on Northwest hwy and Tony took care of me.Mesquite location sucks big time and the customer service is terrible. A good example of why we shop online poorly trained sales staff a manger who should be fired when I asked to be given too shoes to try on I was told 90 percent of the shoppers only try one shoe on and buy he said their policy was only to give one shoe to customers and leave the other shoe in back room very rude manger and the store was a mess incident took place on 19 august 2017 around 1 pm
