I wish I could put no stars. We had a cashier that was so rude! I found a picture of her in the comments so I’m not the only one who had her and was upset with the interaction. Very disappointed in our service. I brought in shoes that had NEVER been worn for return for store credit. This lady was so rude and immediately turned me down after waiting In line for 20 min. I will add pictures of the shoes so you all can see that they are brand new, and her so you know what she looks like. If you get called to her register, you better wait for the next one and let the person behind you go in front of you. I will be reaching out to someone in management.

Can find some decent and interesting things. Found some boots and some penny banks for my roommate 🤣😂 not a bad spot

Long long lines, good stuff, sometimes not worth the wait though (Easy 20+ mins in line) one man cashiering other woman tasking behind the cashier, Burlington learn to prioritize. FYI nobody was rude. 7 people were waiting in line when it was my turn asked if they call back up for long lines he explained they were short staff, if thats the case tasking should not be done directly behind the cashier it makes it look like to your customers that your ignoring them. Just some constructive criticism. (Also got to the door to leave and security tag left on my jeans...) posted top of my receipt to for proof of being there.

The cashiers are so kind, the clothes are brand new and fashionable, amazing.

This store is a disaster. Nothing is where it should be. Items are thrown all around the store. Customer service was good though.

It sucks the cashers are supper 30minuts to attend one person ther were like 5 People and non were woking but only one off them was working

First time into any Burlington store. I was very surprised how much stuff I got and for super great deals. Great selection for the whole family. And I had an exchange of one item and that process was fast and easy!!!

Had a lot of girls clothes for back to school starting high school got to look great 😊 stay safe and enjoy your day 👍

1 of my favorite places to shop! Huge store so plenty of space for social distancing. Checkout time my last few trips was a little long but usually worth the wait. Happy shopping experience everytime!

I went in for a few things...and you know... they had so many many other things I upgraded items for kitchen, bath, and the grand kids have birthdays coming up.Prices are good and still got some extra discounts. Checkout was easy and fast.

I love Burlington I shop there at least 1 to 2 times a week . Its clean and in order. And even with a line check out is always fast

This is the place where I go to get on my dreads. The selection is great and people are nice and its clean. Its worthy of the five star rating.

Just got back from returning some jeans. I was suppose to get $35.xx and got only $30.xx handed to me $5- less then I was suppose to get my fault for not double checking as I got handed the money. Other then that not a bad store and good selection.

Not a great store and will just not accept returns that easy of their sale tag is removed. Don’t come here not a great service! There are lots of shirts which does not have burlington tag price and so be careful because they wont accept it back if you return even unused items. Will never buy again!

The line was outrageous and there was no social distancing in the line area. Masks were required but people were removing them in the store. I used to love to peak at the clearance section here but the decded to change the way the put clearance items out and I couldnt find one item on sale. So sad. We did find a nice candle fto add to a box for a wedding gift.

They didnt have much for a school aged girl 6 yrs . All the shirts were crop tops if thats your thing head on in . They also dont have halloween clothes or decor out yet .

First time there. I was amazed at all the different things they carry. Kind of like a thrift store but with items being new not used. I bought a pair of shoes which I tried on while there they felt okay but after getting home and putting on and hanging out at home in them my feet started hurting so I took them back and they refused to give my money back cause I wore them. Plus I bought a big bottle of lotion which the pump doesnt work and now Ive lost that money also cause its been over 30 days since I bought it

This is a very clean store, and you can find some good deals here, just wish it was a little bigger

Store was clean and staff kind and courteous but was disappointed that they didnt have any packaged boxer briefs or t-shirts in 3x.

Alot of new staff .. New cashiers. Keep an eye on what they scan .. Last time i had three security tags not removed . it is embarrassing when the alarm goes off

Great prices, not a lot of choices for baby boy clothing, just a lot of the same outfits. The baby accessories were almost out like cribs, walkers etc. A lot of the other inventory has been restocked since the holidays.

It was good there but the girl didnt take off the white thing that sprays ink on clothes while we checked out we were leaving it went beep beep beep and she said no keep going keep going its fine and also she forgot that we bought something else and its not in our bag and we paid full price for it

Im very disappointed in Burlingtons clothes selections. This place looks empty in comparison to the ads on t.v. I went here primarily for good mens jeans n only found a few tattered ones n none my size... VERY disappointing! I doubt I will be returning here.

Practically empty. The lil pieces that they had were ok, but a bit pricey for a store with so little inventory. And the clothing was scant except for a few sizes. I was so disappointed. On the other hand, there was plenty of gorgeous purses and handbags to choose from so that made up for it.

The greeter Laine is very nice to chat with. Very friendly.

Absolutely terrible! Very slow lines and they refused to honor a mislabeled item after waiting in slow lines and then were extremely rude... I will not be returning and I strongly suggest driving the extra mile to go to ross or a different location.

Many people are waiting for the cashier. But a manager and three cashier ladies are talking about their schedule right next to the cash register. What a horrible customer service!!! Many people are walking there, but their movements are very slow.
