My son loves this store and they treat him awesome as a customer and hes only 9 years old but really help him and he gets most of his clothes there

I prefer jimmy jazz over all the competition . If you want the latest and greatest urban styles and looks at great prices, jimmy jazz is definitely the place to hook you up . The staff at most of their locations are well in the know with the shoe game and release dates . Not saying they dont back door but its not as bad as the competition .

I had the opportunity to meet 2 of Jimmy Jazz Top Models and the customer service was a plus.

Great selection for my teen son. I. Not able to get as many items as I want due to being pricey but nonetheless I will return soon

Bad customer service! When you buy your staff they say in 14 days you return!… but when you try it because of wrong size they will not give you !!! And say they not return, only exchange! Plus people’s can’t spell your address well and shipping it!

I think this is one of the best places for that East Coast swag. However their prices are outrageous. If you can’t go to NYC then you pay but if you can way better pricing there.

Dont recommend, wouldnt honor the price they had advertised. They had this shoe displayed in 3 spots at 79.00 and when I go to check out they said it was 110 and that it was just a mistake. Manager wouldnt honor the price they had advertised either.

Great place to shop. Took my kids in there to pick up some a couple of things and ended leaving with the entire store it seems like. The staff was was friendly and helpful. The manager Jay even helped out and he too was amazing. Definitely recommend you to check this place out.

Very helpful and friend staff. When I walk in they all greet me. They tell me about what recently came out and they focus on helping not selling me stuff I dont want. I live in North Dallas near Carrollton and the fact that I go all the way to this location should speak volumes.

I just happened to pass by and went inside to check it out this was Sunday afternoon Dec.22 it was very busy but the employees were very nice and helpful I will return to this store again.

They are alright but they need a better staff and better customer service.

Town East location has no customer service at all. Employees just standing around talking with each other offer no help. 3 times I’ve been in there.... all the same thing

**NO REFUNDS** you ONLY get store credit ! I was told by management the cashier is suppose to tell me which he didnt! And that it was posted on the counter top at the cashiers.. I go to the store to buy shoes not view no policies..They need to post bigger signs! Near the shoes or some where visible.. $200 on a pair of shoes that were purchased not even 24 hrs ago.I Will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER! I will be reporting this to the B.B.B and their customer service sucks they are not helpful at all everyone is standing around talking and laughing one cashier while the line is long ..

The lady asked us for our id for a debit card purchase....She told us that was the rule??? So we left without buying the pair of shoes which were $99.00 plus tax. Their service was horrible as well. Will never visit this store. We bought shoes from a different store at the mall. I wish i could give them 0 stars.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....just left this store right now. My sons shoes were $160.00 And they would not give us the time of day to check us out. The manager named Tut and another employee texting and their backs turned while customers in line to pay. When I asked can I please get checked out I got an attitude. This store needs new people :(
