These guys did a slide cut & cerakote for my pistol and it turned out amazing! Very impressed, the color turned out a lot better than I expected. Will definitely be back!
Stopped in to get some parts put in my shotgun. They did it same day and did an awesome job. The customer service was excellent as well. Great job guys!!
Context is definitely important, so Im editing this to reflect the owners response. I called a total of 5 gunsmiths around the valley and explained the job in the exact same way.The quote provided by Wright Armory was $200, for a job that takes most gunsmiths 15-30 minutes. I received quotes from $65 up to $120 from the other gunsmiths. Wright armory was 80% higher than the highest quote I received and 160% higher than the lowest.Like I said, shop around. These guys will nickel and dime you to death...
Exceptional people giving exceptional service, fast, polite and very competitive,
Dont waste your time & money. Sent new gun in to be NP3 plated. Five months and $600 later the gun came back a train wreck. Finish was mismatched, had a gash in the metal, trigger would not release after being pulled, cylinder release hangs up, gun was basically thrown together with other parts not completely in place. Gun has been sent back to be fixed. As the owner of a business myself, I dont know how anyone in good conscientious can take someones money after such a debacle.
Very quick turnaround time and fixed the issue the first time. Will definitely bring all my gunsmithing needs here in the future!
Great work, Chris the service manager was great to work with, Had my Ruger Super Blackhawk 41mag cerakoted in elite black
I brought in my pistol in for a cerakote job and it looks good. However, it wasn’t what I asked for originally. I sent pictures of what I wanted and it looks nothing like what I asked for so I’m a little disappointed because of that.
I contacted Brian Wright, the owner of Wright Armory to have some work completed on my AR-15. I wanted to get some engraving done in the 3rd selector position on my AR, as I am running a Binary trigger and I wanted the selector clearly marked as being an non-safe position.I was very clear in my request, I wanted the H&K stock 2-round pictogram with the depth/width matching my existing marking on my lower receiver. I sent him pictures of the exact image that I wanted engraved on my weapon. I was told Not a problem, we can definitely make that happen! After a few weeks, I drove 200 miles round trip to get the work completed on my weapon at my scheduled appointment time. When I arrived, the sample images that they had made looked no where close to the images I provided them. They keep blaming it on their subcontracted designer. After about 3 hours, they finally got the exact image I wanted and supplied.Since Brain was not at the shop, I was dealing with a younger man that I hadnt dealt with before. I explained to him that I wanted the width/depth of the engraving to match my existing markings, and I wanted the image aligned with the top of the existing markings for proper placement (proof in photo section of work order). The completed work I got back was absolutely unacceptable. The markings depth, width, and alignment were way off from what I requested. They offered me a full refund for the work (which was given). However, now I have a ruined $300 lower receiver.I have contacted other engraves to see if this receiver could be repaired and was told... an experienced engraver would have done better, but also wouldve known what not to promise. The CNC cuts a lot different than a laser so it would be hard to make it 100% identical but yeah thats pretty bad. Id have gotten you a new one and chalked it up to a hard learned lesson before I handed that back to you.So, in short... Be aware, if you use this company, you may run into the same issue. Now I have a ruined lower receiver and Wright Armory refused to make this right. BEWARE!!!!
Amazing and fast service! Couldn’t be happier with the work they did. I will definitely be seeing these guys again. Highly recommend
I used Wrights walk in gunsmithing service for the first time today to have2 sets of sights installed. I barely had time to go grab some fast food before I was getting a text letting me know they were all finished up. Install was perfect. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to staff. They’re my new go-to ‘smith.
Im so happy with the service Wright Armory provided, and their superb customer service team! In just over a month, they were able to custom cut my Springfield Armory Hellcat slide and mount a Holosun 507k. Not long at all since they do a big volume of work. I did not purchase the OSP model, because I never planned on mounting an optic on the Hellcat, but when I saw the 507k I wanted it badly. I was considering selling my firearm and purchasing the optic ready version, but then I saw that Wright Armory does slide cuts at a very reasonable price. They also laser engraved a couple of things on my Hellcat, and they both came out exactly as I imagined. Big shout out to my Customer Service Representative, Jeff, who maintained great communication with me throughout this process and answered my emails the same day I asked him a question. What an amazing business, that happens to be based out of my beautiful home state of Arizona. Guys, its hard to find a gunsmith to do this kind of work, and Wright Armory is hands down the best in the industry. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!Thank you, Wright Armory!
Excellent workmanship. Great customer service and communication. Awesome turnaround time. More than fair prices.I sent my Springfield Armory XD-45 Tactical slide in to have it milled and a Holosun red dot installed. The old joke is you can have things done RIGHT, CHEAP, or FAST....pick two. Honestly I got all three from Wright Armory.Do business here with complete confidence!!!
Had an issue that they handled swiftly and professionally and I was able to wait until the work was completed. Ill definitely be seeing them for any future issues
I’m only giving one star but I can’t go any lower then that I called 23 times today on Monday September 20 2021 I have been calling for an hour from 5:00pm-6:00pm while they was open and I just kept getting the message of when they are open and what times and saying call back if I hear the message and I got nothing you just lost my business and the reply is not true idk what happened but I called so many times I called many times before and during the 15 mins
Incredibly easy to do business with! I printed the cerakote order form from the website, filled it out and sent it in with a money order. Their website also has a repair update that is explicit and quite helpful. I am a hobbyist gunsmith..but coatings and finishes are well outside my comfort zone. The finish was well done and exactly what I wanted. This is a local business for me and Im proud to have them close by!
This shop is top notch. I had to remove my A2 front sight and put on a low profile gas block on it so that I could mount a scope. Because I had Duracoated the rifle I thought that it might get chewed up removing and replacing the sight. Not a scratch. Thank you Wright Armory. Now I dont have to repaint the barrel.
Wright Armory did a fantastic job on plating parts for my Sig Sauer in Electroless Nickel. But, no ones perfect. Improvement opportunity. It took over 5 months to get my parts plated. The previous firm at the same location ran 6-8 weeks. Is it worth the wait ? Most definitely. If you are in a rush or serving customers, you may want to explore other firms that do similar work.Thank you again Wright Armory
I recently had my sks gone through. The guys at Wright armory did a fantastic job. Came back looking like a new firearm. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to anyone that wants their firearms to look and preform as they should. Thanks again guys !!
Drilled and taped the AK perfect for my folding adapter. Clean work.
Super job.rifle work/operates smooth,reasonable price...
First visit was yesterday, bringin in a new PX4 Storm to have the grip size increased, the professionaism of the front staff the obvious knowledge of gun works was exceptional. then the gunsmith himself came out o talk and discuss in detail what type of grip he could make with adding near a half in in the grip, What I found great and what i do expect from any interaction with me as a customer is they do NOT talk in the negative, what they cannot do. The intire conversation was what they are able to do, never once did the gunsmith say he is unable to take care of this, he gave be forty five options. even checked my hand size to make sure i was not exagerating. then brought out three examples of texture for me. this was a 45 minutes drive but one I am now glad i took and in two weeks will update with the results. as far as first impressions this place is excellent
Sent my P220 in for the np3 finish. I had previously owned a Robar P220. Wrights Armory put the np3 on it, new night sites on for me, installed my STT kit in it and it shoots amazing. The np3 finish is the best way to go. Wrights Armory did a superb job on my Gun and I’ll be sending them more.
Had an aftermarket grip installed. Great work, done the same day and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
Good people. I always take my guns there. Prices are great.
Outstanding gunsmith! Beautiful work on my custom 1911
Wright Armory completed a COMPLETE FRAME PACKAGE and a double trigger guard undercut on my Glock 26 Gen 4. I feel my grip is more solid and firmer the before the work. In addition to the better grip and accuracy when shooting, the pistol as a clean, custom look to it. I get compliments from co-workers and range buddies a like.
Absolutely impeccable customer service, speed and end results speak for themselves.
Good service good guns.
Excellent work, fast service.
Cant say on their service. Everytime I try calling it goes to voice-mail or they automatically end the call. No email to email either, shame when I need such a simple thing done.
Wright Armory came highly recommended by a firearm vendor way up on the northwest side (New River) of the Phoenix Metro area. Figured Id check them out for a sight install. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Pricing is fair and quality of work good. I will continue to use them for any future needs. Thanks Wright Armory!
Great guys here! In the gun world I have run into my fare share of shops, builders, and professionals that turned out to be hacks. These shops can take 3-9 months to give your firearm back or not even fix it. Well at Wright Armory they went above and beyond, they were able to engrave my SAN 553 receiver the day my tax stamp came in while I waited. This took 10 MINUTES, I gave them a 2 hour heads up and I was extremely impressed with the workman ship. If you are looking for a shop for your NFA items or want any personalized items on your firearm look no further, you found your shop. Thanks guys you guys are the real deal.
Absolutely fantastic team here at Wright Armory. I took in an AR build I was working on to have them Cerakote and assemble and they did an amazing job. Will be returning for more work and referring all of my friends.
Very professional work an Awesome customer service I brought my A.R. 15 barrel down to get the barrel Dimpled they did a very nice job on the Dimpling they called me like in an hour and said it was done now that’s customer service wow I will definitely be back and refer you guys.
Just made a customer for life!!! I work in the quality field, and what Wright Armory did, exceeds quality work! Professional and friendly staff, I will definitely be bringing more work to them! Would recommend a hundred times over. Great job guys!
Havent had work done yet, but was super impressed with their customer service. Emailed inquiring about milling and the owner replied within the same day. Other places didnt respond or did a week later. Will be giving them my business when the sight I want is released
To start, this is my opinion on work they did for me, this may not be reflective of anyones past or future experiences: I sent an AK in to get converted to a side folder. They estimated on price on the phone, ended up costing twice as much (not an issue if not for part two). I get it back, and while the folder functions, the conversion was poor, especially at over 500 dollars. The cutout for the trunnion is massive, poorly aligned, and will require more money to fix. If this were 10 years ago, this wouldnt be as big a deal, but with Russian imports no longer happening, this has damaged a firearm that cannot be replaced. Anyway, if youre looking to get an American made firearm fixed, I have every confidence they are a great choice, but if youre looking for AK work, my opinion is look for some place else to do it.
12 GA shotgun was in need of repairs. Wright Armory was recommended by AZ Guns as a place of quality work. I received my shotgun back in a timely fashion. Gun was repaired like new. Very satisfied. Will continue to use them when needed. GS
Excellent customer service this was my 4th trip to Wright armory and these guys are the best they always answer any of my concerns they are very knowledgeable and they take care of business I wont go to any other Smith in the valley these guys do the work Wright.
Awesome Service!Gave me a 2-3 week eta for slide Mill for RMSC and Tungsten Cerakote and they did not disappoint nor make me part from my EDC longer than estimated. Cerakote job is top knotch and honestly shows as Pro work, nothing half-a$$ed and decently priced! They will be my go-to to play with all the rest of my toys. Great work guys
This is my second time working with Wright Armory for Cerokoting. I sent my assembled CZ 97 frame in for some color (H-347 Copper). I love the way it turned out, it was better than I was expecting. I had to buy new grips since the old ones didnt do the pistol justice! The entire process took 2 months door to door. This project took a little longer than the previous one due to the gun smithing required to fully disassemble & reassemble the frame. I like that you can go online and check the status of your repair ticket. They have good communication and answer their phone if you call. I will continue to use them for my Cerokote projects.
Took a scar 17 to have the barrel cut down, to an overall length of 16 inches after taking it to another shop where they had it for 5 weeks, and weren’t able to do it. I dropped it off on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised when I received a notification 4 days later that it was done. It looked great, and the customer service I received through IG before I even took it in was exceptional! Found my permanent gunsmith!
I bought a laser-engraved knife for my dad for Christmas. I knew nothing about knives but figured he would like it, since hes an outdoorsy/fisherman/manly man type guy. Brian and his team were exceptional to work with! They helped me pick out the perfect style and engraved a personal message on the blade. My dad was so surprised and he said its his favorite gift! Thank you SO much!!
This place is beyond amazing! Extremely friendly staff who went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. I was in a dilemma needing a gift for my son engraved and and they really bent over backwards to help me. Im very grateful, not only did they help me but they did a beautiful job! I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Thank you so much!
Marcus helped me out today and was amazing! My front sight had slid way off to the side and it fixed it up on the spot and now it’s perfect! Excellent work and service! I highly recommended this shop!
I ended up putting a roll pin where a set screw needed to go. Needless to say I could not remove it and the other shops I took it to said they would have to modify the lower.Wright armory was able to remove the roll pin without modifying the lower and were able to retap the hole for the set screw. They are very very professional and everything was done on time and in budget.Highly recommended.
Wright Armory is top notch. I went in with a problem and they were on it. They took care of it right away. I wasnt there very long. From this day forward they have all my business. I highly recommend Wright Armory for all your fire arms need.
Nice guys who run the place, friendly and easy to talk to, meticulous as well. Without a vice or wanting to mar my upper receiver, I had them change out my muzzle device. In one-two it was replaced, aligned, and I was out the door. Just from my brief experience I could sense these guys were genuine and knew their craft. If I ever need a repair or modification Ill use Wright Armory first and recommend others give them a chance too.
I have utilized the services offered by Wright Armory for the past couple of years. My experience with their staff has also been positive and their customer service is excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and have always provided superior service while working on my firearms. i highly recommend Wright Armory.
Great Staff!! Professional and Knowledgeable. I have been utilizing Wright Armory over 6 years. The only Armory I trust with my equipment. Rebuilds, tune up, sights, etc. Exceptional service at a reasonable price. Integrity is paramount as they would rather you save your money that do unnecessary work. Best kept secret is the FFL for transfers. One stop shop! Brian and his staff have set a standard of Excellence.
Matt is friendly and efficient, Marcus is a great gunsmith, all the guys are helpful and accurate. WA has built several custom rifles for us and they run like a dream. The couple of times we have had operational issues (operator error, LOL), Brian made suggestions and modifications that improved our results on the range immediately! Thanks to a gunsmith shop that finishes their work, communicates about progress on your job and is willing to offer advice along the way to improve the results of the project!
After reading an article about Wright Armory written by a competitive shooter, I decided to take my competition 1911 to them to repair a loose front sight. Matt helped me at the window and got the sight repaired while I waited a very short period of time. He took the time to explain how the repair was made. The charge for the repair was minimal. I recommend Wright Armory if you are looking for a gunsmith in the Mesa, AZ area. Give them a try.
Great customer service! These guys will take care of you and make you feel confident that you are dealing with true professionals. I will not take my firearms anywhere else!
I needed engraving done on a gift, but it needed to be done perfectly, as the recipient of the gift is very particular. After looking around for quite a while for the right place to engrave it, I finally spoke with Brian at Wright Armory, and he assured me they could do exactly what I was looking for. They were responsive, careful, and extremely attentive. I couldnt wait to receive the finished product back, and when I did, it was even better than expected! Wright Armory was absolutely the....dare I say...wright...place to do it!Thank you Brian and his whole team for helping me create such a memorable gift - will definitely be back for more work!
Work is solid and price is right. This is my Second time working with Wright armory and theyve done exceptional jobs of cutting dovetail and replacing sights. Would recommend to anyone looking for any gun smiting works done!
Wright Armory not only did a phenomenal job on my firearm, but they were also helpful through the whole process. From design ideas to easy shipping and great value! The final product came out even better than expected and I would not hesitate to return with additional projects in the future. A must have for custom gun owners and lovers of attention to detail! 5/5
I showed up to add some parts to my shield 9mm i was helped instantly by Brian and Marcus both guys were super cool 😎 they had my parts on in no time and made sure my pistol was working properly before returning it to me im very satisfied with there services and will always highly recommend them to anyone if you like awesomecustomer service and a stellar gunsmith ! 🕶
These guys were amazing. Offered same day, while you wait service when I needed an immediate fix performed on my pistol. Cant recommend them enough and I am a customer for life!
I saw wright armory online and decided to give them a try. Just walked in, showed them what I wanted and they did an amazing job and fast too!! Way faster than I expected! Their real time updates online are nice to be able to track the progress of your gun or parts right now. All in all, customer service, product delivery and satisfaction is a five star all the way.
These guys are awesome. Knowledgeable and friendly. I was having problems with my Sig P320 and brought it in for them to look at. I showed it to Chris and he said “ I had the same problem with mine.” He took down the slide, showed me the problem, fixed it and handed it back to me. They didn’t charge me a cent because it was so simple. Definitely recommend Wright Armory!!
This review is focus on the customer service aspect of This company. Because of a difference of opinion Of what It should Cost to reassemble a ruger 1022 I didnt move forward with working with this company. However their customer service Was great and the owner of the company and who I was talking with at the front desk more than made things right.
I love these guys! They are always ready to freely share their knowledge, recommend the correct procedure and product, and most of the time install it while I wait! Every other gunsmith I have been to makes me wait two weeks for the simplest procedure. And I hate to be without my guns...
Took a pistol in to get the sights upgraded, Matt was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they replaced the sights very fast. I had some questions about some potential upgrades Matt walked me though the process. I decided to go ahead and have some trigger work done, and was given the option to have them order the parts for me or I could order them myself and bring them in and was given part numbers and a link to purchase. I ordered them and took it in for the work and a couple hours later received a text it was ready for pick up. Best service I have ever had. Can’t recommend them enough thanks to all at Wright Armory and I look forward to working with you guys again.
Great group of people, very easy to work with. The work couldnt have been better. Extremely satisfied.
Very efficient services. Dropped a 1911 off at around 11:30am for sight install. Received a notice at 12:30 saying they needed approval to do some milling for fitment. They had it milled and sights installed at 5pm the same day with no marks on the cerakote. Excellent service. Will definitely be using again.
I brought my 9mm in to get looked at after a faulty round went off. They looked it over to make sure nothing was wrong and took the time to answer all my questions. Super friendly people and great service. I’m definitely coming back
Just finished bringing my AR. I bought it from a friend with a few issues. The guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to show me hands on what the problems were without making me feel like a clueless amateur. They fixed the issues to have the rifle running quickly and efficiently. Great work guys!
Came in expecting to drop off a lower for NFA engraving, they wound up doing it while I was there. Great service. Spoke with another patron who said over and over that these guys were the best. I overheard them quoting him what seemed like an astounding deal for some magazines to be manufactured. Seems like they can really do it all.
Best customer service. I had them install night sights. They slid over twice, not unusual for dovetail. Each time I take it back they fix it no questions and no charge while I waited. This last time they really put some work into reshaping the grove and making it stick in place.
I was a competition shooter in college....with local, regional, and a national championship under my belt. I’ve dealt with a lot of gun shops and gunsmiths. This is by far the best gunsmith shop I have come across in AZ. It says something about their skill if they have the customer base to not attach themselves to a gun store. They are humble, professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. I brought my R700 in hopes they could thread the barrel as I waited. Small fee, and it was done in 30 minutes. With the fee, it was still cheaper than other quotes from gunsmiths around town. Will be dropping off my 1911 to them in the near future.
They do a great job here. The cerakote finished exceeded my expectations. I’ll come back.
I wanted quite a bit of work done to my M&P 2.0c and Wright Armory delivered with everything I wanted. The serration cuts are perfect and the cerakote is flawless. Well priced and delivered with their turn around time
Just moving to the area from San Diego I did some research and was pointed in the direction for Wright Armory for some barrel threading work I needed to be done. From the first email communication until I picked up my rifle It was top notch. Very satisfied with the customer service and of course the workmanship from the gunsmiths. I Highly recommend Wright Armory in Mesa. Update* Finally took the rifle out to Rio Salado, Ringing Steel is better than any early morning coffee!
Great service! I had a stuck D-ring on my AR & they fixed it in less than 5 minutes & at no charge. That is good customer service & I will definitely go back for any future work.
Excellent service and prices! Called for a quote for a comp and buffer tube swap out. I was quoted a fair price and also advised that the job is a while you wait service! Matt is personable and honest about the services/prices at Wright Armory. The gunsmith that performed the work did a great job considering he had to tangle with the over built BCM staking on the castle nut. My new gunsmith! Thanks Wright Armory! keep up the great work!
I had a bad experience with another gunsmith shop in mesa so I came here to fix. Everyone was very friendly, fixed my rifle same day and came out perfect. Could not be happier.
Awesome work. Price was very reasonable. The service took a little longer than expected due to issues found during functional testing, but the results were well worth the wait.
Absolutely love this place! Their team is committed to service and excellence and it shows! They took their time and the product could not have come out better! I brought in a shotgun purchased for my husband for Father’s Day and had submitted my graphic online prior to coming in. After seeing what the shotgun was made of they did multiple tests to see if it would hold in the area of the gun I was hoping to engrave. They let me know not only would it not be as vivid in appearance it may fade overtime bc of the material and even pull at my husband’s facial hair - all thing I would not have thought of on my own! They really treat you and yours as their own that is something you just don’t find anymore! After testing it out and finding a better placement that would last they even added a US flag for me which was a perfect touch for my veteran husband! Thank you so much guys!!! We will be back!
Professional, Fast, Courteous, and Accurate all define my experience at Wright. All I had done was an NFA engraving, but I will be sure to visit them for any gunsmith needs I might have in the future. Awesome local gunsmith who knows that customers come first.
Marcus (The Head Gunsmith) is amazing! I’d recommend for anything arms related, whether it be repair, retail, or general services, he can help.
Stopped by to get some parts installed on my rifle and had a great experience. Work was done quickly while I waited and the counter guy had a long knowledgable conversation with me about some upgrades I have planned, and even let me demo a new trigger in a lower he had at the store. I am already in contact with them for some more custom work and wont go anywhere else from here out. Best smiths in the valley!
Nice staff, very professional! Helped me on the spot and will be going back in the future. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, friendly staff, and top notch gunsmithing. What more can you ask for? Wright Armory meets all the marks, and I will definitely be back time and time again for their trusted expertise.
Whether you are looking for a Gun-smithing shop or to get something personal engraved such as a YETI drink holder this is the place to go. All the equipment is close to brand new which makes everything quick and smooth. Brian and his is top notch staff is extremely professional with a main focus of putting out a perfect product to you, the consumer.Ive worked with Wright Armory numerous times now and all I have to say is thank you for the awesome engraving and quick turn around times. Looking forward to next time!
Back in November, 2019, I chose Wright Armory to refinish my pistol. On December 5, I spoke with their representative and paid-in-full $453 for the job.In the first first week of February, 2020, I called the company to inquire on progress. I learned from Brian Wright, that the representative I originally spoke to was no longer with the company. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful. He made me comfortable that he would oversee the project.About two months later, I called to get an update. This time, I spoke to another customer service representative. He would not put me through to speak to Brian. He told me that the gun was near completion, and made it clear that the only person I would speak to was him. That made me a little anxious, because the representative was not part of the technical discussions about the restoration. When I was alerted that the gun was done, I received a bill for anadditional $107, ($47 for shipping and $60 disassembly/reassembly fees). I questioned these add-ons. The same representative explained that shipping was never included in a quote, because they wouldn’t know the cost until time to ship. I understood and agreed to the $47. I said, however, I would never understand the $60 disassembly/reassembly fee not having been included in the original quote. The customer representative said, “I cant speak as to why he did not inform you of the disassembly/reassembly fee when you talked. What I can say is that his lack of attention to detail is the reason he was let go.” Translation: “We made a mistake and you are going to pay for it, if you want your gun.”It was clear, to this representative, interacting with customers was all about control. Extracting every penny from mere customer fodder was the paramount goal.I paid the extra money and got the gun, but I will never send anything there again. As a customer, I will not be treated as a time-consuming bother nor will I have someone make up a charge, while my gun is held hostage. So if you’re thinking of using Wright Armory for a repair, you may want to reconsider, until their customer service is set right.
Came in with a broken spring on an extractor claw. They pulled the pin but didnt have a replacement spring. They told me where to find one, and when I had it I brought it back in and they put it together for me. They didnt charge me either time. Very respectful and helpful even when they didnt have the part I needed.
In town for a training conference- had a issue with a rail and was a walk in customer just praying they could would accommodate a walk in and fix the issue on the spot. Most places wouldn’t even consider this level of service but Wright Armory came thru. Very impressed with their work and their commitment to outstanding customer service!!
Awesome place! Customer service was amazing, I had a small issue with my Glock and Matt took care of it within minutes and then gave me advice for my next build. Highly recommended!! Keep it up guys
Excellent service, rapid turn-around time. And theyre honest: Part of a job involved cleaning up some slop between an AR10 receiver set. There was a screw that gets rid of it that I wasnt aware of and they tightened it up and then went on to the rest of the job. They could have easily charged me for that and played it off like it took more effort. This isnt my first time working with Wright and Ill absolutely be bring my future projects here as well.
The crew at Wright Armory did an outstanding job on my rifle. Manufactured and installed a one off muzzle brake. Mounted and bore sighted scope. Quality work and great pricing. Thanks for your professional and most of all Honoring and supporting us Veterans 🇺🇸
