The store was locked with no apparent attendant during business hours with only some vague sign that says By Appointment Only. After knocking.. because the lights were on.. someone showed up. I was simply following up with a job opportunity I applied for as I have worked for FAST Signs in another locations in the past. I was met with some one at the front door who looked somewhat disheveled and defiantly not wearing anything that indicated he was an actual employee of Fast Signs. When asked to talk to the manager or owner to side step this person I was told, The owner is never here. If he wants to hire you, he will call you. Then proceeded to shut the door in my face. Thanks, buddy. You REALLY showed some customer service there. I cant imagine that I will go anywhere to complain about it.

I contracted FAST SIGNS of Mesquite to do a large perforated window sign for my business. They sent someone out, performed the necessary measurements and within a few days I had a rendering. Chris Valasquez was very professional and good customer service but had to wait 1 month and a half to get my products. First they told me somebody picked them up waited 4 days for a call back and didnt actually get a call back til I disputed the charges from my bank account...Then they ran out of ink so had to wait an extra week... just to get told there installer was out of town and for some reason the managers are always in a meeting.would not recommend them to anyone

If I could give it a zero star I would! We went in to order a sign, Wednesday, we were told we would get a proof the next day, Thursday, maybe even that afternoon since they were very slow. We showed them and emailed them, while still at the store in front of them, a sample of what we wanted. The following late afternoon still nothing. We called to inquire about what was going on and they claimed they were waiting on our sample, keep in mind the graphic designer had already seen our sample and made a graph of it. We resend the sample, whatever right. They say we will get the proof the next day, Friday, we do get the proof and the logo was very different than what we provided. We expressed we wanted something closer looking to what we provided and asked if we could get it done that day for there first screw up.... to which they said a plain No that we had to wait till Monday. Comes Monday nothing, Tuesday nothing. We email and ask what is going on.... we get a response that our order is on hold.... almost a week and we still have no proof! We went to the store to speak to manager and hopefully get this expidited or get a refund. As we walk in there a lady at the counter on the phone, we wait for several minutes, never does she acknowledge our presence, although the door rang loudly as we walked in and were pretty much in front of her. A guy comes out after a while and looks at us, we approach and ask to speak to manager to which he tells us she is on the phone... I ask if it was the lady right in front of us, he says yes. I got a bad feeling as it is the person who has literally ignored us since we came in. Ends her phone call and walks off once again ignoring us. My husband says, excuse me not even looking at us she states she will be right back. She comes back we tell her we want a refund she says ok without even caring as of why or anything. Then she asks why, we begin to explain the bad service and she shows no interest, cutting us off. She just says she will have to call cc machine company to get the refund... turns out she had no idea how to do a refund! No apologies or anything! Call the card company give my husband cc machine receipt and turns to the computer.... not saying anything else. We stand there for a few seconds not knowing that was it, she looks at us and says thats all. My husband asked for her name and she hands him a business card with the name Shaley Lucas, Owner written on the card! To our surprise. No wonder the rest of the employees are so careless if the owner cares NONE about clients! Why should they, only the reflection of the owner.... will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone! Absolutely not!

Fastsigns Mesquite recently completed a complex project with multiple artwork files from 20 different sources for a job fair our company recently held. They went above and beyond and the the event was a success, thanks in part to the signage provided by Fastsigns.
