Store was good everything clean and organized, what I saw that wasn’t ok was a supervisor screaming at an employee in front of everyone. It just made the environment very tense and awkward. I’m here to shop and enjoy the little time I get to step outside especially during these times. I understand getting your employees in trouble but just not in customers time. Very disrespectful and unprofessional of Susana.

Bealls always has great deals. Mondays are discounted. Also coupon available when you shop and earn points. Stores are clean and well organized.

The reason for 4 stars is because the prices are kind of all over the place at times but I bet you can’t walk out without buying anything. The store itself is very clean and organized, quite refreshing when compared to other stores like Ross and DD’s. The staff are super friendly and the selection, though not always the best price, is quite great. I’d suggest coming here.

This store use to be great, not sure what happened. The employees always seem mad, stores a mess ( never would be ), and they never have anything anymore. Also, I had a very bad customer service experience with a lady under the name Jemimah ( pancake brand ) I believe that’s her name. She closed the store 10 mins before they actually close! I just needed something quick for an interview the next morning, but she didn’t answer the phone or anything. I’ve had other bad experiences with her, she has an attitude problem. To make it worse I think she’s the main store manager. This locations customer service is horrible as well as the inventory. Corporate please do something! I’ve been shopping at Bealls, Mesa location for the past 10 years.

The shelves were empty. WHY?

Would have been better if they would have enforced masks. 4 people walked around without masks. One didnt wear one at all and 2 took theirs off. I asked an employee and she saw them. She asked one of the guys to put his mask on, buy when he took it off right away it was ignored. One employee wore a chin guard and had her nose out of her mask. Just dont think I can come back

I love to come here and find good deals. The store is very clean, well kept and lighting makes it feel very bright and comforting. The staff are always helpful. Dressing rooms are big lots of space to try on clothes. I love that there are many departments to shop from, it has a mens, kids, infants women, plus toys and household items. Not to mention a good selection of accessories. Prices are low pretty much very affordable.

So I just wanted to say this is a really clean faculty.someone posted they let people enter without a mask which they shouldnt. Ive gone here often they sanitize everywhere .

I cant tell if they just opened for business or are going out of business. Selections were extremely limited with a lot of near empty racks. Ive been to other Bealls locations that were much better stocked. Staff was very friendly, though.

Beals is the best outlet shopping ever.

You can find cute stuff there, clothes is not very good quality mostly but sometimes its ok quality. Very good fitting rooms, big, clean, lots of space in store. I just wish they had better quality clothes. Anyway, this time I found exactly what I was looking for. Very close to Target, big parking lot.

Store is just OKIm a plus sized girl and have found a good selection of trendy clothing in my size at other locations but this one not so much, especially when it comes to pants and dresses. I still ended up spending more than I had planned on and liked everything that I did find.

Lots of cloths and great deal on socks and other thing to buy. We shop there every few weeks with new thing coming in weekly.

Great store. I go to the one in Fountain Hills and there is always something that catches my eye. I bought a pair of Pebble Beach shorts for $1 in the clearance section and many Izod, Nautica, and like brands, shirts. Dont know what there is to complain about.True, there is little, to no, mens shoe section; but I dont go there for shoes. Norstroms rack is the best place for mens discount shoes.

Used to go to Beals in Fountain Hills, today I went in Mesas location. It was pretty bare with inventory. Fountain Hills rocked with lots of choices.

Was charged twice for a dress, I noticed as I walked out of the store. I walked back in and was told to run my card, enter my pin and my money would be refunded to my card. A couple of days later I check my account and notice Bealls did not refund my money but charged me again (3 times) for the same dress. Go back to the store (huge inconvenience) and gave the 2 ladys working both of my receipts and was asked to leave my name and number because now this has to be approved by corporate. So I have to wait until Bealls approves my transaction be refunded to me just to get my money back?!? When I asked the associate how long it will be until I am returned my money they had no right to take she was unable to give me any type of timeframe. Its been 12 days this far. This is unacceptable and I would hope the offer some sort of reiembersment for the headache. I will updated my review if they make an effort to rectify their mistake.

Customer service was terrible. The young man wasnt at the register, made customers wait & when we did check out he had his eyes closed most of the time,was weaving back and forth, talking about how tired he was & never thanked us for shopping.
