Beautiful flowers! Exceeded expectations! Ceremony space was so elegant and beautiful!

I hired Kristen/Blume to do the flowers for my cousin’s bridal shower. They turned out so lovely!! Classic bridal! And Kristen is such a pleasure to work with - thoughtful, positive and professional. I’ve called her many times with orders for various occasions and she always comes through with exactly the right arrangements!

Efficient, stress-free, and beautiful! My bouquet was more lovely than I had expected! Each of my bridesmaids wore a different color dress (that still fit with our burgundy and blush theme) and Blume somehow captured each dress color perfectly in our bouquets. The floral centerpieces were the only decor we had (since our venue was already super pretty), so it was important they captured our theme, and that is definitely what Blume did!They were also super flexible in terms of meeting with me (I live 2 hours away and could only come to town on weekends) and giving me ample time and price estimates to decide on some details.I highly recommend working with Blume for your wedding (and any event that requires jaw-dropping gorgeous flowers!)

If I could give Kristen Mandly 10 stars, I would!!! My husband and I got married at Villa Siena in Gilbert, AZ, and we hired Kristen to do all our floral arrangements for our tables, our bridal party, our cake, our chupah for our ceremony, as well as the little touches. From start to finish, Kristen was beyond outstanding, professional, caring, patient, informative, creative, as well as accommodating. Not only did she have incredible customer service, but the creativity, quality, and beauty of her arrangements were beyond words, truly. So many of our guests commented on how breathtaking our flowers were and that the floral arrangements were the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen at a wedding! Kristen took my inspiration pictures and actually created even more gorgeous arrangements than I could have ever dreamed of. Beyond that, Kristen is understanding, flexible, kind, compassionate, and first rate on all levels! I will definitely hire her for ANY big events in the future in which we need floral arrangements. I not only highly recommend her, but I hope everyone who reads this review will call her and work with her. I guarantee the experience will be incredible!!! :)

Kristen was SO WONDERFUL!!! She helped me out in a pinch. She delivered the most beautiful arrangement after hours. It meant so much to me and the family that received them! I didn’t know what I wanted so I told her to just do her thing and they were GORGEOUS!!! It is SO nice to do business with loving, caring people who go above and beyond!

Blume really outdid themselves for our wedding. The bouquets and boutonnières turned out amazing. Kristen really listened to what we had envisioned and created exactly that (even when I emailed with changes).

Stunning! Kristin and Blume created the most stunning arrangement to symbolize the 50+ years of marriage and memories with my husband, who passed away. She used yellow roses - just like my wedding bouquet so long ago. On a bittersweet day, the flowers brought me joy. Thank you!

Our wedding was a dream come true! Blume events was included as part of our package with our venue. We were not sure what to expect but Kristen was professional and accommodating with all my requests. She even created flower crowns instead of bouquets for my maids of honor. When I saw the flowers on the day of the wedding they surpassed my expectations! The flowers smelled so good and lasted for a week after. I had no idea the flowers would add so much to the pictures and overall energy of the wedding. They will truly be a lasting memory for us!Thank you Blume staff and Kristen!

Blume Events did such an amazing job on our wedding! The Bouquets, centerpieces, flower petals, and all décor they helped with looked absolutely phenomenal! They really went above and beyond and everyone kept saying how our flowers were the prettiest they have ever seen! They also really listened to our wants and needs, then came up with our dream vision from there! I cant say enough good things!

Brides or any family or friend of the bridal party reading this, I know there are several good reviews about Blume in here but please listen to the bad ones. I unfortunately, along with most others that wrote about their bad experience with Kristen Mandly on here, had the exact same bad experience. She did not communicate well, agreed to everything I was telling her I wanted but never showed me pictures of anything prior to my wedding. When I asked if I could see a replica of what I would be receiving she said her fee is $200 per hour plus the cost of ordering the flowers. Aside from that, when I told her that I would like a two dozen rose bouquet she said it would be too big for me. I am the bride, if I want a two dozen rose bouquet just say “ok”. If you think it’s too big for me then show me other options instead of telling me no. Her poor communication skills and lack of personability was what made me cancel my contract with her. I initially ended up losing money on a “deposit” that was made for flowers that were supposedly ordered that I never confirmed that was almost 1/2 of my floral budget. In canceling the contract with Kristen, I would rather have lost the money I would have had Villa Siena not worked with me to cover it after I showed them rude and very unprofessional emails and texts from Kristen Mandly, then to stayed in a contract with her knowing her lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I am shocked that she is on the preferred vendors list at Villa Siena. I ended up utilizing Flowers by Jodi who did what a florist should do for a bride for her wedding and did such an amazing job with such short notice. Both vendors are on the vendors list for Villa Siena, as well as 2 other florist who I have no feedback on as I did not use them, but if you can avoid Blume Events, please do. I don’t wish any bride to go through what I did 2 1/2 weeks before my wedding.

Hired Kristen to deliver flowers to my mom for mothers day, I couldnt visit because of Covid-19, felt a lot more personable than trying to go through a regular flower shop(which seemed hard to find in this area. Ill be using her more often in the future.

I want to say I loved my flowers for my wedding, but unfortunately I didnt...Dont get me wrong, they were pretty. Just not what I told & Showed her I wanted. For that matter I didnt feel she really listen durning our consult. Just more dismissive. Although she kept telling me, ok, ya I know what you want. Dont worry. I can tell you if you saw the pics of what was shown to her and what I received.....NOT the same! For the amount of money you pay with Bloom Events you should get Exactly what you want!!

WOW!!! What an amazing birthday party for my daughters 10th birthday!! Bloom Events help me carry out the birthday wishes to my little girl with the character Cinderella ---they were professional and endearing. I will be using their service AGAIN!!!
