Sal at this store is so completely unprofessional. The stores equipment does not work, made my husband leave to get cash. Wouldnt provide me with his full name so I could go to his supervisor with a complaint. AVOID THIS STORE!

By far worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. I was instructed to go into a store because they were not able to help me over the phone. The sales associate must have either just broke up with her boyfriend or her gold fish died, definitely not the right job for this young woman. I was charged a activation fee because I activated a new phone (cool) then was told I needed, and also had to pay for a new SIM card.. But would also have to pay ANOTHER activation fee because they have to activate again.. OH and by coincidence they “didn’t have any SIM cards in stock” this woman didn’t seem to know ANYTHING but knew customer services number by heart (odd) I asked for the Mangers name And phone number.. was told that the Manager was also the District Manager, BUT didn’t seem to have a business phone, he could be contacted at the store.. horrible experience and I DO NOT recommend this location.

Super Rude incompetent Customer Service agents and management staff. I called to request information on switching over to Metro and staff are just straight up rude, stating I must be present in store because they are not allowed to give pricing/details over the phone. Supervisor Cindy was talking over me and just disconnected the call. Money is walking in to the store and these representatives of Metro by T-mobile are just turning money away and go right outside the door.

My favorite Metro location and not only because it is convenient for me but because the ladies are always so friendly and helpful.They always smile and do whatever they can to try to help you with what you want or need.

The store at Mesquite TX and 4133 Brodway Blvd, Garland TX are under the same manager Axxxxna!!They will scam, once you realize that they scammed and you go confront them they say you are wrong and that you misunderstood. They have hidden fees that they will sneak in and wont show until you have to pay your bill!! They have horrible customer service.
