Stopped in to have air in my tire checked. Pep boys in the past have done great for me back home and in other states. This team upholds pepboys standards of safety and customer service. Without hesitation, checked my tires and had me right back on the road! The manager himself worked with crew to get me back on the road. Im so grateful this shop is here. No matter where I go, I know I can seek auto help from pepboys. Thanks guys!
I found Pep boys in a search for headliner adhesive. When I got to the store the section that was the actual store was blocked off as if remodeling. I waited for the clerk at the service desk to finish with a customer and asked if the store section was closed. He acted like I should have known they are now only a service business. Got my adhesive at Wal-Mart.

Excellent experience! I had a clacking noise on my car when starting and stopping. It sounded like a CV joint. A few weeks ago, a Hyundai dealer checked for the noise and said, its nothing to worry about. impossible to reproduce the noise, are you serious??????So, I went to Pep Boys this morning for them to have a look, they found the issue in no time! They found a bolt on the CV joint was loose and also another bolt on the caliper.Pep Boys Staff asked me who touched the car lastly, the Hyundai Dealer who installed the new tires 6 months ago! Pretty troubling when you think about it.And so, I am thankful, they did a really good job and I am glad to see there is still some helpful people in the US trying to make a difference! Bought a battery at the end of 2019 it was discontinued since then. I had misplaced the receipt but Deborah ( Service Manager) help me and went beyond. She took the battery and gave me a new one. Absolutely the best experience Ive had. I highly recommend this location for honesty and integrity.

Had a great experience at this location. Was at a different location for an oil change and they found something wrong with my car but didnt have a tech available to fix it so I called this location and they got me right in, fixed my car and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. The manager was very friendly and understanding. They are a little short handed so wait time is longer than it should be, so keep that in mind.
I dont think they know what theyre doing and they dont know how to look up any part number I would never use them
Customer service at the front counter is great had no issues there but watching the work being done was at a snails pace I was there for over 2.5 hours which would have been fine if the work performed reflected that but the technician was too busy staring at his phone. All of my center caps were so loose they were rattling around and surprised I didnt lose one on the way home and had to tighten all of them at home and makes me question the way everything is balanced as well and on top of that I had to put my own spare back under the truck when I got home which should have been done in my eyes as a courtesy for the customer. I am taking my vehicle to another place to make sure everything is properly done and torqued properly and balanced right I will not be back in the future the 2 stars is for customer service at the counter.
Brought in my vehicle and was told the issue was a broken heat shield. It was split in two pieces and screws were loose. Then I was told they are not able to service the vehicle.Went to another service center and the tech there told me there is nothing wrong with the heat shield. We both looked under the vehicle while it was on the lift. And clearly nothing wrong.With a puzzled look, the tech said, They probably told you that because they couldnt figure out the issue.Because of this, I wouldnt recommend this Pep Boys.

Made an 11 am appointment for an oil change, they didn’t even touch my car for an hour. Watched as it took 3 different people to figure out how to get the oil out. Sat up on the lift for 45 minutes so far with the oil drained. They simply walked away from it and left it. Is it really that hard to lower it and pour oil in? One guy is too busy taking breaks to vape. They’re either under staffed or need better employees. Was a loyal customer, may be looking for a new shop.

I took my Ford and to have a new computer put in they charge me $1,500 and I still dont have a vehicle 3 months later I also had a power steering pump put in and Im still driving around with no power steering if youre taking your vehicle over here dont have any hard work done to it because they have no f****** idea what theyre doing
Called the store 5 p.m. on a Wednesday, and Jennifer answered the phone.I asked her, if I could bring my car in today for a tire rotation and synthetic oil change?She, stated, as we speak theres only one car that would be ahead of you, and were open till 8 pm.During the phone call, she anticipated all my questions and concerns, then said that the synthetic oil change, and tire rotation would be $60.15, out the door. Tire rotations are included in the price of oil changes!I told her, I had a feeling before I called, that Pep Boys, would be the place and she confirmed my instincts,when they accommodated, my no appointment, last minute, car needs.What a relief to talk to somebody on the phone that is so professional, so courteous, so friendly, and gets right down to business in short order.Jennifer, and the staff at Pep Boys, provided great service, and were extremely efficient.Great price, great value, great service, knowledgeable, In-N-Out no waiting...Ill be back...
My husband took my red Hyundai Accent in To check my AC unit. We knew something is wrong because my AC is only blowing out hot air. I don’t need to tell Arizonans how hot it is here. The heat is intense. We brought it in last Saturday and they found out what the problem was. We need to buy several parts in order to fix the problem. They sent my husband home and told him they would give us an estimate once they knew. The service manager Debra has had no contact with us and today is Thursday. Every time my husband has called he has gotten the run around. Unfortunately Pepboys is not what it once was. I have never had an issue with them taking my money. So why the wait and no contact? I have the money to fix it on the spot. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I feel valued as a customer.

Everyone that I spoke with this last time we had the car taken care of was wonderful with the unfortunate exception of one individual. I gave the ok to do something that needed to be done and it was stated I denied such work when I called to see when the vehicle would be ready. We are waiting on that vehicle so we can leave, move, and have now been set back a day. I hope this doesnt happen again. I do appreciate everything yall do for us and thank you for taking such great care of our vehicles!

Come in the get a simple oil change and they broke my dipstick told me they find it like that even though i just got a replacement one a few weeks prior so i know it brand new and now there saying they cant change my oil because the dipstick is broken... just drain it and add the new oil you dont have to see the levels if its empty
People rave about Debbie but I disagree. Came there the first time in May and a young girl was there, everything went smoothly. Went second time the other day and left very displeased. Wont be returning to that particular store, customer service was bad. It was as if I was invisible when I came to the counter more than once to ask them a question before my oil change was done.

She made several phone calls and made them understand what needs to be done. She took my issue and made them her own and made sure I was taken care of.I love the Pep Boys!

Went to this location after a VERY BAD experience at another location. Everyone I dealt with has been super friendly and helpful about keeping me informed about what was going on. I am a Lyft driver and time is of the essence to me.
I have been taking my truck into this shop for the past two years. Debbie is an awesome manager, and despite how busy she often is, she will always do what she can to get you the best deal. I never feel ripped off when I go to this establishment.

They were totally cool with the fact that I purchased the tires at Discount and had their warranty. Could not go to Discount because they are closed on Memorial. Terrible!!! Worst service Ive ever had! First day they told me that itd only be a $100.00 for the quick struts installation (bought my parts prior). Decided to add my brakes being done, just rear end. Debbie told me 3 hours. It took almost 8-9 and upchaged on labor hours like no other. Total $700.00?! And she gave me a discount?

Ive had very poor experiences with Pep Boys in the past, and was going to never use them again. But a couple years ago I needed tires and could get a prorate at Pepboys, so I used this one. They have been nothing but professional, fast, and awesome. They make recommendations but dont push them. The mechanics wave and smile at my daughter through the window, which she loves. The manager is a very efficient woman who keeps things running smoothly. This shop is my go-to for anything that needs done with my car.

Good variety of higher end, and sometimes hard to find auto related goods, tools, products, and knowledgable/resourceful parts counter representatives. The autoshop stays busy (especially summer months) so call ahead. Overall, satisfied with the result worth paying for. 🥴😅
They beat the other guys quote on a steering fluid flush then charged a lttle less than that. Got me in the next day at the time I wanted and I was in and out. Plus Debbie is always pretty great. What else could you want?

We get all the family cars taken care of here oil changes etc. When we get tires within the next two weeks it will be from Pep Boys. My daughter and her husband wouldnt go anywhere else.
A/C not working. They were very professional, did a free diagnostic, then further diagnostic at $35, and refrigerant service for $86 total cost of job. Very pleased. Firestone wanted over $110-$180 depending upon amount of freon needed.
I never trusted a Pep Boys before until I came to this location. The manager has this place running smoothly, professionally, and very friendly. I dont feel like Im getting ripped off and they are always going above and beyond to take care of our cars when getting serviced.

Extremely slow service! Ordered the incorrect part twice and failed to correct the issue. I will NEVER use Pep Boys again.
Right now I’m upset so take of this what you will but I will never return to this location. I needed to have the rear rotors turned and when I dropped them off they said it would be an hour to an hour and a half but would call me when they were done. I ran some errands with a borrowed car and after two hours I returned for the rotors but they weren’t done. After half hour in the waiting room someone came in to explain that in this whole time only one rotor was done because since it was a solid rotor the technician couldn’t walk away from the machine until it was done and that it would be another hour and that they would call me when they were done. I went home which is only 10 minutes away and as soon as I got home they called and said the second rotor was done. So the earlier statement doesn’t make sense to me now. When I arrived at the desk to pay the lady stood there texting on her phone and never even looked up at me until another person walked in and then she said this guys here to pick up those and pointed to the floor where the rotors were. Still the whole time never even looking up from her phone. I was a little irritated at this point but didn’t say anything. The next day I scheduled an appointment for my car to be inspected for my work at Uber and Lyft and it passed every item on the checklist except the rear wiper blade so they told me it wouldn’t pass unless they put a new one on which I wanted to do myself but they wouldn’t sign off in the form unless it was done and if I left and came back they’d have to do another inspection. I told the lady that all it says on the form is windshield wipers and she said it says all wipers on the Uber form so I had them replace it. Then when I went to pay and she gave me the completed forms they both only said windshield wipers. When I questioned her she said Uber means all wiper blades but both forms only say windshield wiper blades. So at this point i feel lied to and strong armed. The rear wiper blade and rotors seemed to be done properly so they got an extra star. There are plenty of other places to go for future repairs and parts so I will exercise that option.I won’t be emailing you the details because I’ve just provided them above. I wasn’t happy the first time but came back and second time was just as disappointing. If you want to make it right then make it right internally so others don’t have the same experience.NOTE: I couldn’t remember the cell phone lady’s name until I read some of the other reviews and it was Debbie.
Took literally 25 mins to check out and there was no line. Guys just standing around talking and no one offered help so I found my own part. They were really nice when they finally did come to check us out
The store appears big but they have a poor selection of cheap products and their service center had told my friend when she took her car in for an oil change that she needed a new power steering pump, because her fluid was brown and smelled burnt and it was whining which indicates it was worn out. I had replaced several parts as a gift to her a week prior to that. The power steering pump was one of those parts. After telling her I had already replaced it we drove there together and confronted the service manager and it was refunded. I believe that person was fired shortly after that but I wont recommend this place to anyone.
It was super easy to order my parts online and pick them up 10 mins later at the store. The guys were helpful and thorough and I was happily out the door in no time.

Way too expensive. Needed two sensors installed which should have been a whole 20 minutes turned into 2 1/2 hours and 300 bucks later. ( I brought in my own parts mind you )
Needed a tire after work on a Saturday. In at 5:35 with five cars in front of me. The tire was off in an hour, tires balanced, and on my way by 6:55. Friendly, professional service☺

Fairly large store. They have a little bit of everything, except steering wheels. They dont carry those in store anymore. This seems to be 1 of the larger stores. Theyre a lot more expensive on items than the competitor, but some of it is unique and nice quality so it really depends on what youre looking for. I could have done without the upsale on led puck lights when checking out that. They were clearly able to be seen if we wanted them, I didnt need a 2 minute sales pitch on why we should get them or how great they are.
Went in for a receiver hitch you would of thought I went in for surgery. Went 3 separate times. Still not installed. Last time I waited over 2 hours before I finally left. I dealt with a lady named Debbie whos customer service skills are that of gas station attendant you steer clear of. The problem arose when I said the model of my truck 2008 ford f-450. She said hitch was $500. I bought it off amazon $230 and brought it back to be installed. No such luck. Thanks for wasting my time on several occasions.
