I was so happy with the auto body repairs they performed on my 2021 Subaru Forrester. It looks brand new once again and they completed in less time than originally planned for. Everyone I had contact with was professional and efficient in their work. They sent me a text update on its status everyday which is a great service and saved me time and money because I didn’t have to call them. They believe and treat their customers with high priority and customer service does exist within this company. I will definitely use them again and will refer many new customers to them because they are top notch in the work they do.

Took my car in, someone hit my quarter panel, took the paint down to bare aluminum, dented the crease out of the wheel arch and chunked the paint. Dime size dent roughly. Was honestly fearing the color matching aspect because the car has an off color black, but it was matched perfectly. The crease is back, no sign it was even there. The paint matches beautifully, no over spray, no ripples. They were even great enough to give the tires a good polish to match how good the car looks. I’ve already recommended them to my team at work if they need any body work. S/O to Nichole and the rest of the team on fantastic job well done.

I highly recommend the people over at Impact Auto Body. Took my car in after a tire on the road destroyed my rear bumper. The ladies at the front desk we amazing answering any questions I had about the process. Impact Auto Body has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen ANYWHERE. They even handled the phone call to the rental vehicle place.They were constantly reaching out over email letting me know what was going with my car every step of the way.Final results blew me away. They matched the paint perfectly to the paint already on the car. These guys are great at what they do!

The staff were very pleasant. It did take about 6 weeks to repair the hood, panel, paint, alignment. They had to wait for parts, however, it was beyond their control. Overall, at the end, the workmanship was excellent.

I had a unique problem. My license plate screws in the back were seized and every attempt I made was to no avail. I stopped in to Impact to ask their opinion. We had impact repair a door on our Tesla. They have a wonderful team! Tesla was kind of a pain to work with to get the parts. Impact remained persistent with them and once the got the parts in they called me. We got the vehicle in the same day the parts came in and it was finished by the end of the week. They kept me up to date via email or phone calls with what stage the vehicle was in. Really great job and team. Will definitely use them again if I need a repair shop! Highly recommend!

Absolutely an amazing place. My truck was parked at a circle k for 2 minutes and it was involved in a hit and run and no one saw anything and no cameras. I was devastated. This was my first new vehicle ever with no dents, no issues.. I wanted to just get it fixed and sell it cause I knew it would never be the same. I took it to 4 different auto body shops and all came to completely different estimates and issues and it just worried me in many ways. I asked a buddy what a good place to take it to and Impact Auto Body was their quick response. I took it there.. and right away just, walking in was great. I Was not overwhelmed, Jason and Jerod greeted me and checked out my truck.. and immediately Jerod noticed that the intrusion bar on the door was damaged... and i didnt notice it.. no other body shops noticed it... no one noticed it. Which is a big deal for safety. I knew immediately this is the place. So we scheduled a date to drop it off and when that day came.. wow.. talk about easy. I did nothing. I dropped it off. They already had a rental car for ready for me and they handled everything else. The owner Debbie even called to see how everything is going during the process. Last week I backed my truck into the garage and scraped the left rear fender flare. I stopped by IAB and asked If theyd look and give me an estimate for repair. The estimate was spot on! they also told me it would take only 2 days to repair .. Had b pillar trim replaced. Service was fast and courteous. Results look great. I use Impact auto body again. Got a quote from dealership for this repair that was double the cost.

We took our car in for front end damage repair. After disassembly additional damage was found. Impact auto worked with our insurance company and got plan worked. Upon completion, it was impossible to tell the car was ever damaged. The beautiful part was that the car looked like the entire car had been detailed. Looked better than when first purchased.. Than you Impact.

I had used Impact a few years ago when my car got hit. It got hit again - by a tent in a storm! I was happy to be able to take it back to them. Everything on the insurance was coordinated between them so I didnt have to be involved, but they kept me informed. A day before it was completed, they called to let me know there was a small piece of trim that was on backorder and was I ok with that. When it comes in Ill take it in for a quick fix. They are very professional and my car that got covered in scratches looks awesome once more.

I chose this place based on an independent review of body shops. A commercial van rear ended me and this shop was willing to accept payment from the van owner so the latter wouldnt have to involve his insurance. Everything went smoothly. The repairs were done on time and the car was in excellent shape when I picked it up. I dont normally give referrals unless directly asked, but since I relied on someone elses referral and was pleased with the outcome, Im paying it forward by leaving this review.

This Auto body shop has the best customer service and on top of that great great quality work. Took my jeep renegade in after being side swiped on the freeway. Had damage on the passenger door, side view mirror and front right fender. I picked it up on 9-2-20. The work that this shop did is beyond words. They went above and beyond and touched up a front bumper scratch and gave us some paint pens. There is an Enterprise right next door so the rental car process was easy. We picked up our car and it was detailed like new. We recommend Impact to anyone who needs auto body work done.

The repair was completed within estimated time and we were kept updated on a regular basis on the progress of the repair.We were provided with an itemized list of all the work that was done and Robert explained it all to our satisfaction.Quality of the work is excellent. Even though my insurance company has been a pain in my rear after getting rear ended... Impact Auto took amazing care of me!! Because my insurance company was a pain, my car was in the shop waaaayyyy longer than it needed to be. My sons 2004 Monte Carlo ls was brought there for repair. They added over $1,000 to insure adjusters estimate for paint blending which I asked them not to do i even offered to sign a waiver and they refused. Then they want to charge me $650 for waiting for 2nd insurance estimator to go there. This is a RIP off. I would strongly discourage anyone from ever taking their car there. They are not honest people. Because of their high estimate the insurance company wants to total the car. I can buy replacement parts for under $500.00. The car wasnt even put back together as it was when I dropped it off. Another frustration is the car was running when I dropped it off, now its dead, interior lights flash. They ruined my car! The car ran for almost 2 weeks before I took it to them and now, nothing.

Incredible! Fantastic! Amazing! I cant think of enough superlatives to adequately describe my experience. Bob and Debbie, and their whole team, provided outstanding professional service from start to finish. They went to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure I got all the repairs needed, and with only OEM parts. They matched my metallic paint perfectly. They made sure it was aligned to manufacturers specs. They detailed my car before returning it. I didnt even have to hassle with the rental car company: they arranged the pickup and drop off for me! If thats not enough, they called every couple of days to give me progress reports (thanks Bob and Whitney!) and got it back to me, in like new condition, a day early. This was the second impacted vehicle Ive trusted them with, and they have exceeded my expectations with both. They have earned my very highest recommendation on both occasions. I will never go anywhere else!

I would give them 10 stars of I could I was more than satisfied with the work they did for my car. I hit a deer and it messes up my whole front end. They worked fast and kept me updated withe everything. They worked flawlessly with my insurance. Just a good honest company doing solid work.

The owner provided shop inspection and compared to other you can eat lunch off Impacts floors, parts are in inventory not just laying around. Russ communicated very well on steps in progress. Yukon Denali repairs look great, almost new inside and out. So far no problems and I will update if anything changes but I will recommend Impact to friends and neighbors.
