I walked into Mattress 1...totally expecting to get pressured into purchasing a mattress b4 I could get out of there...TOTALLY the opposite!!! DJ gave me information...answered all my questions...let me stay and try out mattresses as long as i wanted...never once did I feel pressured for a matter of fact asked if this was my first stop and if I needed to check out other places he totally would understand..but the service he gave..the great deal he gave me...him being so open and helpful..I didnt need to go anywhere else. I would recommend Mattress 1..especially DJ to anyone and would say that if you dont check them out..then you wont be getting the best service or the best deal!! I had a total Happy satisfied experience!!!

Manager was knowledgeable, courteous and aware of our needs. He asked the necessary questions to get us to the right mattress within our price range. There were 2 other couples in the store but we didn’t feel neglected. Thank you!

Im very unhappy. About 2 weeks ago My parents, who both in their 80s purchased a new mattress, boxspring & frame. The mattress & box spring was delivered, however they brought the wrong frame. At the present time, my parents still have No frame for the bed. Their new mattr6& boxspring is sitting on the floor. My mom, who is recuperating from a broken arm is having to sleep in her recliner. I feel this absolutely inexcusable. There are plenty other Mattress One stores in the area they could get a frame from Or just take one from one of your displays in your store. I would Not have even given them 1 star but it wouldnt let me post my review without it.

It was great the salesman was knowledgable and anwsered all our questions and gave us a great price. Definitely will consider Matress 1 in future purchase.

I came in looking for a new mattress and was greeted very kindly by Karra. I explained to her that I had some back issues and she recommended a Tempur Pedic. Best purchase Ive ever made.Me and my wife sleep like babies.

We spent a lot of money here only to receive bad delivery service/setup and worst of all they lied to about rebate. Promised up $300 cash back and got nothing. When we called them about both they did nothing. And we bought one off their most expensive mattress. Do not waist your time here unless you want to get scammed.

Manager was extremely rude. We wanted to purchase a bed set for my mother and the manager made it seem as if our questions were bothering her. We left the store dismayed and will not return.

This place is simply a rip off I went to a store within a half mile from them and they had the exact same mattress $200 cheaper what a rip off

Nice stuff inside, too bad its like 500$ or more for a bed!
