Always a good place to get clothes & always in stock with everything. I remember a K-MOMO that didnt have anything in sizes or just the Dickies they supposed to have.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE JAZIMAN. THEY USE CURSE WORDS. THEY DONT Acknowledge that your even in the building. When you ask for help they treat like its Inconvenient. They are so sarcastic there. First time visit BAD experience.

BUYER BEWARE! I recently purchased a dress that was on sale. I put the dress in my closet to wear at a later date (10 days later), and when I was about to put it on, I found a sizable hole in the back. The dress is made from a thin cotton fabric, so it isnt repairable. But why repair something that is damaged? When I took the dress back today and asked for a refund, I was told by the manager that this was not possible, because it was on sale. He actually blamed me for tearing it, and said it wasnt possible that he or his staff would place damaged clothing on the rack for sale. Wow! I called their corporate office to complain and have yet to get a call back.

Asked the girl if they carry shaka brand in plain shirts. She rudely said WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME LOCATIONS YOU NEED TO GO THERE. Never going to that shop again. I asked a simple question since the shirts with designs are shaka in some cases. Awful!!!

Love this store, best k-momo in the valley by far, organized, staff is friendly although I did get the vibe that they were theft prevention aware, probably because its in a bad neighborhood, so they probably get that a lot, plus next to an AA place. So that being said if your not a theif, then you really got nothing to worry about, great prices, it has really stepped my game up. Great selection, they always have my size, Im a tall thin guy so most stores dont accommodate.
