I had $8700 worth of repairs. Timing chain, water pump, entire steering and front suspension, brakes all around. 3 months later check engine light started flashing and truck was barely running. Called them and they said bring it back. I was worried and mad!! However, they fixed it within in an hour with no issues or hassle. Excellent service and they stand behind their work!!! Being a disabled Veteran On a fixed income. Its feels good not being taken advantage of. I f your reading this, take your vehicle here and set your worries aside!!

Great business!!! Took my car in at the end of the work day, they had it finished by the end of the next day. Car runs amazing brakes work great. Very nice people to deal with, they literally brought the mechanic out of the garage to confirm he could have it done by end of next day. Very reasonable prices as well. Overcharging for parts. Looked up part prices after an estimate & they were charging double for the exact same part at local auto stores. Have spent almost $700 on brake services with a different repair and had to be back not even 6 months later after that spending another $500 on brake services. Won’t be coming back.

My late father was an honest mechanic for 40 years and worked with Jason (the owner) for several years at a dealership. After he retired he always took his vehicles to M & M Car Care Center because he knew Jason ran a family oriented and outstanding business. I wont go anywhere else but M & M Car Care Center when my vehicles needs serviced. I trusted my fathers word and I trust Jasons work.

Brought my car at 8am Monday and they said it should be done by 12. They didn’t even call me to tell me how much until I called them. It closes at 5pm so I decided to call at 4 and ask when I can get my car. They told me “we got the parts in late”. What makes me upset with the situation is that they never updated me on anything. So they had to keep my car another day for brakes and a oil change? Ridiculous. Gary the guy in the front had the audacity to tell me Tuesday morning that “they try to keep a 5 star rating and he was thinking about me all night after work.” I got my car 12pm on Tuesday. My mistake for assuming the car will be done the same day.

I do not recommend at all unless you want to continue to bring your vehicle their for constant repairs! They call themselves fixing one problem and then you end up with several more including the original repair. They do not update you on what’s going on with your vehicle, you have to call them and ask. The owner doesn’t return calls or his employees aren’t advising him that he’s been requested. Not the way to handle business and your vehicle should not be consistently going back for same repairs and adding others. I would definitely say find another service repair shop!

Then the wait was no wait at all as I was in and out much sooner than expected despite them saying they were running late! Only use this place if you wanna be back and forth with them for months and be pretty consistently overcharged. I brought in a car for them to repair some things and they forgot to put coolant back in my car, which caused a pretty severe oil leak to occur, and ultimately caused my engine to lock the bucket. They then wanted 600 dollars for a fix they did, that was caused by damage they did, for my car that doesnt run. Thats something I cant understand. Use at your own risk, I guess

I got charged a $136 for absolutely nothing they claimed to refill my AC when my Ac compressor didnt even work and still doesnt work.. this is the second time Ive had a problem with this shop and will never take my vehicle back there again..

I didn’t want the dealership to work on my car because of past experiences. I was able to get permission to have M & M Car Care work on it even while under warranty. They replaced my transmission and a new battery. The customer service was beyond exceptional!! From Christy in the office, Fredo the technician to the owner Jason. They handled everything with care and professionalism. I can’t say enough about this experience. They even worked out a rental car for me to use during the process.Not only this, but Jason was very active in helping me find my daughter her first car!!!! These guys are awesome! I had a truck that went in to their shop 6 months ago and they worked with my secondary insurance provider to get me up and running again. Unfortunately truck went back down and it is back in there shop currently. They work with you on timing, pricing, and service. Fantastic service, extremely knowledgeable, and work with you instead of against you. Best mechanic in the area and thats coming from a guy who has ALOT of car problems in the recent past.

Absolutely love Jason the owner, his manager & staff, and mechanics! Have been taking our vehicles here for over 6 years and they are one of 3 honest shops I have come across in my life! My wifes SUV engine locked up at 85k miles and the manager called the dealership before he called me with the bad news. The beautiful thing is that he proactively called the dealership first and the engine replacement was covered 100% under the 100k power train warranty and he arranged the drop off already!! So we had it towed the next day and 3 days later my wife picked up her SUV with a brand new engine in it!!! Love how the manager handled the entire situation and as always took care of his customer first and foremost!!! Will refer to ALL of my family and friends and anyone who will listen!

I will absolutely be back here for any and all my car needs. What brought me here was the respect they’re showing to medical professionals and first responders with their free oil change offer. Since there are several first responders in my family, I felt this was extremely generous of them.I had the AC repaired, front brake pads and rotors, rear drum adjustment and a look at an oil leak. Jason was extremely fair and talked through what he wanted to do before any work was done.The repair was fast, efficient, friendly, and fairly priced. Thanks for your help, Jason! My ordeal started in October 2018. They said my transmission needed to be replaced. Ok, I replace the transmission @ $ 3,000. Within a year, the replaced transmission went bad. Had to replace that under warranty. When having the second transmission installed they say now you need a timing chain @ another $ 4,000. Last month I take the vehicle in again and they need a couple of hours to diagnose. I need to replace the ECM because it has pages and pages of codes. That was about $ 700. After that they say you need a motor at $ 9,000. Apparently I was losing oil and the engine blew. I had no indication of oil being lost for example, oil in the driveway. I never had problems with oil until the after the second transmission and timing chain replacement. I probably hadnt driven much more than 3,000 miles when it broke down for the last time. Its not my only vehicle. I finally gave up and junked the vehicle after spending about 8k in repairs in the past two years. I wasted a lot of money, time and effort. I feel a little taken advantage of. I rated the two stars based on the time it took for the repairs to be done.

First visit I got an oil change . The process was very quick. I was in and out! However leaving the establishment I smelt oil/ or gas wasn’t sure so I went to my personal mechanic and he told me that the oil cap was left off and oil was everywhere. We are all humans and people make mistakes! However I called spoke with Jason the owner and he was very understanding and without me having to ask he offered to clean the mess at my convenience! Based off Jason exceptional customer service I will return!

Love this place!! My car needed lots of attention. Didn’t have any washer fluid, oil was at 1%, and my tires needed air. But I only went in today for an oil change and left with NONE of my lights on saying I needed air or fluid. They did both without me asking them too.
