People are very friendly but this is THE slowest business I think I’ve ever been to. And what kind of place shuts down for a half of an hour for lunch?!? It’s very unprofessionally managed. Unfortunately the other Walgreens is worse than this. I am definitely going to find another pharmacy to conduct business with.

This location CONSISTENTLY screws up prescriptions.

I went to the Walgreens on Wednesday Oct. 21 for a flu shot. I went at around noon, wont do that again, as I waited in a line of 4 people to announce I needed a senior flu shot. Then I waited 10 minutes just waiting to be given paperwork, over at the pickup line. While I was there, a man came up to the counter near me to pick up meds, and I backed up 6 feet. When the tech/pharmacist (?) talked to him, the tech lowered his mask! They were about two feet apart. I spent the rest of my wait seated in a chair at the end of an aisle. Another tech came to get my Medicare card and then brought it back with my 6-question paperwork. In about a minute the pharmacist/tech (not the ignorant mask-wearer) took me back for my shot. All in all, everything went well seeing as I was there at their busiest time, and both staff and customers were masked and 6 feet apart, with the exception described above. Were it not for him, I would have given five stars.

I have always been a Walgreens person, it has been my go too!! Since covid started, I am truly disappointed in Walgreens on Crocket Blvd.. I have not but 1 time seen anyone wiping things down or taking precautions. The hand sanitizer that is up front is dirty. It is very disheartening.. I left today and went to target. It would be nice to see more sanitary precautions taken..

I will never fill another prescription here again. After having my prescription for 6 days and being told twice “it will be on the next truck” and to come back, I’m now told that ordering it isn’t even possible. How can it not be ordered when supposedly it would be on the next two trucks?! On top of that, absolutely no communication from this pharmacy. I understand it is a busy time but this is completely unacceptable. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again if I can help it.

For people like me who are high risk and have stayed home since March 14th, it is sinful that Walgreens cannot get prescriptions correct. I have been back twice for three scripts. Now I find out they never even processed the one that the doctor specifically sent for my daughter. She keeps getting reminder emails to come pick it up...csn I please go a them a reminder to please get our medicine right?

Didnt call me when my Rx was reddy. Otherwise very helpful when I got there. Lots of X-Mas things on sale now.

The staff is great, especially the pharmacy staff. They even remind me when its time for my flu shot or boosters for other shots. Great place!!

Nice place to grab something quickly.

This place definitely came in handy when I needed to get something and they had exactly what I was looking for (which I couldnt find at the other walgeeens I checked)

Worst pharmacy ever, I have never been treated with such dissrespect anywhere and dont expect to hear back from them if they dont have enough information from your doctor if it was sent electronically and a change in your insurance company listed them. Lesson learned!

The cashier today was the rudest miserable person ever. No greeting seems she was mad she had to walk 10 steps to wait on me sorry I pulled you away from looking at merchandise on the shelf by the way took her 10 mins. Never in my life have I seen suck lack of customer service skills. What a joke

I buy all my medication and health supplies here. The staff are really nice and so helpful.

I was placed order online for store pickup 2 weeks ago, and never received any message for order status, I just called customer and knew my order has been cancelled today without no reason. It’s kind of ironic that such a big company would cancelled my order without notice.

Women in pharmacy with blonde streeks needs to mind her own business shes not a doctor and has no place trying to advise my doctor what prescriptions I should be taking for my personal problems she should be fired

Employees are very helpful here.

Always a long wait in the pharmacy no matter how you fill your prescription, what day of the week, what time, whos working...no respect of your time.

I dread going in there I only go there when I have to but the staff is always so rude.
