Johnny was great! He was knowledgeable of the products, presented options to let us decide what phone we wanted. He was friendly and thorough. He told us what was going to happen step by step. We had to change over our Sprint account to T mobile, then pay off our current phones, then upgrade to new phones and set them up, etc. Johnny was patient when we asked questions and he had answers for all of them.

Visited this store originally for a cracked screen that was fixed in 2 hours. Ended up upgrading my phone and officially switching from Sprint. Josh and Ernesto were so great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and plans. And all around just cool guys to work with. If you are trying to choose which T-Mobile store to visit, go to this one and ask for Josh.

As a family we don’t like T-Mobile unfortunately we are forced to be with T-Mobile since they acquired sprint and the service has gone bad since the switch. I came to the store and made an appointment to come 2 days later to get my screen fixed. On the date of the appointment I arrived early and once they opened I entered the store and told the lady that was helping why I was there. They the told me it will be a 2 and half hour wait and that the technicians have other phones to work on. I told the lady why i made the appointment and that I was not told the wait will be that long. I took my phone and left

We had excellent service from Johnny. He was very patient with my elderly Mother setting up her new phone.

Been here a few times. Most of the time the staff is knowledgeable and can get you taken care of in a timely manner...but today we were there for 3 hours (not including wait time) because the lady couldnt change a screen protector properly and we bought 2 new watches, but that took so long to get the transaction done. Then she couldnt figure out how to pair the digits line so they only work when within range of the phone with Bluetooth on. We asked her to have someone come to help, but she insisted on trying to do it herself to the point that she said our phones werent compatible...i have a samsung 20 FE?! At the end I just up and left. Perhaps next time they have an employee that is still learning theyll ask first if its okay to have a trainee assist. Normally I wouldnt mind and we tried to be patient, but we didnt plan on spending all morning there and had to leave for work.

Absolutely the worst service ever.. Not only did I not get the promotion I was looking for, they switched me from Sprint that I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 years. I did not ask them to do that, now they say it cannot be switched back. Left the store and none of my phones worked.. So basically I went in as a Sprint customer asking about a promotion they were having.. left the store with same phones, same phone numbers and no promotion tbat they advertised, but now I am a TMobile customer.. scam all the way and noone seems to be able to correct the problem. As well as the service I have now does not even compare to what I had before. Dropped every call I have made including 3 calls to customer service. DO NOT USE THIS STORE AND STAY AWAY FROM TMOBILE!UPDATE: TMobile manager has been trying to fix my problems and get me switched back to Sprint as of Friday 04/16/21 I have no phone service now... Great work TMobile!! Jeez

I made an appointment online to have screen fixed and the next day I arrived at the store for my 5:00 appointment to have my phone serviced, but was told the technicians leave at 3:00. I was told to come back the next day at 10:30 AM. I was told phones cannot be held overnight at the store.When making my appointment I was able to explain the reason for the service repair. I voiced my frustration to the greeter at the door about the miscommunication to customers. The greeter agreed the website should not schedule repairs when technicians aren’t available. I am a former sprint customer and starting to realize T-Mobile has several things to work out on their end.

Horrible. As a Dallas County employee I went in to switch service and had spoken to a representative from t-mobile government services set up an appointment get there my contact person was not there. And when trying to explain why I was there no one there seemed to not know about the problem even after I brought the flyer in with me and was told 4 different things from what I was told from 3 different representatives from the initial contact person. They seemed to be very unorganized and was all over the place spent about 30 minutes there got frustrated and my wife and I left. Very disappointed and I like t-mobile had them before. I will give them another opportunity to earn my business I am very big on customer service t-mobile failed on yesterday @ 1765 Town East Blvd. Mesquite Tx. Although the African American lady that was trying to help did apologize thanks for that.
