I came in search for boots for my nephew and first thing I asked was if they would refund my money just in case. The girl working there said she would multiple times I made her aware of my situation and searching for boots and finding something he liked. I told her I’m just getting to the point that if these don’t work I’m going to comeback get the money and give it to him. She started laughing with me and she never said it was exchange only. If she would have I would of never purchased these boots and I could have taken him since it was a surprise. I’m very upset of the lack of communication from these people when I specifically asked if I would get s refund for my money back. Maybe being honest and not tricking people into buying so they can just turn around and profit of off them. I’m very upset due to this situation where is the ethic of the business at this point?

Great selection of western wear and boots, and even better customer service. The individual that helped me out was very patient and informative and helped me try on several pairs of boots until I found the perfect fit. Definetly recommend this place for all your western wear needs. Will be shopping here from now on anytime I need something. UPDATE: boots fell apart after wearing them 3 times (inside liner completely separated making them unbearable) going to take them to a cobbler to try to get fixed

Your boots fall apart and they don’t want to return your hard earned money back after selling you defected boots then the manager is rude and unprofessional the worst customer service I have ever had and I will tell everyone not to ever buy boots here and waste your money
