We recently came to the conclusion, we needed a new bed. We stepped into the store and were cordially welcomed by Anita. She asked us several questions, about our needs, sleep habits, and then started showing us some beds. She also introduced us to adjustable bases. Which wed been thinking about for awhile. Their free one, from mattress firm, looked extremely flimsy. We looked as some more sturdily built bases. We spent several hours laying around on the different mattresses, before settling on a very comfortable Sealy mattress. We then selected our base. Anita started to write up our bill. During the process she found many discounts that applied to us(me being a steelworker). She was very thorough, and very curtious, and made our entire experience a joy. Walked into Mattress Firm and was immediately greeted by the store manager Patrick . We wanted to test out some mattresses and get pricing . Patrick showed us all the different types of mattresses and all the Labor Day deals going on. He gave us all details about what’s best for our sleep style . Showed us what’s best for side sleepers, back sleepers, hot sleepers, back pain, snoring, and how an adjustable base can drastically change how you sleep in bed. Customer service is always number 1 when you’re buying anything and Patrick exceeded that and gave us so much information and all the time we needed to test all the mattress and pillows . Extremely happy with my purchase . We went with the Serta iseries hybrid. Went in on Monday and it’s getting delivered Wednesday, can’t wait ! 10/10 5 stars

I went in to Mattress Firm to look for a full size bed for my son and the Sales Associate, Anita Thompson, was very helpful. She told me the benefits of the mattress she suggested and I chose it for my son. The mattress was so comfortable that I chose a queen size to replace my mattress that I got from mattress firm 11 years ago. Ms. Anita was the only one at work that day and she handled every customer accordingly . I am well pleased.

Went to the location over by Costco and the salesman was so rude, we were ready to buy and told him we wanted to sit on it for an hour and go have lunch before we buy, but we’d be back. He said “doubt it!” so we decided we wouldn’t go back to him just because of how snarky and unprofessional he was. We ended up immediately going to this location across Mississippi, it is not as large or as nice of a store but the manager Patrick was very kind and helpful! I felt that we got a good deal and will definitely go back to this location.

I was informed the evening before Christmas Eve that I would have someone staying at my house, which is hardly enough time to get a bed together. I had no mattress, and only a frame with a trundle underneath. I went to 4 different mattress stores to see if I could get a comfortable and reasonably priced mattress on Christmas Eve. Most stores dont actually keep mattresses in stock. Finally, we went into this store after being totally exhausted and Faith was able to get us some amazing mattresses within the hour. She was fantastic, and the mattresses I bought were incredibly comfortable. It was a great experience, and I am glad I was welcomed so warmly.

When walking into the store, we were greeted by Alexis who answered all of our questions and concerns regarding everything we were looking for. The manager Brett was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and not pushy. Brett helped my mother pick out a mattress, even changing mattresses onto the adj. base to see which was a good fit for her. When she found one she liked he had her lay on it for approx 20 min to see if it felt right to her. He had it delivered in 2 days and the delivery people were friendly and efficient.
