Although they were able to get me serviced in a reasonably timely manner (the original estimate was an hour and a half for an oil change, not exactly a Quick Lane) they did get me in about a half of an hour. I had a Full Service, meaning I also got inspections and tire rotation.When I got the F350 back, it indeed showed that my tires had been rotated, but that my front tires still had the high pressure (80lbs) and my back tires had the lower pressure (70lbs, should have been 60lbs). The tire pressures had not been adjusted as per the door tag, nor were the sensors reset to indicate the proper settings.Failure to complete a simple rotation with the appropriate tire pressure setting leads to a confidence problem that any of the work was properly completed, and after spending over $400 for this service, it makes me not feel good about bringing it back for the other maintenance that they recommended that I have totalling over $1400.

There is no dealership here, and as such the mechanics are not motivated to sell you repairs you dont need or push you to buy a new car. They are incredibly honest and do great work at this location. I have used 4 other Ford locations in the valley over the last 15 years. By far the best is here!

What a nice surprise. The dealership where I always go offered this option to me. Quick Lane got me in quickly. I asked for the next day, Friday and got it. The dealership at Mesa Dr and the 60 had first available Tuesday. The fan blower motor was replaced and done well and quick.The service advisor was knowledgeable and very nice. His knowledge about the area breakfast establishments was greatly appreciated. I also got a great meal at a reasonable price.Ill go back when I need service done on my 🚘 car. Im a very happy customer.

We switched from San Tan Ford Quick lane a few months back, and I couldnt be happier. These guys know how to treat their customers. Always kind. Always going above and beyond. Always, well, quick. So I have to give a big shout out to the Manager Derek. I came in for an oil change appointment at 7a, I waited in the lobby. Shortly after my truck was on the lift, Derek comes in after 15 minutes or so and calls me out to the bay. He shows me some fluid that’s seeping from above, then explains that the fluid is the lubricant for the A/C condenser. He must’ve seen my body posture hang a little lower and quickly informed me that I was a lucky guy. I still had 500 or so miles left on my warranty, and not to worry that the part and labor was covered. Phew, right! Better yet, he was confident they could complete the job within the day. I get a ride home and get a call around 2:15p that they were wrapping up and would send for a pickup around 3p. Derek also explains some other findings that were addressed and also covered by the warranty. When I get there I receive my keys, go over the summary, and even got information on an extended warranty. I gotta say, I was lucky that day and fortunate. Thank you Derek and team for addressing the issues early, doing a great job, and saving me serious money.

Was rudely told that I need an appt. 3 hour wait. Passed and when I was in Avondale the following week I went to Rodeo Ford Quick Lane and had GREAT service without an appt.

The guys behind the counter were super nice and knowledgeable. I waited on my vehicle - they said it could take up to an hour or so but were about to get it done in 40 min. Obvi that wont always be the case but its always appreciated when it is ready faster than expected. Location is clean and so far so good on my car.

My check engine light was on however it was a fuel canster was replaced for a reasonable price light is off they were very professional and kind

Staff are nice, but I think they charged me extra. I checked with internet and the same service cost up to $100 bucs less, at least! I think I wont take my car there any more.

Took two hours to complete an oil service. They were suppose to check the breaks but never did. Since Larry Miller took over the service is lousy.

Had a appointment to get a oil change and thermostat replaced less than a 20 dollar part. After over a hour wait they quoted $900. I advised it was a scam and to give me my van back. Had to wait another hour. Cause they hadnt changed the oil yet and did so after I stated give me my van back. The manager then disappeared to never be see again. Find another place. checking with attorney General about a formal complaint

Have had previous good services here. Had them do a diagnostic test on my truck yesterday and was told it would be 99+ tax. Was charged 101.50 + 10.50 for supplies which arent listed anywhere on the invoice. What the invoice says for the extra charge is customer refused service.

I have had very poor experience with this place. I’ve had to take my car back there numerous times for the same problem I already paid them for and this last time they told me they didn’t have the right tool to fix it and wanted to take it to the Dodge dealer. Long story short the cam sensors that they said were bad was not the problem it was a cam phaser and I had to pay the dealer to fix it when Larry H Miller should’ve fixed it right the first time. My warranty wouldn’t cover it because they said that Larry H Miller should’ve fixed what they already paid them to fix but I also had to pay cash along with them getting paid from the warranty company. But if they can’t fix it right the first time and want to pass it on to someone else I’m definitely not gonna take it back there again.

I took my car in to see them today on a contract plan that I had bought with my car.They did a great job and were professional the whole time. they told me the status of my car and didnt push me to buy other things.I called them later in the day and to tell them that I thought I had a skid plate that was out of place. When I brought it to their shop later in the afternoon it wasnt even their fault and was something from the dealership that I purchased it went from.They went above and beyond to try and help me and offered to put it back in place even though it wasnt something that they did.Both Paul and the technician who checked out my car were extreme helpful and friendly even though I had made them stay a little bit late.I would definitely recommend them based off of their professionalism and their want to help.

I have always received good service when it was Berge. So far so good on the first service with Miller takeover, however I will not purchase a vehicle from them after being told they had over 100 vehicles at their tent event at Cardinal stadium that were under $10,000. We were looking for a used vehicle for a second run around car and drove from the east side to check them out only to find 1 car at the price point we were looking at.My next F-250 Platinum will be purchased somewhere else.

They got me in and out in about the same time as one of those Carwash/oil change places where they have nothing but the top trained technicians😎 (haha). Rotated my tires, lube and oil for $20 less than carwash X.

No point in making an appointment at this place. Bought a truck from Berge Ford (Recently bought by Larry H Miller), excellent sales process. Make an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation, waiting 3 hours. Sales clerk explained the dealer doesn’t understand how to schedule due to our staffing at this satellite location.

A week after oil change I neededto add oil so brought back and there was a crack in oil filter top which was replaced free of charge. Stephen was awesome at his job as well as mecha ics kudos LMQL

The Quick Lane is very convenient for me to get my vehicles serviced. They treat you like family. They are very thorough in checking out your vehicle and letting you know whats going on.

I had purchased a brand new pop up camper and one of the wheels caught a screw as I was driving it home. I took the tire off and went to a tire shop across the street from me and was told they cant fix them. I called discount tire and was told a 3 to 4 hour wait time. I needed to get on the road so I could set up the camper while it was still light. Drove to 3 other places near to me and was told either they cant or it will be hours later. Saw Berge as I was driving through the parking lot of Superstition mall, and pulled in. Was initially told 2 hours and $15.00 dollars to fix it. Was the best I had heard so far so I decided to leave the tire. Got a call 30 minutes later saying the tire was ready. When I came to pick it up they told me it was no charge. 5 Out of 5, will be giving them future work.

I am always well taken care of here. I have been bringing vehicles here for at least ten years and have never questioned their ethics or honesty. Thanks for all your help with my recent tire issue, and keep that shuttle going.

Got my oil changed here three times. The past 2 times they did not check any of my other fluids. Windheild wiper fluid completely dry both times .. then call to ask a question and because the lady I spoke with doesnt agree with me she rushes me off the phone and hangs up as Im still talking .. wow.. not the best experience with this store.. limited options unfortunately in mesa.. so have to go to Phoenix for oil changes now

I would give zero stars if I could. First let me say that I have a mechanics background and take my vehicles in not because I cant do the work but because I would rather not do it in my spare time. We have been taking our vehicles here for years and the 2 reasons we will never go back is first, we would take my wifes car in for the works package. They would do the oil change but dont know if they ever did the tire rotation. I say that because when we went to put new tires on her car at a different tire shop they showed us the tire was so worn out that you could start to see the belt on the inside edge of the tire indicating an alignment issue. Now if the technician did the tire rotation at Ford Quick Lanes they would have seen that and let us know but they never did. The second reason is when I took my Jeep in for a brake inspection I figured I would have them change out the thermostat because it was leaking. Before I took it in I spent about a week and a half looking to see the path the fluid would take while it was leaking and to see if I could find leaks from anywhere else. After they completed the brake inspection I received a call saying both head gaskets and intake plenum gasket was leaking and they reccomend I replace the engine. When I showed up at the shop the Technician took me back to see the vehicle, showed me the build up of fluid near the intake plenum and the streaks down the heads of the motor. When I asked the Technician if he visually saw the leaks he said no. I explained to him the I have visually seen the leak from the thermostat and watched where the fluid would run. He NEVER bothered to run the motor to see the leak and NEVER did the pressure test to verify the gaskets were bad. Due to the failure to notify us of the alignment issue with my wifes car and the failure to do the proper test procedure I would never recommend anyone go to this shop. When I talked with the individual at the front desk about what happened they never bothered to try to rectify the situation to keep me as a customer.

We had a dead battery, that we bought on our honeymoon in Cali, we have worked with Ed before. So we brought the car in (via jump-start) with the Cali receipt he swapped the battery and ran electrical tests to make sure the car was in tip top shape. Berge Quick Lane was so helpful and courteous. We highly recommend them and will be using them from now on for all our car related items.

Unfortunately when I brought in my suv they scratched my steering wheel and damaged the weatherstripping in the floorboard. When I brought it up to them they said it was normal wear and tear . Its not normal wear and tear when you scratch someones steering wheel and knock the weatherstripping loose . I expect to get my vehicle back in the condition I brought it in .
