Best gas station in Merritt island cleanstore and nice workers clean and nice

Went here even though they are overpriced, rude, and have zero customer service skills.... I knew they charged 20 to 30% more than most stores for my brand so I had a coupon online that makes you pick the store that participates in the sale beforehand... I chose this store with the address on the screen along with store number and because the scan didn’t work he didn’t honor the coupon that is now useless because it was a one time deal. I work about two minutes away and live about five minutes away and will NEVER return to this trashy overpriced dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Send your employees to a customer service training program and don’t sign your store up for offers that you decide on a day to day basis that you won’t honor them.

The place was accommodating for me to get my souvenir, but it was a customer overall that made the difference for me, I had forgotten my 1 lottery ticket I bought for chance every time I visit another state outside of my own. I won back 3x more than what I spent was happy. The person behind the counter so so.

Seems to be there is always something wrong with the pumps here. Ive been completely turned away because the systems were down. Ive pulled up to pumps where the screen was not backlit so you couldnt read it. Ive seen the card reader loose so I had to pay inside. And theres usually multiple pumps down with bags over them. Why do I keep going back? Well, its convenient because its on the right side on my commute to work and I also save .05c a gallon with the Fuel Rewards card. If I know Im saving money, I can at least find the humor in the consistent shortcomings of this Shell station.

Half the card readers at pumps need replacing, rude staff, dirty inside, doesnt code products for fuel perks rewards.Shell Corp should carefully consider whether this place keeps its franchise, as they give shell a bad name.

Good place to stop and fill up and grab a quick bite to eat before we went to the Kennedy Space Center.

They acknowledged the issue... And apologized:-) problem solved!The issue was:At 2 AM Wednesday morning... ALL PUMPS WORKING...but none pumped anything but air. Lost $1 before I realized that the sound was air that I was hearing, not gas being pumped. almost became stranded due to this erronious Google posting that I drove to for o erover 15... already on fumes. :)

Will never give them our business again....... i use to go in there every day for 6 drinks and a pack of cigs..... i have 8 receipts of them charging me 8 different amounts ...... i confronted him this morning about this issue and he says that those are the prices, the prices he was charging me were way different then what the prices said on the items in the cooler and on the cig shelf ..... i feel that i am being ripped off ..... please watch out for this gas station!

Someone stole my fiances credit card and used it at this gas station. Have tried to call the phone number on Google and Shell website, and the number is disconnected. What a joke.
