I couldn’t believe this store still had Tassimo t-discs!!! My partner and I love our Tassimo coffee system and wish it wouldn’t have died out, here in the States. I was so elated to find such a huge assortment (relatively speaking) of Tassimo drink options! I also bought so many Poo-pourri sprays for our shared bathroom at work. The guys that I work with “blow up” the bathroom every time they use it, so I was very grateful to find a little Poo-pourri stand with all these options. I’m also friends with a huge Game of Thrones fan, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this specialized little Game of Thrones display, and ended up finding the perfect birthday gift for him. This store has everything and I LOVE IT!!

Theres a young man that works the front and truly cares about people. I wish I recalled his name but if he reads reviews, hell know. Aside from that, really like shopping here and they welcome pets. Win win for me

This store is clean and in a convenient location. However, the last two times I have gone Ive spoken to or have dealt with one in particular rude woman that works there. This person is not pleasant, personable or welcoming. Maybe she just doesnt like her job? Needless to say the Manager on Duty I spoke with today was extremely the opposite of this women. Thankfully he was very friendly, helpful and gracious. He is what I love to see in managers at stores.

Bed Bath & Beyond is always a fun place to shop because they have so many gadgets available to make life easier. You can make your own sale by using the coupons they send you when you sign up to receive them.

To be completely honest I’m not one for reviews. Their only purpose is to feed our ego into thinking our opinions matter but I must speak on this.- BED BATH AND BEYOND IN MERRILLVILLE /HOBART I was in your store not long ago. You have incredible customer service. Every single employee I passed tried to assist me. One employee in particular stole my heart… SAM... she’s a diamond in the rough. Obviously any employee could show me where to find something in there store. I recently repainted from red to a very uncommon burnt yellow colored wall therefore I needed new curtains. This patient young lady looked at my pictures, helped me find a fabric to match the new wall color, and then helped me pick which new curtains would look good with it!! Seeing the colors side by side changed everything and I am forever grateful. She really went above and beyond. Bonus- My living room looks A-MA-ZING!

The name of the store pretty much says it all. If you need staples or some specialty items for your bedroom, bathroom it kitchen this is one of the better placed to go. There selection of kitchen told and small appliances is not as large as it could be but they carry the major better known brands. This is not, however, a discount store by any stretch of the imagination. The prices are in line with the brands, but certainly not bargain prices.

Great deals today. Went in to look and found some good deals. Wasnt fully stocked well, but I blame that on the covid.

I went to Bedbath beyond at the Hobart crossings the other evening and I had the absolute best experience. The young woman at the front desk, Sam, was as sweet as pie. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me as best as she could. She kindly and patiently explained the coupons to me because I could not understand why there is an expiration date if they don’t expire!!!! She didn’t make me feel foolish for asking the same question over and over again. She even helped me use the best coupons for the best deal. She was warm and inviting while diligently doing her job! Every time I go there I seem to have a problem but Sam changed my experience with the store. I will definitely be returning!!!She is a breath of fresh air and people like her are essential to business.Thank you Sam! Such a kind hearted soul!!

The name says it all, they have a huge variety of high quality bedding, bedroom decor, home essentials, bath sets and so much more!! A fantastic place to browse as well.

They have everything you need for the kitchen & then some. Also there is a nice little clearance section.

Beautiful store. Well-organized and full of nifty gadgets and high quality items. Unfortunately, also pricey--even with the 20%off coupon. Alas, if you cant find a particular houseware anywhere else, you can usually find it here.

Decent prices and everything you would need for your home

While the experience is what one would expect, I have found the customer service to be outstanding. Most stores have a highly identifiable goal of good customer service, but I sense something deeper in the persons I have dealt with in this location: that being purpose. Goals can be recorded and disseminated, but they are only scribblings until purpose changes it into fulfillment. Hint: its usually manifested with a genuine smiling of the eyes.

Bed and Bath are nice... but where they really shine is the beyond. Id rate it 6 stars if I could...

Never been in this store before in the many years it has been open. Some pricy stuff but not as bad as I thought it would be. Will be back in the near future though. Staff was awesome too.

A simple twin size mattress pad, nothing fancy, nothing under $55. Even with a coupon that is bit much. Did not love. Also had no sheet garters (to hold on your sheets) in stock, & not anyone other than the lone cashier that seemed to work there.

Today I was at the Bed Bath & Beyond store in Hobart Indiana. It was close to closing time and there were only three other people in the store other than the employees. As I was shopping I noticed that my wallet was not sitting in the cart any longer. I had turned my head to smell some candles and look at pictures and it happened that fast. When I told the employees that my wallet was gone nobody seemed very concerned. I asked to see the security video and I was told that there were not security cameras in the building or outside. I called the police and after I told the employees they started acting concerned. Once the police arrived at the store and I made my report one of the officers step to the side. Come to find out he was looking at the surveillance video. The other officer told me that the employees do not like customers to know that theyre being taped. After all of this a female employee came walking up to the front of the store with my wallet. She said it was hidden in a grouping of other things. I believe it was taken by an employee and waiting till closing time to remove it from the storePlease beware of your belongings while you shop in the store!**UPDATE. I SPOKE W SOMEONE FROM THE STORE. HE SEEMED CONCERNED BUT ONLY ABOUT FIXING THE ISSUE IN HIS STORE AND NOT MAKING THINGS RIGHT W MYSELF.****

Wallet - GONE! Was at Bed Bath and Beyond in Merrillville, Indiana and think it may have been stolen out of my cart! The manager “Dee” was a complete jerk and unhelpful! I asked him to look at the security footage and he told me the only cameras that work in the store are the ones that see you walk in and out if the store and all of the others are fake so all would be shoplifters, have fun! Tried to speak to the district manager “Carlos” who was on the phone with the manager and he wouldn’t even speak to me!!! That store just lost a customer PERMANENTLY!! Bed Bath & Beyond The fact that your district manager refused to even speak with me is absurd!!

Went in with 30 minutes left til closing. They had turned off the majority of lights, making it nearly impossible to see merchandise on the shelves. As the time got closer to closing they continued to turn more and more lights off until literally the only lights on were over the cash registers- VERY unsafe.Altogether it was a horrible experience.
