Had the best experience today with Connor. Came into the shop stressed out about my broken iPhone. Connor answered all of my questions and got me hooked up with a new phone, meanwhile we shared some jokes and laughs. I feel so much better now. She helped me over the phone when I broke my phone and had questions about how to replace it, and then helped my friend to buy my replacement phone as I was unable to get to the store myself. Her customer service was incredible and even after the purchase she helped me with some billing questions. Highly recommended.

Many Crickets dont have great service and many places in Mesa, people tend to be really rude but I could not have had a better experience. I was helped by Kelly who was SO personable while not managing to drop an ounce of professionalism at the same time, she explained so many things about phones, chargers, service plans as well as various other topics we chatted about. Customer service was terrible. If you are not making a purchase of a phone you are sent away with a customer service number which was the wrong department so after waiting you are only transferred in circles for an issue that could have been dealt with in store. Avoid this store.

I just experienced a new kind of crazy in this store. As I wrapped up my discussion with a store employee regarding a re-occurring, well-known phone issue with LG/Cricket, a man entered the store who identified himself as the owner. Within seconds, literally, he interrupted our conversation and started yelling about various random things that had nothing to do with him. He was even rude to his own employee, Phil, who was trying to summarize the next steps in resolving a problem that has lasted for almost a year now with my phone. The owner (tall, fair-haired, extremely loud) continued to yell as I left the store with my children. Even my six year old noted as we left, That guy is crazy! Seriously, its shocking that someone so rude and unprofessional would be allowed public contact. Fortunately, this is the first time in almost a year of trips to this store that he was on site. Im still trying to figure out what he might have gained from interrupting his own employee who was trying to resolve an issue for their customer. The yelling was just an added sign of unprofessionalism.

Great service not crowded customer service friendly....... I bought an Alcatel phone here the battery sucks bad I wake up and maybe 20 min later after my battery was fully charged its already down to 80 percent this battery dies fast and it charges a little faster then the normal phone would the battery on the phone always feels hot even after I put a case on it Im going on a few months later and the battery is still hot after being told the phone will get use to my usage and level out also I bought a temperd glass screen protector for 20 bucks there and its the same as my sisters who bought it on Amazon for 3 bucks otherwise Phil was very nice and helpful and did everything he could to help me get a new phone the service was great the phone is def worth 3 stars 😑Hardly never a wait when you go in this store thats a plus

So yesterday I went in to get a new phone cause mine is completely done, so I need a phone fast, for cheap. He offered me the iPhone 6, but unfortunately they didnt have any one close to them except for a shop out in Phoenix. He told me he can get it by the next morning the latest. I just called to double check and the lady told me they wouldnt be able to get it for another 3 more days, so I told her if I dont get my phone by the day I was told, that I would go to a different carrier. THEN she fixed my problem and now hopefully I will get my phone by 8 oclock tonight. Pretty frustrating. I will never be coming back to a non-corprate store again

Ive been having problems with my phone since I bought it it never right I walked in there no one said hi no one smiled I told the lady what was my problem on the phone in 30 seconds she said there was a virus I was never told that you cant trust K a r I n a she told me that she is the store manager Adam is the area rap she told me when you get your phone to get warranty you have to pay money $10 I was never told that and if you want the phone on the floor the pay $50 and this warranty you cant trust her shes a liar
