My dress was way too small. I had no idea how someone was going to fix this. These ladies were AMAZING I cannot say it enough. My dress fit and was so well done. They were right on time, had me come in a couple times during the process for try ons and updates, were so adorable and overly kind. This is the BEST alteration place I have been too in this area. I brought my lace wedding dress here to be altered, and the team at Elegant Alterations gave 110% of their effort for my dress. They start with taking notes about exactly how you want changes, as well as giving advice from their own wealth of experience. I was so nervous to leave my dress with anyone (like many brides can be), and the final product just washed all of those worries away!!! I took my wedding dress here and I was in desperate need of a business that could alter my dress before my September 30th wedding. The lovely ladies at Elegant Reflections took me in and were able to alter my dress over the course of 6 weeks. They took great care of my dress and me. They took in the bust, added bustles, and hemmed the bottom to fit the dress to me. I highly recommend them if you are looking for any alterations!

Elegant reflections was the best alteration business I’ve ever used. They are miracle workers and by far the most accommodating. I usually don’t write reviews or go into details about my experience but I had to for Virginia and Isla who were super easy to work with. Prior to covid I used Elegant Reflections to get my wedding dress altered. I wanted to change the neck line of my dress and add some more beading. When they finished my dress I was very pleased and could not wait to wear it on my wedding day. Well, Covid came and I had to postpone my wedding. Fast forward to a year and a half later, I ended up having a baby 6 weeks before the new wedding date. Of course only being 6 weeks postpartum I knew I wasn’t going to fit my dress. Since I was so happy with the outcome of my initial alteration I went back to see what can be done. Of course they amazed me once again by adding lace to my dress to widen it. My dress fit perfectly and you couldn’t even tell material was added!! Plus their prices are reasonable and the turn around time is fast. They did a good job altering my dress. They made the top fit perfectly by adding boning and they cut the dress to my 52 frame. The bustles were also done very well. They had my dress done in 3 weeks and 4 days. It was a decent turn around time. Im satisfied with the price and service.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress online a few months ago, planning to lose some weight to fit into it before I left for the wedding in PA next week but of course didnt hit my goal in time so I went searching through Google and came across this place with amazing reviews to get the dress altered to fit correctly. Took my dress in on a Saturday and they had it ready within 2 and a half weeks. Picked up yesterday afternoon and it fits perfectly! You cannot even tell there has been work done to it, altered to fit my waist and chest and hemmed at the bottom so its not dragging as I walk around outside for this wedding. I am floored by what a great job these ladies did and the price point was not bad either! Thank you again!!!

These ladies at Elegant Reflections are amazing! I had a great experience with them fixing up my wedding dress. Besides being complete pros who really know their stuff, all the ladies are very helpful and so nice. They have great seamstresses. I got a bolero made in case it got cold. They made it from scratch and hand beaded it in 5 days!!! It’s beautiful, fits perfectly and looks like it was made with the dress, not as an afterthought. They also fixed up a bridesmaid’s dress that didn’t quite fit the girls figure right. They added a few seams in all the right places and made it look like the dress was designed for her specifically! And they are extremely well priced to boot. I will be coming here for all my alterations needs. They are worth the 45 minute drive.

These ladies are amazing! They did my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. I also went there for my prom dress alterations years ago. All of the dresses turned out beautifully. They listen to what you want and are truly miracle workers. The alterations are reasonably priced. I highly recommend using Elegant Reflections.

There are many other seamstresses in the area who do excellent work AND are professional, I recommend you go there instead. My husband had been pleased with how she had altered his football Jersey, so be brought back 12 dress shirts to be altered. They were not ready when promised, only some were; they said they needed another week. So, we picked up what was ready and I picked up the rest today. There was a balance due (about 30% of the original alteration fee) but no discount was offered for not delivering their promise on time, and, the cherry on top, I was charged a fee for using my bank card. I felt like the cashier jilted me on purpose because when we went in together, they did not charge him fees for the times he has paid for service.

This is the best place for alterations, its a family owned business and everyone is so nice. The choices, of party, prom, Quenci, evening, wedding dresses are all breathtaking!And, they have tux rental too

They did quick, but difficult alterations to my wedding dress in a short period of time at an incredibly reasonable rate. They really spent time understanding what I wanted to have done and how I wanted it to look--they offered opinions and extra help in generous, but appropriate amounts. They just had good taste-so I knew I could trust them. And it was beautiful.

I cant say enough good things about my experience here. They took a horrible A Line wedding dress (didn’t turn out as I expected) and turned it into a mermaid dress that fit me perfectly! They also added buttons for my tail and sowed my belt on. You can’t even tell it’s the same dress. I am so thankful I found them to save my big day. I’ve included before and after pictures! I have been coming here for over ten years. In July I brought three dresses in for alterations. First they werent ready as promisedNo big deal. I took the one that were ready and picked up the other when I could.I didnt need the dresses until August. Upon putting one of them on I noticed it had been ripped and sewn, along with skidmarks as someone had obviously run it over with a chair. (I had never had problems in the past so never thought to look the dresses over.)This was a brand new dress. Never been worn. I called, they said bring it in. When I did I was told the person I needed to talk to was not there so I had to come back.I went back and was told they had not done the damage nor had they sewn it. What?? It was brand new. Your the only shop I have been coming to for over 10 years??They took no responsibility and refused to give me my money back which is all I asked for. I didnt ask them to replace the dress.You would think a customer for over 10 years, who has also recommended many people to them over that course of time would be worth $48.I am a very loyal customer and have always been. I obviously put my loyalty into the wrong business.

I have been going to this place to get my alterations on my formal gowns for years and have had great experiences HOWEVER ! My recent visit did NOT go so well ... first of all they said my dress would be ready at 5:30 pm but yet during the day I got messages from them saying my dress was ready around 4PM. I get there at 5 and my dress was not done saying that I need to wear it to do the final alterations which I was not told about ... my dress had stains.. which were NOT from me and when I told the lady she said it was ok and not to worry about it then I had to sit there and wait another 35 minutes from them to finish my dress . When the lady came out I inspected the dress and found more stains on it ! When I told the lady about it after I started freaking out that my dress was ruined I asked for a refund she accused me of putting the stain there that’s why I’m asking for a refund . Mind you they had my dress for a week !!! Also she would not give me my dress she was holding on to it! I had to ask her for my dress like three times I started crying as soon as I walked out the door and she kept saying yeah you knew about these stains that’s why you asking for a refund . What kind of customer service is this ? I will never step foot again in that place and if youre taking your items there Make sure you inspect them .... horrible people and horrible service....
