In May, I ordered a cot from this store on the online store. They said it won’t be in stock for a while and never specified when they will get more. A few months later, I find the object and sent an inquiry into the order status (which remains unanswered). More recently, I ask for a refund for the item I ordered as it still has not shipped. This inquiry also remains unanswered. Bottom line is customer service has been atrocious, and I will not be ordering from here again.Edit 8/9: Just got a response on my order. It should be set to ship soon. Really wish the site would inform buyers about the inventory status to avoid this issue. I’ll be changing the rating to reflect this.

Made a PayPal purchase two weeks ago. They provided order status two days later of item shipping along with tracking number. While tracking the item, it showed UPS delivered the item a few days prior to it shipping. After looking a little closer, I came to the realization that the tracking number they provided was for an order that I previously purchased from them. Needless to say, I have been trying to reach them for the past two weeks via whatever means necessary. (Email, Phone, Website Message System) I have yet to get a response....

Is this store even open anymore? I made a PayPal purchase. The money was taken out, but no information. I’ve called.. no answer. Left message... nothing. Facebook Messenger... nothing. - Just odd that so many say how good their experience was.. but I’m not even sure this place is even in business anymore. - Any suggestions or help?

Not a surplus store, everything here is new. Good prices, and they didnt change despite the high demand with the virus panic as of late. Good people.

Really small shop, nothing wrong with this besides the fact that they are pretty understocked. What they did have in store was also pretty limited though but they do give you the option to order it if it is not in stock. The woman at the desk was pleasant and left me to browse after welcoming me.

Came in to get my first tactical boots. We drove 30 miles to get them here. Right of the bat we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any help. The owner is helpful,informative and knowledge. I totally recommend them, they have the best prices in AZ.!!! Wish I could give yall more stars. Come here if you want a personable experience with awesome customer service .

Small place, tucked away with abnomal hours. But the owner was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely would recommend if you need some sorta tactical gear.... And especially body armor. Prices are below average from everywhere else, as far as I can tell

When I walked into the store I was greeted by a friendly employee. When I inquired about a product I was interested in purchasing, he took the time to show me the selection they had in stock. Aside from the great selection of tactical gear, this store has an impressive array of morale patches! All in all, a great store with a great selection of product and friendly/knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this store!

A lot of awesome mil-spec gear. Bought an extremely hard to find mil-spec hydration pack CHEAPER than I could find it online. Only store in town with it in stock also. Come here for all your gear, great prices plus good customer service.

Stopped in looking for an IWB holster. Guy was enthused to show me his products and how they work. Even though he didnt have what I needed in stock, he was cool about the fact that Im from out of town and probably wouldnt be back soon. His demeanor, knowledge and helpfulness made me want to come back.

If youre looking for the perfect pack, flashlight, boots, body armor or that cool morale patch - this is THE place. Lyman and his staff know their stuff. Great place. Great people. Awesome customer service.

This place is horrible. I got to the store about five minutes after the time that they were supposed to open at. When I got there the door still said closed so I sat in my car for a few minutes and I girl walked up to the door and unlocked it went in and then locked it again. I waited a few more minutes but they never did open so I decided to drove over to Skaags since I knew that they would be open. I was there for about an hour and decided to give this place one more try. When I got there the door still said closed and I tried the door but it was still locked. The girl came outside and said she was there just to collect a pay check and didnt want to really help anyone so she just kept the door locked. I wont try this place again. Plus this store just changed their hours of operations to be closed on the weekend. What kind of tactical store is closed on the weekend when most of the people who will shop there are off. Makes no sense to me

Small store, spoke with one staff member at length about body armor, was nice to see he really knew what he was talking about. Overall good customer service every time Ive been here. Smaller store but they cram a lot of stuff in there.

I wasnt a huge fan of my department issued vest so I bought the Condor XPC vest here. I dont typically write reviews, very seldom. But the customer service was outstanding. So much so, my father who lives in Chicago ordered from here. Emails back and forth for customer support from here had quick responses and everyone was glad to help! Will defiantly be a returning customer!

This review is based on online purchase (Wilderness Instructors Belt).Website states items are typically shipped 24-48 hours after purchase. 7 days after my online purchase, they still didnt ship out my item. I called to check the status of my order, no answer. I emailed them, no reply. They shipped my item out later on that day.Overall it took 1.5 weeks to get my item. 7 days for them to ship it out, 3 days of shipping time. No customer service communication.

I found everything I was looking for and then some; however, the options on what I was looking for were limited. Other than that this place was great.

Excellent staff... with a decent selection of gear. Not the biggest store but everything I needed.

Web site, google and stores hours listed on door says Saturday open till 2PM. Showed up at 12:30 on Saturday and they are closed. Tried calling. Got Generic vm saying cant take call. Somewhat tacky. I will shop elsewhere.

These guys have a lot of nice gear and just expanded their store. They even have field medical stuff like celox and bandages. Lots of morale patches, multicam stuff, atacs, duty pants, a bunch of different high quality boots, armor, plate carriers.. you name it.

Good in store selection. Good customer service.

I went in to many other stores like this and was unable to find what i wanted or if i did it was outrageously priced, came here as a last ditch resort and i wish i went there first, got what i was looking for exactly down to the color, they were friendly and i could truly tell they loved working there

Customer service was a joke. Guy working had no clue what a bucket hat was, and when I showed him, he was oh... Only sizes they had were for kids. Poor selection, and what they have in stock is not for adults. Wasted trip

They completely ignored me when I walked in even after I said hi. Two people working and none of them assisted me. I walked out without the boots that could of made them $100.
