Matthew was very helpful. He fixed my phone which was giving me moisture in charging port error after trip to the rainforest is Cista Rica. Simple clean out didnt fix problem so had to order parts. As soon as parts came in. He let me know and got it fixed quickly. No problems since and was cheaper than filing claim with insurance. Would definitely go back the again. Very convenient to walk around mall while he fixes your phone.

After ordering four different tempered glass screen protectors for Note 8 off of Amazon and every time there being one issue or another with it, I have been looking for another solution.The biggest frustration with them has been the loss of touch sensitivity causing the phone to be very unresponsive. Especially on the edges as anyone who has also tried to apply an Amazon tempered glass can probably attest to as well. So I decided to give mobile matters a try, especially after learning more about their process of bonding the tempered glass with a special glue thats activated with ultraviolet light. I was skeptical in the beginning, and it was a little bit pricier then the 7 to $10 ones Ive bought on Amazon but I couldnt be happier.I have full touch responsiveness now, even on the farthest curved edges of the screen.Amazing.And Vinnie, the guy that helped today, applied the glass perfectly. He was very professional, considerate, and skilled for sure!So if youve gone through the same frustrations I have with ordering tempered glass off the internet and not having good results, give this ultraviolet glue screen protector a shot! Works great on this Note 8.

Came in to get my IPhone 8 Plus screen fixed! Had a great experience with Matt, and it only took 45 minutes to get it fixed! Very timely and professional, and no problems or complaints!

Don’t waste your money!!!! I took my iPhone in for a new screen. When I got home my face recognition was only working part of the time, lock screen buttons didn’t work, and my texts were registering as swiping part of the time. I called them the next day but was leaving to go out of state. They said they would fix it as long as it wasn’t cracked again. Here I am less than 1 week into this phone and the screen cracked!!! No idea how but magically a screen that was installed improperly cracked and now I am out $200. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. I was fooled by the good reviews.

I set up an appointment for 24 hours in advance. I showed up about 15 minutes early and they asked if I got a phone call to confirm. I told them i had received emails confirming. He told me he didnt have a screen and that I shouldnt have bothered coming because I didnt get a phone call. They tried to send me to their Tempe marketplace location 13 miles away from the direction I was going in rush hour. When I asked him why he didnt call to tell me not to bother he said he should have. Big difference between should have and did!!! Dont use these guys theyll waste your time.

He had everything I needed in stock, got it done so fast and even gave me a lot of information I didn’t know about caring for my electronic. Vinnie replaced my wifes I-pad glass, I cant say enough good things about this young man. These are just a few things we experienced with him: very customer friendly, unbelievable knowledgeable about everything we asked and didnt have to ask, prompt with our repair while we waited. If it were possible to open a shop back in Louisiana with Vinnie I would do it in a second. The owner of this store is blessed to have him.

So far my phone has not given me anymore problems after they fixed it. They did take a while to order the parts but other than that everything else was very well taken care of. I would recommend this cell phone repair shop to anyone who wants precise and most of all good quality workmanship.

These guys do great work! They replaced the broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ within an hour. The repair caused some rather uncommon cracking on the back of the phone, and they ordered me a new part for the back of the phone and installed it without charging. Awesome guys, very knowledable and great quality of work!

I have had a few experiences with different sketchy phone repair shops and this is definitely a good one. Sometimes you get bsed in these types of shops but not this one. If the price was about 10-15$ less I would easily give it 5 stars. Vinnie McLean helped me and my sister and did a perfect job, and quick! In less than 1 hour my phone went from destroyed and unusable to looking almost brand new! He was very helpful and funny! Good stuff vinnie thanks again.

My screen broke on my Droid Bionic. All Mobile Matters said they had the screen, I paid for the reservation of the screen over the phone, received a text receipt, brought my phone the following week, picked it up after an hour I dropped it off, paid them the full amount, got my text receipt, and was extremely happy. I go to get my phone fixed. It was completely shattered. So I paid 139.99$ and they fixed it within 45 minutes. All was good until 8 days later, it randomly cracked. I had not dropped it or anything. The phone frame was bent which caused it to crack. We took it took the store because they have a 90 day warranty. The guy said face to face it is a stress crack (it was their fault) but they would not fix it. So the next day we went in again. The guy cracked it more. But would not fix my phone. They would give me 20% off discount. The worker was on the phone with the owner and the owner said to not fix it unless we paid. Do not ever get your phone fixed here!

They fix my wifes phone perfectly when they replaced the LCD. My phone they replaced the glass screen it doesnt work. I had them replaced it under warranty but it still doesnt work that well. They told me that was normal when you replace just the glass. Should have payed more and replace the whole LCD.

I would not recommend this store. They told me they could order a part for my screen and have it here in 5 business days. And when I went to get my phone fixed they ordered the wrong part. I had already been without a phone for a week due to waiting for them and I was going out of town the next day. All they did was refund me my money and now I have no phone to use while I got out of town. I could have gone through a different place and had it fixed. They didnt offer any discounts or anything for screwing up. Instead I left the store mad because I just wasted a week with no phone.
