I just left the store on lake june & masters & they tried to over charge me for the exact same phone I got @ this location & the man showed it to me on the screen & when I said something he said thats for new customers!!...I came right over here to this one & Able got me right on together for the price that was stated!!!!...DONT GO TO THE CRICKET ON LAKE JUNE & MASTERS THEY WILL CHEAT YOU & OVER CHARGE YOU!!!!...ALWAYS COME TO THIS ONE!!!!

Horrible! Needed a replacement phone (already had cricket service) that could run apps. Ended up with an icon phone with Android Go that was unable to do what I need to work. The phone case was supposedly free (charged for on receipt) plus charged an upgrade fee. It was supposed to be $75 for phone but was only 20 then the other 50 was case and upgrade (NOT REFUNDABLE!). RUDE MANAGER! Worked retail for 25 years and have NEVER seen such poor service. Made sure to charge me only $20 for phone and make the rest non refundable. Sketchy dealings.

I went there and to my surprise they are very helpful and patience with existing customer as new ones too.Great experience!!

I had a great experience at this store! They are very polite and even walked me in and out the door. They helped me with getting a new phone and transferred my information to the new one. I would definitely recommend this Cricket store over all the others around the area!

This is now my new home store! The ladies in there where so nice and pleasant!! I went in there to pay my phone bill and they definitely answered my questions and sold me on a phone! I will be upgrading next month thanks to them!

Very friendly staff and clean. Came in to pay my bill and they gave me a great deal on headphones for my kids! Will be back soon

Really nice stuff specially a guy named Kevin he helped me a lot with my process of applying to get a Iphone in payments, I didn’t bought the phone because I did not like the colors that they had, but really nice guy.

Very bad service, he did not give me a ticket for my purchase and he charged me for a cell phone that he never gave me are thieves.
