I had gone to order a bouquet of balloons in the morning hours. I get to register and said I needed to wait for the next register. So I did. Waited a while I went go go get a tablecloth and come back and I had to enter the line again. I get to register then they said I have to wait again for same register. Then a employee tells me all registers take ballon orders. What kind of customer service is that! Waited for over 30 minutes.

Ordered online, but they did not process the order. They did not have the item advertised. Found something that I was able to use. I wont order online for store pick up again.

The selection of products was good, but there was an employee that seemed to be monitoring me and my group specifically, I didnt like this.

A little expensive but has everything you could possibly want for any kinda of party or shower you can imagine. From Halloween, birthday, Marti gra, graduation, baby, football, baseball. A little something for everyone.

I was surprised by lack of merchandise in party themes. An associate told me that maybe some supplies for what I wanted might come in Monday or Thursday. I need to hem Tuesday!

Great customer service. Went looking for Godzilla party supplies (unfortunately, none available), but found countless of great party supplies and ideas.

I want to know why the receipts always fade in less than 5 days. When you try to do survey for coupon you can’t complete because numbers have disappeared. This is not a receipt that has been left in the sun and this happens all the time. Seems a little suspicious

Never been to a Party City before, but we needed last minute decorations for a small office Christmas party. I was amazed at the selection, and the available stock just 1 week before Christmas. The employees were very helpful, and checkout was quite speedy. Prices are reasonable as well. Will def be back in the future for other, post-Covid party needs!

It is a very busy store. But they have a wide variety of party decorations. Staff is very helpful.

Zero customer service and this was from a manager. Didnt tell me thank you for my purchase. Was rude when telling me to park in front of store. Didnt put all of my balloons in a balloon bag. It seems as though the folks that work here hate their jobs and life. This location needs to hire people with better attitudes. Very disappointed. I dont recommend going here at all.

Just visited this location, cashier Kayla was super sweet. She went out of her way to acknowledge my daughters birthday as well as suggested some local fun places for kids. Upon entering the rep at the entrance was very attentive and walked us directly to what we needed I hate I didnt catch her name. Kudos to you party city for having such wonderful staff. We will be a returning customer soon.

A fun place to shop for the children in our lives or the child like adults in our lives. It is wonderful to see the look on their faces when they see the surprises we got for them.🎉🎊🍭🍬🎈Once I bought several balloons and sent them to my daughter at college during mid-terms I put instructions to open the box in the common area. I added confetti to the balloons. My daughter said it was just the break they needed and lessened the tension of mid-terms and then they were able to get back to their studies.

The staff was not friendly and the location is hidden and seems a bit rough. It seemed very chaotic and unorganized on my visit.FYI during covid they are not blowing up balloons from outside.

Poor customer service. Went to the store to pickup balloons. The personell there told a women if your just picking up come to register 7, that they should have told them when they placed the order. So we did that same guy and crew saw us waiting no acknowledgement that we were there standing for 8 minutes so I spoke up and asked if I can pick up my balloons. What took literally 10 seconds to do took 10 minutes. These people went out their way to ignore that we were standing there.

Very helpful, especially around the holidays. Theyll have someone standing by the door ready to help you! Everything is reasonably priced and they have a huge variety of items! Only thing I Dont purchase here is baking stuff, unless Its specific to a theme. Reason for it is I think they over priced certain items for baking. But, overall this is my go-to party store!

The ladies there were so loud with their conversations and ignoring the customers that had any questions, literally leaving them there standing and waiting for them to finish up. Then mocking their accents when they walked away and making faces.

If youre wondering about the Helium shortage and why they still advertise balloons, please understand that balloons are one of their top sales items and they cant just discontinue balloons when in-fact, you can blow them up yourselves. There are hundreds of videos online on how to make fantastic air-filled balloon displays. Also, if you took the helium shortage as a surprise, there is details on their website, all over Google, and it even made it to channel 5 and 8 News. It is a GLOBAL shortage that may never be appeased considering Helium is a natural, non-renuable gas and cannot be replenished by demand. Which is scary because not only is helium used for balloons, but for medical supplies and machines such as MRI scans.

Went in looking for some party decor and I was in the right aisle but just couldn’t find them among the good amount of selection they have. I asked one of the staff and he helped me. Check out was fast too!

I was there just now (10/26/19 @12:00pm), the lady at register #2 was the one who helped me. I had ordered some Birthday items online and wanted to return some of those said items. She said she couldnt do a return because the line was too long and to come back another day. The customer next to me seemed to be having problems as well. Crazy. Must be orders from management. Guess Ill have to make another trip to return my items.

Then a miracle happened there was more helium in the back...can you believe that?...... Then the associate blows them up & i had to wait an additional 10 minutes....Talking about passive aggressive

Party City had almost everything I was looking for. I made a scoocer cake for my youngest grandson. The only thing I couldnt find was little scoocer players. But the cake turned out good. He loved it.

Long line to check out. Only 2 cashiers. But after waiting for 10 mins they brought 2 more up to the front so thats was better. Huge selection!

Party City has everything you need to get your party up and running but when I was in there a week or so ago, I was looking for edible glitter and they didnt have it. How disappointing..... I knew if no other store had it, I could count on Party City to have it. Hopefully theyll see this post and get some edible glitter and not just edible glitter shapes.

Worst store manager ever!!! I bought some items and the cashier rang them up and because some items weren’t enough. I told the cashier to hold my order while I go get some more items to add. I changed my mind because I needed those items to match up so no kid is left out. I apologized and asked the lady to return the item and issue me a refund. All I heard from the store manager Cassandra was, she’s refunding me for item on items that match up to the reciept . I asked what she meant, I hadn’t even taken the bag nor the receipt . She had an attitude and basically told me she’s missing 2 items and would refund me less. I told her she’s not making sense as I have not even touched the bag,she called security and proceeds to tell me she’s calling the cops so now am being accused of shoplifting or it’s being implied with now reason whatsoever that makes sense to me. Thankfully I only had my phone and my wallet . My daughter has nothing on her . Let’s just say that Cassandra won’t be serving me any time soon nor will I Ever wish my experience on anyone. My daughter was crying saying she doesn’t want me to go to jail. This was an unnecessary event and a painful experience just because she was mad am returning these items. This store manager has no business being in customer service nor the temperament to hold her position.the

Few selections for Childrens full costume. Seems like most full costumes are for Adults. Childrens outfits you have to piece together, and the next thing you know, youve spent $50.00, with not a lot to show for it. Disappointing...

I dont usually go to the store, because I get everything online and have it sent to me. This time I needed something in a rush and couldnt wait for it to be delivered. This place moves every time I go there its at a new location! They should call it the Wandering, Vagabond Party City! The guy who I picked my order up from was rude, which is probably why I dont go to the store that often. I was in the line waiting specifically marked for pick up orders before anybody else got in line and he started waiting on other customers, and then pretty much sarcastically told me while you just need to get in line over here.Yeah, I much prefer my UPS driver delivering my stuff.

It is a rather large party city and has a large selection. I had a pleasant experience here, but due to fraud they do not accept one hundred dollar bills. They had signs everywhere. So make sure you dont have anything this large. Other than that i would reccomend this location.

Called before I went to location to confirm they had what I needed and once I got there I first waited in line for almost 15 minutes then when I get to the front counter the woman told me that it’s going to be in the floor and not up on the wall so I waited in line for no reason then when I went back up to the front THEY THEN d tell me that they do not CARRY IT So I waisted 20 to 30 minutes at this location !!

Called on Thursday 5/3 at 11am to place a phone order for balloons for a company event to pick up after 5. When I told the lady my request, she asked me to call back later because Im busy right now. I asked for a call back at their convenience and I was told that wasnt possible because she was the only cashier and the manager was busy outside. I asked when I could call back then and she told me 4:30 or 5pm...literally 6 hours later (I assume when someone else other than her could help me) and right around the time I would need them. I understand it gets busy and the priority is the customer in the store, but I just couldnt believe the lack of effort to even TRY to help or call me back. I went with party city on northwest hwy in dallas and was helped within 10 minutes on the phone and in person. Will be my go to store from here on out for all company balloon orders.

This place is terribly managed! One lazy stoned employee searching in the back for costumes for twenty people. We are all waiting in a completely unorganized line wondering if anyone is actually back there looking for costumes. Meanwhile other employees floating around refusing to help huge line of neglected customers. After waiting 20 minutes most of us are told the costumes are not in stock. What appeared to be the manager also appeared to have an attitude with customers that dared ask her to check costumes were in stock before they waited another 20 mins in line. This place is the worst. Im out...

The parking lot and the building is so much better than the one they had on the other side.

The line was sooo long with only one cashier. It took us less than 10 minutes to find what we needed, but exactly 31 minutes in line. The poor cashier was so overwhelmed!

I went to the party city store in mesquite Texas and I needed balloons for my daughters graduation and they had the balloons but no helium.Now I purchased Birthday party balloons at this store I can’t pre order my balloons cause they don’t know they will have enough helium that day ??It’s a store for parties decorations and balloons why can’t they have enough helium ?Please fix this on going issue

Employees unhappy with their jobs, it’s palpable. 2 employees having convo between balloons and register about starting out late & not going to bed until 4am.As management of a party facility perhaps looking into local events/celebrations to offer increase in staff on days like today when schools have graduations going on. Just a suggestion.PS: happy employees have happy customers... because their management team takes care of them. Do your employees know they are appreciated?Fast forward an hour later ... I just left Dóllar Tree in Town east Blvd and they are fully prepared for graduation weekend with already prepared balloons, increase in staff, affordable party supplies, and happy helpful employees ;-)

I go to party city for last minute parties.so I hate it that it takes so long to check out. I dont understand why it takes so long.all I want is to get balloons filled and maybe some party plates.i understand it takes time to fill balloons.what I mean is last time I was there my transaction took so long because the cashier had to wait for a manager to change receipt paper.why do u need a manager to change receipt paper.its like this every time.idk if it has to do with old pos systems.honestly if I have the time I get my stuff online.

The clerks in the Party City located in Mesquite were rude, clueless and lazy. They had the costume I wanted, but did not want to go in the back to get it. After being sighed at and eyes rolled at me the clerk went and got. I said that you so much, you are truly going to make a little girls BD come true. She literally muttered back yea, really. However, on a good note, I had a great experience @ the store in Garland and Hulen stores!

Man what a party. There were people in masks everywhere. I mean people were living it up. Add a free drink at the door and the place would be a blast. Good fun place to shop. Im sure you can role play any movie in there karoke style ya know. Dont have a stage tho so it might not be permitted. Other than that good times. You should chek the place out.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I met with Monica to make CUSTOM invitations. I had sat down with her and wrote out how I wanted everything placed and how I wanted it worded. She informed me that Party City has a policy that the proof has to be sent out in 48 hours. I received my proof email 3 days later!! OH, and not to mention she didnt even send a proof!!!! Monica was emailing me to inform me that her computer program does not do the layout I has requested. SO my point is...it took you 3 DAYS to let me know that????!! Shouldnt you know the program enough to know what it is capable of and what it is not?? I am so frustrated I could scream. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT go to party city in MESQUITE, a BIG FAT waste of money and time.....now I still have to go get my money back AND find another place to do my custom invitations. I will NEVER go to Party City for anything ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
