Anthony is great!! He is very knowledgeable, cares about you, always has an answer to every question! Very friendly and always keeps a great conversation. This is my favorite T-Mobile location to go to. Always clean and organized, I highly recommend him! :) hell also remember you from your last visit! The only downside is today we were replacing my grandmothers screen protector, getting a new tablet and to try out there new WiFi. Well we saw Anthony! He talked to us and everything but we got Estafania and she was okay but she was talking on her own phone while helping us.. while on the job. Not to sound like I was snooping but I mean she was setting up our tablet with us in front of her of course at the desk and her conversation wasnt work related whatsoever. It says shes a manager, well like I said.. she was on the phone while on the job, not as great with customer service. Anthony was helping another associate and they were also just laughing here and there which I thought was cool because they were helping customers and doing great, but no.. Estefania seemed upset because they were just enjoying the day and she told Anthony to go on break which seemed like she told him with an attitude. Anyways, I highly 100% recommend Anthony!!! Awesome guy!!

I had such an amazing experience here. This sweet woman attended to me & made sure I understood everything she was explaining, she was so patient with me & kind. I had so many questions & thought she’d soon become annoyed but instead stayed attentive & reassuring. I wish I could remember her name but I just know she had the cutest pregnant belly. I loved her & will only be returning to this store just to see her!

The reps here are extremely helpful especially Seriana they can help with pretty much whatever you need, they make great conversations and are extremely funny people.. all around a fantastic experience

If I could give this a negative stars believe me I would. DO NOT go to this store. Their representative lied flat out lied everything we talked about ended up being far from the truth. I have spent 6 hours in total to get my stuff correct. Finally, after contacting the corporate store my issue was resolved. I put $600 down agreeing to buy one get one free promo when I got my bill the 800 rep said that was incorrect, when I got in touch with the store manager (poor example of a manager) instead of correcting my situation he continued to defend his store associate completely disregarding the multiple facts I stated. He also claimed he has never had an issue with this associate though the reviews show otherwise, I asked for the regional managers info 3x instead of giving it to me he continued to argue with me about how his rep did nothing wrong. I reported this to corporate added the credit they gave me and am paying my phone off in full. I will be taking my unlocked phones to Verizon I will never give T-mobile another $ of business and I will warn anyone purchasing from here go somewhere else!! I will also reach out to the FCC. Also, Anthony asked me to stop having my kids come in and out because it shows people entering and no sales being made. What type of a store seriously asks CUSTOMERS paying $600 to stop going in and out. This store, the $11 an hour associates and incompetent managers are a joke.

The rep Anothy at the store provided the best customer service I’ve had in years. All my questions were answered quickly and precise. I felt confident with his answers, very knowledgeable not your typical salesmen that just wants you buy things or offering new deals every few minutes. I put an order for a Apple Watch to get deliver to the store after a month I guess it was lost because they didn’t put the right address now I have to wait to see if they can give me my money back and after that I can put another order for another Apple Watch !!!! also they were playing with each other when I was placing the order how unprofessional they are!! Idk how these people still have their jobs if they do whatever they want. The one who did my order was Trey and a Hispanic guy with glasses and tattoos... I don’t wanna be mean but they should be more responsible with their transactions.

My experience at this store was disastrous! The sales clerk Anthony was not just unprofessional, he was also incompetent. The first question I asked this gentleman was if he had the LG Stylo 6 in stock because there was a special offer. Without hesitation he said yes. After running my credit and making us go through the entire process. He went to the back of the store only to come back with excuses. Im sorry, I dont have one I can call around other stores to see if they have one My wife who is disabled and I waited at this store for almost 3 hours He then wanted to run my credit again for some unexplainable reason. In the end, we just waited around for no reason, left the store with no phones, and with a hard inquiry on my credit report. He continuously used mannerisms and unprofessional communication referring to me as Boss. He lacked knowledge about the specs on the phone itself and never actually provided any information regarding the device capabilities. Clearly, His focus was only to get a sale under his belt. In the end, he never apologized for the inconvenienced and poor service. T-Mobile Needs to use more scrutiny upon the hiring process.

We went in to activate a T Mobile phone my daughter got from her gramma. In the end we ended up switching providers. Tray was amazing at explaining everything to us. We had zero questions after he explained an unlimited plan and promotion to us. In the end, with the promotion my phone will be paid off and all but 90 bucks of my husbands phone PLUS an amazing unlimited plan that is far less than our previous 2GB phone plan with the previous carrier. Immediately I noticed faster speeds, no buffering when watching Netflix on phone and no wait time. No more circle of death while I wait for a page to load. No more expensive data boosts. A very affordable plan for our family! But the cherry on the cake was Trays friendliness, patience, humor and knowledge. I walked away a VERY happy customer!! Thank you!!

I am so happy I chose to switch to T-Mobile after coming to this location. The carrier was offering a great deal to switch over so I went to this location to inquire more. I mostly dealt with George. He was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time helping me figure out the best set up for my family. I ended up getting more data for less money! George helped me get all my phones traded in and had my numbers switched over. He helped us get the best deal and also found the most efficient way to get everything set up. Everyone else in the store was friendly and knowledgeable, as well. Ill definitely return to this store for any help I need with my account. I would recommend T-Mobile as well as this specific location.

Terrible service everA man refuse my service without even trying. I want to switch to T-mobile from a small carrier and keep my number. But he said they used to do that last year but this year they do not transfer numbers from a carrier which he called Not competitive. And then, he played with a woman and a kid without saying Have a good night to me. Also, he used devices inside belong to the store to play cartoon to make his kid happy. WTF was that?

Out of the 3 times I’ve been to this location, only 1 was with good service with a woman named Yalda. The next time was to pay off my devices to which the associate only gave me a total for one. It wasn’t bad service. Just not good. The third one was today. There were two people working and no one inside. They were huddled and whispering to each other until I walked directly up to them. One guy was obviously in training which is fine but he seemed way too concerned with whether or not some girls outside were looking at him. When I finally got him back on track, the guy that must’ve been in charge started treating him like he was stupid. Saying very unprofessional things to him. All in all, I’ve decided that even though this store is walking distance from my house, I will never return.

Jose and Jose G were phenomenal. I came in the day before Thanksgiving with a phone that would not turn on. I was a bit frustrated but they were able to calm me down. The previous TMobile - Tempe Market place - had not told me a year prior that I had a leased phone - they also were rushing me out of the store. But this location surpassed my expectations. A job well done and I will only visit this location in the future.

Very rude staff... filed a BBB complaint with TMobile corporate. A Supervisor from their Reputation Management team called me and advised me to go into the nearest store to do a warranty exchange. The store is refusing because my screen has a scratch that apparently is considered a crack. Ill be filing a BBB complaint against this store and hopefully I will not haft to go to the attorney general to settle my claim.

They need more staff members in this specific location. They couldnt assist customers nor could they multi-task. Everytime either me or my wife come in they deffenitley lack in customer service. Only thing they can do is greet when the door alerts them someone walks in. This location I will not return too hopefully they get more better qualified staff to help with better customer service. Might just switch to Verizon.

Where to begin. First I dont like to be yelled at by people who are supposed to be customer service representatives . I also dont like having to repeat my issue multiple times because people dont know how to actively listen. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any retail establishment. No wonder their overall rating is so low I guess its my fault I shouldve checked before bothering to drive all the way here. I felt I was pretty clear when I said I dont know how to fix the storage settings to clear space can you please do it for me? Then when I got a big huge paragraph yelled at me by the person who wasnt even assisting me explaining how to do it except I dont know how to do any of that I dont know how to get a computer to read a phone so Im sorry that Im not tech savvy thats why I came into the store for help duh!

Tyrone, the manager, is the best example of what phenomenal customer service is...i have been a loyal customer of his over 7 years, following him to 7 different stores from North Phoenix to Maricopa to Mesa (& everywhere in between)...he listens & always offers the best cost effective solutions for my familys ever changing needs...He continuously goes above & beyond exceeding my expectations every single time...he is honest, trustworthy & truly cares about his customers...he even helped my daughter set up a girl scout cookie booth in store to raise funds for out of state trip...it is because of his exceptional customer service that we will remain loyal T-Mobile customers.

Honestly, we werent as prepared to set up the plan we came in for but upon going back and forth, the guy that helped us made it happen! He was new and he asked for help when he needed it and got everything together. I am now a happy customer that is new to the network and will let my friends and family know that this is the place to go and I hope to be a long term customer. Thank you Franco!!

So Jose decides to tell me since I have a lot in my transaction he dont feel like doing it and I have to go to another store. He refused my exchange even though I was still within my 14 days of purchasing the itsms. And I had all of my receipts. Horrible customer service from this guy, his own demeanor the whole time was like he didnt feel like doing it. Dont go to any wireless vision store.

They had no idea what they were doing, were completely opaque about what plans they could offer, took forever to do a basic task, gave us a discount on a SIM from 25 down to 10 ( but you can get them for $2 in any shop), told us what we were getting was unlimited data, but turned out to be 4GB, which we *only* found out after we paid because we asked for a printout of the actual plan details which they never actually offered. After all that, the prepaid plan they have us on is super expensive, and we found we didnt have coverage in the centre of Phoenix! Should have walked straight back out as soon as we walked in and they said stuff like theres a plan for around 40 that kind of gives you such and such....

I try & try to give this place chance after chance but again they failed, your better off going to chandler fashion to be helped. Went here to do a warranty exchange due to my phone not working but was sent out the door with a phone number to call, they did not even bother to trouble shoot, instead they were trying to sell me another phone.

I will always perfer this store than any other store. The employees are always very helpful and friendly, always opened minded to answers all the questions I have.

Please dont go here. I havent been to this store in about three months and Im still making payments that they claim would not happen. T-mobile is a nice phone company. I havent had a problem with their customer support and, so far, have been really helpful. This location is something opposite. If you want to save yourself from the hair pulling surprise of a new high bill, DO NOT come to this location. They can and will do anything they can to charge you.

I went in because I dropped my metro pcs phone and broke it. I paid almost $280.00 for an LG Stylo 4. The salesman switched me to tmobile, told me my bill would be $75.00 per month for my phone and a data line for my laptop. My bill came, $122.00 a month! Plus, I lost my free amazon Prime account, which I specifically asked this associate about keeping! Text messaged tmobile 3 times, then had to call for service. Lucky they told me I can undo it, but I have to go back to the store! Ugh! Noe I have to do the new phone set up thing again! Plus, this guy took like 2 hours to set me up. I used to sell a car faster than that. While I was in there, at least 2 people came in with complaints. I guess I was so desperate for a new phone to do my phone business that I didnt register the red flags! These people are fraudulent and liars! Stay away! This guy TOTALLY LIED to me!

I came into the store today to make a payment and I wasn’t have the best of days. Egden helped me with my bill and attempted to brighten up my day but I wasn’t having it. He then truly made my day by giving me some good new. Now even though I was truly in need of a new phone it was the last thing on my mind today. But Edgen made me smile by assisting me with getting a new phone today. Totally unexpected.... normally I pay my bill through the app but I decided today since I was out and had cash to go to the store and I’m glad I did. Thanks Edgen I haven’t put the phone down yet.

You know I really Do not know where to begin. I have been a sprint Customer for a while and found out we had to switch because Tmobile Bought them out. I was upset and nervous to go to another carrier. I called Tmobile and spoke to a Tyrone and he was very informative. He answered all my questions and provided information I didnt even know I needed lol. I made an appt to go into the store and I was amazed! First off it was clean and smelt really good (thats a big deal) I was approached immediately and all I had to say was I spoke to Tyrone... Immediately Jose in the store said Yes we have everything here waiting for you. I can honestly say say That has NEVER happened before. Majority of the time the managers dont remember speaking to you on the phone but not only to remember me but the products I was wanting, Unbelievable! While I was in the store waiting for everything to be transferred, customers were coming in and Out and The reps were helping them quickly and efficiently. Tyrone is a great great Manager and leads his employees by example! I know going forward I will only go to this store from here on out and I live all the way across town. I havent seen customer service like this in a long time! It is good to know I have a Tmobile team behind me for every need and question I may have! I dont want to deal with any other Tmobile manager besides Tyrone!
