Jim meant what he said and no double talk. What a relief. I will shop with him first from now on. I wanted to buy a futon for my balcony, but he said futons should not get wet and not a good use on a balcony. Good man!

The place is amazing. Got all our furniture and artwork here. So many beautiful things at great prices. Met the owner and of course Carl theyre both great and friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend. Go there every time I go to Cocoa which is frequently just to see what they get in.

I bought some tables from him. They very cleary broke a leg on one of the tables loading them on to my trailer. I asked for a replacement at the time of the incident. I was given no refund nor a replacement. Was told I would get another table in a week. Its been a month. When Ive called I have been given many excuses. Very rude personal. Their word is garbage. Do not buy anything from them. Hands down the worst buisness Ive ever dealt with. I own a 600$ table with a missing leg that they wont replace that they broke

What a great store. We had seen a wicker nesting table there we loved. Hoping to avoid a 60 mile trip to pick it up as it needed to be ordered we priced it at a local store and was quoted a price more than double what Jim Sears store quoted. They were extremely helpful with us with suggestions for our lanai room. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I have found the stores to be a fun shopping experience. Plenty to look at and the staff and owners are very helpful. They do the best they can to get you a great price, especially if you have a lot of shopping to do. The more you buy the more you save. Lots of great stuff for your Florida style home.

I found this store while looking to furnish new home in Viera. Nice selection of wicker, rattan, other Florida style furniture and accent pieces at very reasonable prices. When I got home and found that I only needed one nightstand instead of the two I purchased, they cheerfully refunded my money without any hassle. Great place with great staff; I highly recommend!

These people are scam artists. they say theyre having a going-out-of-business sale almost every month and then they just raised the prices and then say that they discounted them. if youre ever in the area take a look at the back of the store I have posted some pictures. I ask them nicely to clean up the back of their store and they still wouldnt. They have a bunch of dirty couches and mattresses in the back of their store that homeless people sleep on. My girlfriend has nearby business potential danger and they didnt clean up so I had to post these pictures😎😋
