Worse quality clothes ever. I purchased a pair of $60 black jeans and within 3 months I have three huge holes in the jeans. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

The clothes are cute although they often aren’t in dress code at my school. The staff is usually disappointing, at least at this location, often sporting a smug attitude. Be careful there are no stains on your item(s) of clothing as the workers will knowingly put them out on display without marking them.

They deserve zero stars, but thats not an option, unfortunately. My daughter ordered jeans online. She didnt like them when they arrived. On the back of the receipt, it states you can return in store as long as it wasnt a PayPal order, which hers wasnt. Well, the guy working there said we couldnt do a return in the store, even though the tags were still on, we had the receipt, the debit card used for the purchased, and I told him it said we could return in the store on the back of the receipt. He refused. He was just lazy and didnt want to do it. He insisted she find something to do an exchange with instead. She didnt find anything she liked, so we headed to the post office where we waited in line for 30 minutes so I could purchase a package to send them back in. They better not even try to withhold the $7 shipping fee from her refund after all this trouble. We will never buy from PacSun again. Worst customer service ever. Ive contacted the corporate office.

I didnt buy anything today, but I enjoyed looking around the store. Very nice 👍 workers who greeted me with pleasant and cordial faces.

Terrible service and no employee helped me find what I was looking for. All the employees were distracted and ignored all the customers in the store. The store was not organized and was filthy. Doesn’t even deserve a one star

My sons favorite store!

Really dissapointed with this location. Went in a week ago to return an item I had gotten as a gift. Only thing was the size was to big for me. So I tried returning it to this location but the manager (asain guy) didnt let me return my item w/out my reciept even when the items had the tags. (Said it rudely to) Today I went to the chandler mall location to try and return the item and asked if I could return the item w/out the reciept. Gladly they said of course and let me exchanged it and get store credit. Dont understand why this location made it so diffcult to return something that had tags on?? Probably one of the worst customer services. Dont plan on going back to this location.

I havent been in a PacSun since 2004 but I assume nothing has changed and the type of people that shop here are probably people I dont want to know

Every pile of jeans had every style all mixed together. I would have asked for help but the two employees at the register were too busy talking about their weekend plans together.

Terrible service. I was not acknowledged at all when I walked in, and I actually had to interrupt a conversation between the two associates to ask for a dressing room.

Nobody offered to help me when I walked into the store.
