Outstanding service along with great prices. From the owners to the delivery guys everyone was very helpful and friendly. Also a great selection in the showroom and if what your looking for is not there the sales person listens to what your looking for and finds it through the manufacturer. Everybody in the store was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I changed my mind three different times on the furniture I picked out and each time they were patient with me and took the time to make sure I was purchasing exactly what I wanted. One piece came in with minor damage and immediately I received a new piece without even asking for it. Everyone from Scotty, Myra and staff at Cloud 9 furniture are super people to do business with. I bought a bed boss mattress from them and I just love it! Its the best mattress Ive ever bought and they were very helpful in helping me pick it out. They are such a great staff I went back and bought two leather lounge chairs from them and again they were very helpful and caring with this order as well. Theyre pricing beats all others. The leather loungers are very comfortable and the only ones I found to fit and support my lower back. Thank you Scotty for helping me pick out my chairs and being right on with electric being the best!I would definitely recommend them for any purchase of any furniture and I will go back for more in the future.

We purchased an adjustable bed and we were told it would be delivered within 10 days after the 10 days were up we called again and were told another week and a half. Finally one month later and after 3 phone calls (We understand time delay due to COVID 19 but we should have been informed upfront instead of having to continually call) we received our bed just to realize it wasn’t what we ordered.We were under the impression (and our invoice shows) that the frame would have 2 USB ports and undercarriage lighting. Our frame has neither and when we called we were told there must have been miscommunication but if we wanted to purchase that frame we could get it for half off. We explained what our invoice said but were told again it must have been miscommunication. Extremely frustrated and genuinely feel as though we were taken advantage of. We will not be purchasing anything else from this store.

My husband, Mark, and I bought several items from this store recently. Scotty, his wife, and Myra were all very helpful. No matter how many times we called with questions, they were friendly and informative. They worked with us on price and did not try to haggle anything extra from us. One of the items we bought was a new mattress. After a couple of weeks sleeping on it, we went by and talked to Scotty about how it was too firm for us. He told us to look around the store and find one that was more comfortable for us. Once we did, there was a price difference of almost $200 (less). Without any request from us, he immediately went over and refunded the difference to us on the spot. We would recommend this business to anyone looking for furniture. They are kind, honest, and do what they say they’re going to do. Thank you Cloud 9!!

I have bought a lot of stuff from Cloud 9, starting with mattresses and then a new dining set, living room set, master bedroom and theater seating. I spoke with Myra in the store and she pointed me in the right direction. I found the manufacturer catalogs online that I really liked and Scotty gave me a great deal on the whole collection. They always bend over backwards to treat customers right - delivery, setup, guarantee and a smile.

I love Cloud 9! Theyre so friendly and helpful and saved me tons of $ with my mattresses and bedroom sets. My sons desk was unavailable at the time but they actually took the time to set up a really nice temporary desk for him in the meantime. I ordered a reclining sectional that came in sections. When it was delivered and set up in my living room as a free standing unit, not against a wall, I realized all you saw was the back. The back showed the gaps in between sections and velcro where it reclines so this made me not like the couch. I immediately called and spoke to the owner who allowed a trade with no issues. So in love with my new choice and am thankful Cloud 9 understood my concern.

Cloud 9 Sleep Shop was the smoothest experience Ive ever had in a furniture store. I went in to pick out two living room sectionals. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Scotty who took the time to sit down with me and ask exactly what I needed and he even asked for pictures of the room. Not only did he help me find what I wanted but he made great suggestions. I decided to compare the prices here to other locations in the area and the prices were great. He even included delivery and assembly. They basically told me the way they keep the prices down is because theyre family owned and they dont have the huge overhead of a warehouse. I recommend Cloud 9 as a very good place to buy a bed. Due to 2 car accidents that injured my daughters back, I knew I needed to upgrade her mattress to help her sleep better. I checked out several places in Brevard County before checking out Cloud 9. Im glad I waited. My daughter checked out many beds there with a nice choice and great information from the sales person. We got a fantastic queen size memory foam with frame, memory pillows, delivery, and setup for an amazing price. My daughter was extremely thankful, sleeps through the night, and has eliminated all pain with the new mattress and some exercizes a few times a week that have also helped her. What can I say? My husband and I were so impressed with Cloud 9. The whole service experience was EXCELLENT. Brice was the salesperson who is NOT on commission. The people here are part of a family owned business so there is NO HARD SELL. Everyone is knowledgeable, committed to service and full disclosure. What a novel approach...charge customers a fair price, back up your products with service and commitment and feel confident that you will get referrals.With the above said, my husband and I have been looking to buy a Tempurpedic for the past two years but the cost was really prohibitive. When we found out about Enso (which is the only brand Cloud 9 carries) we started to do our homework in earnest. The Enso is every bit as good as Tempurpedic...as a matter of fact...we now think it is better and at half the cost. Did you hear me???Half the cost!For the first time...in a long time...we feel confident in our current Enso Denali twin motorized bed purchase and we are looking forward to doing more business at Cloud 9 in the future.
