I did not know what to expect, but I was greeted and told what would happen and all of that would only be 50 minutes! They were right on the time! They never upsold or pressured me for additional business. I let him know we needed new windshield wipers and he installed them himself in 5 minutes. I pulled away smiling. I’ve wanted a RX 350 for some time and decided a few weeks ago to seriously make the purchase. I had no idea that most cars are not available, especially when you want a specific(popular ) exterior color and trim. But I was fortunate to have TESSA, as my salesperson. I had contacted several dealerships who told me that I’d never find what I was looking for in the current climate, but Tessa found the car in minutes and had it relocated to Merrillville. Her exact words were, “I’ll call you back once I find it”. No other dealers had even offered to look - if you don’t want what’s on their showroom floor, forget it. I worked with James and Bruce on the purchase of a new RX 350 that is a beautiful vehicle, that my wife is going to enjoy driving while feeling very safe. Both of them worked hard to get the deal worked out so both of us were happy in the end. Do to the vehicle shortage we had to wait for a delivery of it, during this time James did a good job of checking in to see how we were doing and keeping us updated, I just got the SUV and am happy at this time only time will tell about long term, I would recommend working with James and Bruce, both are fair and work at sealing a deal.

20 Thousand mile checkup. Save up and maybe no lunch for a week, it is costly. The only thing about the bad news was they did inform me up front and before I handed over my keys. In fact, the service representative warned me that at 30 thousand miles, I will have to pay double what I paid today. Hopefully, it wont be until next year in order to save up or hit the lottery.
Very good experience buying a new car with Dave Gardiner and Lexus of Merrillville. I appreciated that they were easy to work with and found they were pretty realistic on the value of my trade. I also appreciated them being respectful of the limited time I had at the dealership, they didnt try to pressure me into a bunch of add-ons. It was a night and day difference between buying at Lexus vs. Toyota. If you are in the market for a new car give Dave and Lexus of Merrillville a chance.

I also received a car wash and vacuum.I am responsible for my car and always have my services done at Lexus. I check with a friend who knows cars and nothing is ever done that is not called for in a timely manner.I love my Lexus. I kept the last one for 10 years. It is now my daughter’s car. I plan to keep this one as long and want to take good care of it.
This is by far the best Lexus dealership in northwestern Indiana. Service is on point, quick service time and my service representative Chris is always available to answer any questions and always greets me with a smile. Good experience with Edgar. He was very straight forward about what needed to be done and the pricing associated with it. I felt the prices were a bit high but that’s typical for dealership labor. I was told it would only take and hour and a half but it took more like 3 hours. I’m glad I didn’t wait in the waiting room but left and came back. Overall good experience.

People say, dont take your car to the dealership to be serviced, because they hack up the prices. Maybe they do, maybe they dont, but I like having the assurance that the work being done on my vehicle is guaranteed and right. Also, I have received great assistance from Chris, the Sales Advisor, in making the cost reasonable. Since the pandemic, I have not been to the service department, but recently I took my 2002 vehicle to be serviced, and I continue to be very satisfied with Lexus service. In addition to regular maintenance, I broke a side mirror and had an identified recall to address. Scheduling everything together was very easy. We were met by knowledgeable staff and the service manager, who provided a loaner. Totally, pleasantly surprised to have everything done by late afternoon. I was totally impressed with the professionalism Chris and his Team gave me. This is not the 1st time I have been given this treatment. I was looking at one of their newer used cars on the lot. The car looked really clean and seemed like a great deal for $40k. Took it for a test drive and to our surprise It was a smokers car. The car was overwhelming with cigarette smell. We asked if they would lower the price so that we could get the car provisional cleaned they said the price is as low as they are willing to go. So we offered to pay full price if they fixed the issue. They refused and said the car was cleaned already and the price reflects the smell and they told us they smell would go away on its own. Hopefully everyone that buys from this dealer buys new because I can only imagine what shady things they are try to get away with on other used cars.

I eventually decided to Tow it Lexus of Merrillville after speaking to a representative. They were able to resolve my vehicle trouble with courtesy as usual. I had to have my windshield repaired. When I got in my car, they had laid my back seats down, reset my drivers seat, reset all my options (like lane assist), and did the bare minimum. I guess I thought since I was paying premium to take it back to my dealership for the repair, I would get it back with at least everything the way I left it. A little window wash or vacuum, maybe. Nope. The windshield is repaired. I guess I got what I paid for in the end.
