Had a horrible experience at fastsigns mesquite. Came to them they had me in and out in 5 min. Sharpened up my truck decals and made better. Super professional guy named Brent knows his stuff and is a big help.

The Accurate Signs staff is very helpful in suggesting creative materials & printing solutions that are affordable and (more importantly) look great! Their customer service and attention to detail are top notch. Anytime I need a sign produced Accurate Signs is who I call.

If I could give this company 0 stars.......I would! They are not people of integrity who keep their word. They dont handle busy professionally and you would do better taking your money somewhere else! Dont be their next victim.......

Hello and God bless! I hope to post this review as a warning to all churches and business thinking of doing business with Accurate Signs and its owner Doug.His projected times were way off and he was unprofessional and immature. He even told me himself he was incompetent upon our conclusion of business. Doug was supposed to print and install my pole sign and after having paid a sizable deposit and having waited for over a month we found the sign was not the right size. Nonetheless myself and my Pastor attempted to salvage the business relationship by going ahead and letting the oversized sign be installed upon Dougs suggestion who was supposedly trying to make it right. Then we were faced with his contemptible installer an older crude man who was crass and impolite. The experience was a nightmare in the end. We thought this was just how it was trying to get a pole sign re-faced but we were wrong. This was a case unprofessionalism. Not only was our sign face over sized but it wasnt the translucent material promised, rather it was standard banner material not meant for pole signs.Dont waste your time with this business. The owner has no integrity.I found another sign installer who hfabricated and had my sign up in 4 days. If your considering accurate signs, keep looking.

I have been to Accurate Signs 3 times for a blank piece of choroplast. The 1st time i was charged $16 for the largest piece with it being scored. The 2nd time I was charged $20 because they had undercharged me the 1st time.The 3rd time it was $55 !!! They said they had uncharged me the 1st and 2nd. I let them know I was a returning customer and why had their prices increased so much. The older gentleman said it was because he had to cut the boards and he cant make any money if he charged me less.I had first chosen this company because it is locally owned to help support the community. And their prices were ONCE resonable. But at $55 I will not be returning.I understand we all have to make a profit but for less than 10 minutes in the store and white blank pieces of choroplast I find it hard to believe that $55 is a resonable price when most other places charge under $20. Even after I let him know I was confused by the price increase he still did NOTHING to resolve the issue.I will NOT be returning because i would hate to see what they will charge me next.

Hello to all I am disturb at the way this company has made themselves look in the publics eye they are very unprofessional and they need to brought down low straight to the point they completely disregard what was needed of them which was to put up sign in a timely manner and making sure, when u do business with someone that we can trust that u will charge a reasonable price we where ripped off and not only that the sign was left People of the world how can u do business like this someone please tell me????
