Great Place. Go here very often. Especially for the pharmacy. Store is always well stocked and clean. staff is always friendly very friendly this includes the pharmacy ladies and one gent. Love this place. Would not switch to another drugstore.

Clean. Not crowded. Found everything on the shopping list. Almost 5*s. In the general area. Pharmacy has been very difficult to deal with. Run out of regular prescriptions. Prescription errors are occurring. Also after calling to make sure script is ready, get there & its either not ready, dont have amount prescribed, or out of stock & no idea when itll be in. At times staff are rude. Changing pharmacies!

Had to ask the pharmacy tech a simple question about vitamins and she was rude. Condescending in speech. I will avoid this place now.

Great selection of items. They are a bit over priced though

So it isnt as exciting to review a drug store as a yummy restaurant but thats why Im doing it. The other night I was in there and the guy working there was clearly trying to make sure my experience was a good one. It was just nice to see someone trying hard!

Store is good, but Pharmacy is EXCELLENT! Really helpful including getting coupons for expensive meds. They really go above and beyond!

Pharmacist Supervisor very poor customer relations. Declined to refill Rx when CVS CocoaBeach was completely out of specific drug and said to customer “we don’t fill Rx for that particular MD-good luck pharmacy shopping”. No respect whatsoever for a patient in dire need when she had the drugs on hand.Immediately notified CIGNA medical insurance, CVS Caremark, and filed complaint with Florida Health Department

Worst pharmacy customer service Ive ever experienced in the United States of America and I travel for a living. Apparently they dont believe in first come first serve here if I were you I wouldnt get my prescriptions filled at this place or theyll take customers that came after you before you and then act like youre in the wrong with their wrongful attitude
