The customer service was exceptional, their practices as far as covid were executed properly. I really appreciated the time and effort they put into implementing all the guidelines and it made me feel very safe. I would totally recommend.

Went to pick up shoes from an online order and they didnt have the size I ordered. They said they would reject the order and I would receive a refund in 3 days or so. They couldnt swap it out for nothing else either. So I spent $260 today. Unnecessary.

Maybe its just Southlake Mall the shoe stores suck nobody helps you they just look at you again Id much rather shop online

DaLaceGod means I love shoes.. foot locker has always had issues with customer service. However this particular foot locker in Southlake mall is a little different. When we came in its was four of us looking to buy shoes. A guy name Nico with no hesitation jump right in got me all the shoes, right size, and everything which was different. The cashier was cool as well she was taking care of customers with a smile and greeting all the customers that came to the counter and it was a lot of ppl shopping. Will shop again

I ordered some shoes to the store to be picked up bc they didn’t have them in the store. I was told my shoes got delivered on August 12th but once I got there to pick them up the manger told me they weren’t there and that they never received order when I clearly had my receipt of it and if I wanted a refund I needed to call customer service. Sorry but who just gives someone’s shoes up. Not cool footlocker

As I entered into the store I was greeted and the young lady couldnt wait to help me. I thought I was finish shopping but as I walked around still looking the young lady was right with me and help me the whole time. Alexis was outstanding. Then when I went to pay for my items Sophia help me order the item that the store was out of. I appreciate these ladies so very much. I will definitely return to do plenty more shopping. So, I send my 22year old and 12 year old in the Foot locker to look for Jump man shirts while I took my youngest to another store. As I leave to meet my sons, my oldest was a bit upset. My boys both have dred And were wearing black. Apparently being stereotyped, they were approached by employee whoasked if he needed help he replied no, so she just stood there and watched him, then she asked again a s he repliedNO! I guess because he had a Champs bag she thought he was there to STEAL.....It gets better, then as he continues to shop she calls on her mic to another black male employee to cook e to the area where they were.....so my son decides at this point that hell go back to Champs to spend his money.. . When I hearthe story, I immediately go the Footlocker with my sons bag fromChamps, I walk around the store looking around, picking up cloths; takibg them off the hanger.....etc.....i was I the store for 26minutes, no one even said May I help you. Nice the LOUD MOUTH MANAGER who was there was extremely loud to the other employees pissed off about someone named Carlos who was coming in tomorrow. Point is be careful who you stereotype.....because I did the e exact same thing as my son and was not approached at all....WHY.....because I do have have dreds.....because I didnt have on black......as I was leaving the store, I asked the cashier who the LOUD MOUTH was, she said the manager......smh ...... now see why the service was terrible........smh
