My review is accurate. Check the other low reviews, they all read the same. Shes all about the money, not helping people. Read her response. You could go anywhere else but here. The owner of this place is not a friendly person, never smiles and is only about profit. They have places like Costco and Walmart donate items and they turn around and get 100% profit. I tried selling a bunch of brand new clothes with tags on them, and they didnt take them. I went down to Kid to kid. Sold! I recommend taking your business to Kid To Kid, right down the road!
First time when I donated, there was a good response, next times their approach changed: everything we give is worthless and they push you to donate. Couple of weeks back, my brand new Barbie set was not even worth couple of bucks. Today I had a big basket worth of toys that I dropped off at Goodwill- at least you know you are donating it.
This is a decent place to get clothes for kids. I still have the same issue I had several years ago which is that they still have way more girls clothes than boys clothes. I was just there yesterday and they had the entire area that used to be the play area filled with dresses but when I went back to the boys section I could barely find any t-shirts for my boys. When I go to trade in clothes they barely take any of the boys clothes that I bring. I understand if its not what theyre looking for but I always bring a nice stuff so it makes me wonder why theyre rejecting so much boy stuff but taking so much girl stuff. I used to shop here almost solely for my boys but I cant anymore because they dont have enough options. I will still come in and shop but probably not as much. I would love to see the boy section match the girl section in quantity and I would be shopping here all the time again.
Great selection and friendly/helpful staff.
Being them 4 bags of name brand clothing for them to only buy $4 worth of stuff . But yet on their racks is nothing worth what they charge. I’ve given this numerous chances and won’t be back to sell. Told the manager and she could of cared less.
Once I discovered this store years ago, I rarely shop anywhere else for kids stuff. And it just gets better with every time I come to shop. I never leave without bags full of items. And I’m not even much of a shopper normally. From a HUGE array of clothes, shoes and toys to baby necessities, maternity clothes and everything in-between they have all your kids needs covered. This is THE place to shop for second hand items. Our kids play in the fantastically fun play area where kids stay entertained the entire time you search for treasures.
Always had good service and great shopping. But not any more. Two very rude little old ladies out on floor. Couldnt be bothered to answer questions.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful while I was shopping. People mention in the previous reviews “limited sizes”, but please guys, this is a second hand kids store, don’t expect to ask for different sizes of a product. Everything is unique, as a second hand should be!The store is huge, smells wonderful and all the clothes were well marked, very clean and in great condition. Super cheap as well. Highly recommend this place if you need to buy clothes, shoes or toys for your little ones! 😊
I love this store theyre very nice and courteous and all you say hi I think theyre the best childrens story and they always have great stuff
I generally have a good time selling to this store. They tend to have a wide variety of clothes and their prices are hard to beat. I do wish they had more books, seasonal items, and pajamas. I was looking specifically for short sleeved shirts (it is the middle of July after all) and it felt like all they had were long sleeved shirts and pants. I also could only find a few swimsuits and NO pajamas which was frustrating. They tend to have a simple selection of shoes (think 5-10 of each size) but they are so reasonably priced. I also like the location and inside they have a gigantic kids area to play while mom shops and dressing rooms in the back to try on clothes.
Im not sure what some of the other folks are talking about.... they have never stopped taking in consignments. If they did they wouldnt have any inventory. We love them. We always get the majority of what we take accepted and the last drop offs each box yielded about $30 each of consignment credit. (Normal Amazon sized box.)If youre dropping off Garanimals or something you cant expect to get much for it if they were only $3 to begin with. Ive worked in consignment shops in the past and I know not to include anything with stains or holes and to wash things before dropping off. Basically this shop is fair, the staff have always been polite and we will continue to use them while our kiddos are growing so much!
Loved that this secondhand shop is made just for the kiddos. Great prices, new and very gently used clothing, but like it goes with most thrift stores, selection/sizes can be hard to find. I was extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be back!
Started out okay but has become a terrible deal over the years. They don’t want 95% of what you bring in, if they take something you get .10 and they put it on the shelf for $5. Now it’s even worse, have jump through hopes to trade stuff in and the customer service was horrible. Ignored like I wasn’t even there.
I absolutely will not shop anywhere else. I actually live next to Kid to Kid but I will make the longer drive to come here. I just feel they have more to offer in my daughters sizing and BETTER pricing. I do notice they’re going up a little bit but as long as they stay cheaper than Kidz Again I’ll make the extra drive.
Really disappointed they still don’t have dressing rooms, consignment drop off and bathrooms open. We will be shopping the other local consignment store until they are being more realistic. Not only is the store hard to consign and shop my last trade in they barely took anything and the quality of clothing I purchased was very poor. So disappointing.
Great place to buy gently used and even brand new kids clothes. I go there mainly for swim shorts, winter jackets/snow pants
This is our favorite kids consignment store in the area!! Their prices are amazing and I always feel like they give me more than I expect when I sell our baby items back to them.
I was so glad some of my mom friends told me about this place. It is a great place for my daughters who are 5, 4 and 1 years old. Every time we go we always find what we are needing. They have a great selection from newborn to about 18 months. So if you are buying for that age group this is your place to go and since the prices are so great why go anywhere else. As the sizes go up I have noticed the selection is just a little bit more limited but not enough that I feel I should take away stars because even when Im shopping for my 5 and 4 year olds I still am walking away with great finds for them. Im still able to find them their basic clothing needs, cute t-shirts, jackets, dresses, pants etc. And I have also found some brand new items too which is great. Something that I appreciate at Kidz Again is that they have maternity clothing as well, and so much more, such as diaper bags, boppy pillows, baby gear and toys, shoes, dance gear, season appropriate items and my girls also love that they sell pretty hair bows, so that is a plus. Each time we have a need for one of my girls we check this place out first to see if they have what we are looking for and 9 times out of 10 they do. The prices are great and I appreciate that each clothing item sold is in great/good condition, Ive never run into problems with stains or rips when looking through their selections so it is a staple store in our family and we appreciate their business! I highly recommend this store.
First time going to Kidz Again. We just moved to Idaho and just went to drop off a bunch of gently used clothes. Great costumer service. The girl that helped us out was so good at explaining the process and answered all our questions! We dropped off a lot of clothes and only took half of it if that, but the price they gave us in return for them was great and totally reasonable !! Definitely WILL be returning again :)also I have 2 questions I forgot to ask ? :)Some of the clothes I got back were in good shape and we’re from a sort of known brand (cat & jack) but we’re a lil out of style lol.My question is do you guys have a list of items / brand you guys don’t accept ? And do the clothes have to be in style ? If so will you guys be nice enough to email me ? :) i tried looking on your guys website before going but I couldn’t find anything.BUT OVERALL YOU GUYS GOT A 5 STAR FROM US 🙂
I love this place. I can find good, clean clothes and toys every time I shop. The clothes and store is neat and organized. They are picky in the clothes they receive and with good reason. The staff are super friendly and courteous! I got 8 pairs of jeans and 2 jackets for less than $30, all of which did not have stains or rips, all had very little sign of wear.
Love this store, always well priced, and always a treasure hunt. Thank you for making it possible to dress my boys in cool clothes that aren’t just Carter’s!
Organized, reasonable prices. Not enough boy clothes to choose from.
This is pretty much the only place I shopped for my kids clothes, and have for 8 years. When I drop off clothes I only send what is in excellent condition and in season, and averaged $20-$30 per drop off. They donate the leftovers, which saves me a hassle.I will say I have been soured on their dishonesty. I took in 3 large boxes of clothes. I always mark to donate what isnt accepted. The lot included 3 pair of designer jeans with tags on them that were more than $80 a piece.I was shocked when I was texted that unfortunately none of my clothes were acceptable. I did call and talk with a staff member who told me they just had alot on the shelves and werent in need of clothes in other sizes. I live 40 miles away so wasnt able to come pick them up within the 24 hour pickup.I was back in town about a week later and decided to stop for clothes. I saw a rack with ALL 3 PAIRS of designer jeans. Thinking maybe I was crazy, I went to check the racks in sizes I had dropped off. At least a dozen items were hanging on the shelves that they had not accepted. And they were ours because I cut their tags at the bottom and write their initials inside for daycare/school etc.I started to collect all the items to take to the counter for my WTH confrontation and decided it was just easier to shop somewhere else.So yes....GREAT place to buy clothes. I just cant do it anymore without wondering who they screwed over so I could get the great deal I got.
This thrift store is the best of its kind. Parents everywhere rejoice! Brands name, great condition clothing at an affordable price! Winter coats under $10, 2 year old dress shoes $3, and more! Im floored at the quality and pricing every time I visit. Highly recommend! Note: if youre a parent who prefers to buy new clothing for your child, you can actually sell your old clothing in good condition to Kidz Again when your child grows out of it!
I’m a single father and let me just say... the store slogan of “things kids need, prices moms love” is very very offensive to us single fathers who raise our children. That right there in singling out all men who care for their child, single or not. Not every man is a deadbeat dad, and not every mother is a good mother. This is not okay to single out genders based on whatever crazy conspiracies this store owner has. I personally feel offended. This is not okay.
Awful experience here. I used to enjoy shopping for things for my little ones but will be taking my business elsewhere in the Valley. Dropped off two huge bags of brand new clothes, many with the tags on and two pairs of brand name shoes barely worn. Filled in the slip to say DO NOT donate what is left over. Not once did any member of staff explain the process to me. I explained I had never done this before and she said she would text in an hour with my total. I received a text offering $12 for what I handed in and could pick up what was left. I explained I had just had a c section and a baby and wouldnt make it back in 24 hours, until my husband was next off of work to drive me (you cant drive after a c section) and the girl said they would hold them. I come back for my clothes to find they had all been donated, additionally I now have no idea which clothes they actually purchased from me. I spoke with the owner who was RUDE as well as her manager. For a store that caters to and makes money from those with Children, they have no idea of how to cater their customer service to their clientele. Will be spreading the word. Awful business practice.
I sold to Lynn back before they opened and they were buying so the store could be open. Love this place, the selection, the staff, etc. I’ve always felt like the money given for my items was fair and usually find what I need.
I went in today to attempt to give away 8 bags of baby girls clothes. I’m having a boy, and the only reason I kept the clothes was in case I had a girl. Now I know what I had was allot and I felt bad but the staff there was super nice and helpful. They explained how the process worked and if you couldn’t stay while they sorted they can text you when it’s time. Another good thing was they had a huge cart to haul the load in, which helped me because I’m 8 months pregnant and couldn’t carry heavy bags of clothes. It wasn’t just the donation area people that were nice the woman who checked us out was also very helpful. We got in store credit for clothes for our new baby, and it was simple to use! There prices are amazing not to mention reasonable and it’s a very classy used store. I think I found my new favorite place to shop! I would recommend this place because I had just went to another used store to try to donate and they were very rude, and said we had to much stuff to go through so they only looked at one bag, made me think every place was gonna be that rude, but no! These people were friendly, nice and in my emotional pregnant state I didn’t feel to bad for having so much clothes for them to go through! What they didn’t take they even kept to donate for us which was SUPER helpful! Great customer service!
Great for new parents. Like Goodwill for kids. I bought over a dozen outfits for my kid and barely hit $40. The clothing is in great condition and doesnt have that thrift smell. Always a must for my family.
Wont be back until they open their indoor bathrooms and get rid of the portapoty. That doesnt even come close to looking out for public safety.Typical indoor bathrooms are cleaned daily. Portapotys are cleaned once a week if youre lucky, if you can call an empty and refill a cleaning. Seriously disgusting that they would think this is any way to treat their customers or stop the spreadSeriously disgusted.
This place is nice. I love how I can get cute and nice clothing for my children that are affordable for our big family. We also bought some toys, bike and shoes. Very good prices too. Very affordable vs other places. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do. Highly recommend this place!
Its always so clean and people are always so helpful
Love shopping here for my kids. Even though most of the items are used they are in great shape and low prices to help when I cant afford much. Thank you guys, Hope you always stay in business! :)
Amazing experience with trading in lightly used clothing. Came to the car... Brought the load into the store for us. Nice selection of clothing, accessories, and baby toys.
This is the best way to get the things your kids need and let go of the things they don’t need anymore. Everything for sale is in good condition, stylish, and clean. The prices are very reasonable and save our family a lot of money. The staff has always been excellent to work with. I love shopping here!
This is the best kids consignment shop in the Valley. Awesome prices and super helpful and friendly staff. I have consigned countless things and this is pretty much the only place I shop for the kiddos. Love Kidz Again!
My wife and I love shopping here for kid clothes. Always have high quality clothing at a great price.
Kidz Again has a great selection of new and used items.
Kidz Again and their team are amazing! The owners genuinely care about their employees and are quick to answer any questions or concerns. Every experience Ive had with the staff has been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Kidz Again! 10 stars!
This store is amazing !! Not only do they have name brand clothes in amazing shape, but the prices are super affordable. They also give great deals on the clothes and baby items they buy from you! I’ve moved away and moved back and haven’t been able to find another store that is even close to comparable with what you can get!
Love kids again. Has the best selection of resale clothes and it just seems so much cleaner than other resale shops. Always go there over the other places. Staff is always friendly also!!
Heard about the place in a Moms group. The prices were very reasonable! Spent about $40 I think for about a weeks worth of clothes plus a backpack and two hats! The clothes were in great condition! I recommend this place for awesome prices, great clothes/toys/essentials and friendly staff! Plus they have a play area for your kiddos while you shop! What more could you ask for?
This is the place to score great gear for your little ones. They accept only gently used quality items. You can trade in your kid gear for cash or in-store credit. However, do no expect to get a ton of pay off for your trade ins.
By far the most unprofessional and dishonest place to get trade in or cash. I dropped items off and received a text right before closing about how much I would would receive. I disliked the amount so I responded back a little bit after stating I would pick up all of the items. Went in the following day to pick up my items only to find out they had been donated. They didnt want to look for any of my items at first. Everytime Ive gone into the store their items arent as clean or good as they used to be. Im assuming an older gal to be a manager, she wasnt nice about it what so ever and didnt seem to even care. Not her items, not her problem attitude. I found it very annoyig that I had to continue pressing for my items back.
I brought in 2 boxes and a large bag of gently used kids clothes, all named brand. They told me to leave the stuff and they would text me once they sorted through it. They took a lot of what I dropped off, some items still with original price tags. I had no idea what they gave me for each item, but I would guess I made $.50 per item, all name brand. Not worth trying to sell here, better off donating or giving to a needy family. I feel like I got ripped off. Wont be using them again.
Face masks required for customers. You have to be joking. When I called yesterday to see if Kidz Again was open, this requirement was not mentioned on the phone. When I arrived I saw the large banner at the front entrance requiring face masks. This was a waste of my time as I dont own a mask. Your staff needs to inform people of this requirement when they call so they dont waste their time driving over. Masks are not readily available and most retailers dont require them.
I went there to sell my boys “used gently clothes” they took 4 Christmas sets which includes pants long sleeve shirts and the vests on top, practically brand new ones, very expensive winter coats, and many more clothes from well known brands in excellent condition and they just gave me $17 for all!! They are paying $ .99 or less for every piece or set!! Can you believe it?? I felt ripped off!! It is the last time I drive all the way there to sell my clothes, better sell them online in marketplace for $5 bucks or donate them. Don’t waste your time and gas, they are making money by ripping off people or just read the comments below. I sincerely recommend do not “sell” your items in this store.
Awesome store! They always have a large selection of used and new Items to choose from at very affordable prices! Selling to them what my kids have outgrown is easy and they offer in store credit or cash. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and very clean and organized store!
One of the things that I value most is genuine kindness and an attention to detail - the gals at this store were so kind and the selection of items available were fantastic! The checkout lady was the sweetest and offered me advice on the care of the item I was purchasing and the owner is the sweetest gal! She greeted us as we walked in and had such a kind smile. She has such a great selection of clothing and I’m sure it’s because of the attention she pays to the incoming items before she accepts them. I’m so grateful there’s an inexpensive place to shop for my girls and I still get a great quality product! I would absolutely recommend Kidz Again!
I’m new to the area and this place has been my favorite find since moving here. I have 4 kiddos who dress in great quality clothes at a fraction of what they are new, and some are new.The employees are extremely nice and helpful and they have a great play area for kids.Good job Kidz Again
Took in very nice clothes and the season we are in. Only took a few items. I seen some gross clothes on the rack, which mine were in way better condition. Total ripoff. Probably will not shop here much anymore.
Where is customer service anymore? Granted I should never have bought stuff from the store, as I don’t live near it and am only in the area every other week. Yet I called to see if they would accept my returns tomorrow- 8 days after I purchased them instead of within 7 days. Since I’m not in the area until tomorrow. They refused. Not going to make that mistake again
Nice place, lots and I mean LOTS of clothes. Even has a little maternity section. Could you more baby accessories but still great shop with lots of options.
Absolutely love this store! They have great prices for great clothes. I’ve bought most of my baby’s clothes here and they are all super adorable. Always my first stop when I need something for my babygirl !
Writing this as a past employee who was let go from the store. I will never suggest going to this store after the way I was treated while I was employed by Lynn. I was excited to work full time for a childrens store because I had work a lot of retail in the past and having full-time hours were great but communication about how they wanted things done was very inconsistent. I had no problem working registers or needing to be back up at the registered but I was never given a number of people in line to look for, because if there were two people in line i would be told to help by one manager but then told by the head cashier that they were fine, so i would go back to my station, waiting for the line to get longer, then being asked to help out once it was. I also had one day of tagging training where I was yelled at and not listened to by Lynn, the owner, as to why I physically could not do the job the way she wanted because I had items that did not match the tags I had in my possession, but wouldnt take two seconds to hear me out, I spent the rest of my shift having a breakdown. Exactly a week later i was let go because it wasnt a good fit and not giving the level of customer service we need. They also dont seem to hold their customers to high standards, because I am one of those people who make jokes about what is commonly known as brain farts saying things like My brain stopped working for a second or sorry my brain was buffering and I was pulled aside and told that I needed to stop doing that because the customers would start to think I didnt know what I was doing, and I was also pulled aside because like most people I talk to myself or objects when they are not co-operating, like clothes not coming off of hangers, security tags being difficult to get off, and was told I had to stop doing that as well.So while this is not a review of the company from a customer standpoint I hope this inside look at the management help you understand how it is run and make a decision based on how the owner and her management team treat their employees.
I have gone here for years. I used to rave about them. They do have some great deals on newborn to 4/5. After size 4/5 the clothing selections are severely limited. Lately I have been very disappointed in their customer service, and how much they dont take out of boxes I bring in. I have taken in boys clothes in the sizes I know they need, and they didnt take nice blue jeans, and I made all of $10 credit with 3 large boxes. They always seem to have a help wanted sign up, and today I got a glimpse as to why. They expect potential employees, to jump to come to an interview in less than an hour. How is that a way to run a business? After setting up the interview, they call and cancel because they didnt like that indecisiveness caused from a last minute request. Poorly done!
Have been a long time customer and when I dropped off items for sale I asked how long to sort, trying to determine if it was going to be the same day or next day to return to retrieve the non purchased items.I was told 20 minutes so I decided to wait.35 minutes later I called to see if there was an issue with their texting software etc that was causing me to not be notified.I spoke to a someone claiming to be a manager who said it was going to be ANOTER 20 minutes and asked why I thought it would take 20 minutes. He stated it takes longer than that and I am feeling lied to. Now I’m expecting to get ripped off on the trade in due to the lie about the time it should take to sort.Likely the last time I ever frequent the establishment.
I love shopping here but my 1st experience trading was awful. I waited 2 12 hrs so I could try and get my granddaughter some school clothes. And out of 2 big bags. I got $5 for a couple things and sent the rest home. Never again will I bring my stuff here. I just needed some school clothes for a 5 year old.
Kidz Again is definitely my favorite kids store! I find clothes for my boys with tags still on but with great discounts! In addition, the manager has donated clothing to both a medical mission and to local foster care respite providers. It was wonderful this month to see the childrens faces when like-new warm pajamas and dresses in the perfect sizes were waiting for them. Thank you, Kidz Again!!
The staff is always nice and helpful.I enjoy going there and seeing what kind of great deals they have!Prices are great and there is a lot to choose from!
We love Kidz Again! I have been taking our kids clothes there for years in exchange for store credit. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. And the store is very well organized.
Worst selling experience ever!! The employee informed me to come whenever to pick up my stuff. Well once I wanted to get my items they had been donated so make sure you pick up after 24 hours. The older lady who took my items was super rude from the moment she approached me to pick up my items from me. I’ll never use this store again.
The best kids consignment place Ive ever been to in terms of plentiful inventory and so its easy to get bulk seasonal shopping done. Its also thoughtful that they have a kids play area to make shopping easier. Just wish theyd consider giving more credit towards trade-in items that are brought in; especially when theyre unused or new.
Rick was an extremely abrasive and rude individual. Had a better time donating/buying at the thrift store across the street. Had better treatment in boot camp than how his attitude was. Ridiculous.
Love this store for dresses! Dress up and church dresses! Such good quality and super good prices!
As I cannot justify the insane markup on 99% of kids clothes (considering kids where items of clothing 3-4 times before they grow out of the ), my wife and I frequent kid’s clothing resale shops. Kids Again has a huge variety of clean clothes for decent prices. They have a great program for returns/credit as well!
This is a very nicely organized and clean second hand consignment store. I absolutely love shopping here.. everything from clothing to toys to maternity. Great place!
I really love shopping here and would give five stars except for the fact that they dont pay much when you turn over your used items. It does add up, and the convenience outweighs the cons, by far. Being new to the area, it was great to find a place to do the majority of my 1st graders school shopping on a budget. She now has a large wardrobe filled with only slightly used items, mostly from high quality brands. Prices arent Goodwill low, but are great, especially considering the quality and convenience. I love that I can get a majority of our kids clothing and much of our baby item shopping done in one place and even have a place to bring them all back to when were done. The staff is friendly and inviting and they make the selling process simple with a dedicated department with staff available to take in your items quickly and simply. All in all, we will be happily shopping at Kidz again, likely for years.
My most favorite second hand store. When kids out grow we trade in for new clothes! Store is so well organized & clean & kid friendly!!
Great place to get things for kids. Very affordable
Best resale experience I’ve ever had.Extremely friendly and helpful. You must try for yourself to appreciate how great this place.Meridian is very lucky, Thank You
I love this place and I think its the best kids consignment store in town. Generally their prices are fair and their selection is amazing. They even have a big area for kids to play while you shop (my only complaint here is that the kids area is up at the front of the store near the entrance doors, I wish it were more central). People always complain about the money you get for trade-in stuff, but honestly, its comparable to anywhere else. I feel that they are picky about what they take but that just makes the selection that you shop better!
Enjoy coming here with my kids, I always find what I need. Very friendly staff and very clean. Would definitely recommend coming here to do your kids shopping.
We LOVE Kidz Again. Super sweet and helpful staff and they give pretty good prices for trade-ins. I recommend this place to everyone I know who has kids!
High quality used clothes, books, toys, and other items for babies and children. They were happy to answer any questions I had about trade-ins. My preschooler loved playing in the designated play area too.
Will definitely not do a trade in again! They toke 17 matching items! And only gave me $20. Some of them had their tags on them!
Being a mom of three, this store is a lifesaver. My kids look amazing without breaking a bank. Affordable prices and great selections.
I always enjoy shopping here. There is something different every visit and great variety.Great shop👍
Spent an hour there for them to give me 4 dollars and take a bunch of stuff. My kid was not having a good time so I just took the 4 bucks and left. Won’t be back again.
Love their prices. I always find great quality used clothing at great prices. The employees are always friendly.
This is my new go to place for my kids and I. We went to this store this weekend and it was so busy I did not have a good feeling about getting the help that I needed. Boy was I wrong, the gal that greeted me was more then helpful....!! She directed me to where I needed to go to sell my clothes, they were more than fair with the credit that I received and even though some of my items were not up to their standards they offered to donate them for me for free. Then I found the selection great. And also I did not know but they sell NEW clothes as well. I was able to get just about everything I wanted and even more. As soon as I clean out my other kids closet I will be back. Thank you for a fantastic shopping experience.
Have found such great deals on great clothes here! Went to the mall and had a few items picked out, ended up putting them back and coming here. Got way more clothes for cheaper than the mall prices. Will keep coming back!
Love this place and how well its organized. The color coding is my fave! If youre just going to find an outfit for something, its so easy to just go to either the boys or girls section and then by size and then by color! And it seems they always have seasonal attire in the middle section, which also make things easier. Halloween costume, Christmas dresses, winter clothes etc. And the prices are great!
This place is so awesome.Im not sure why some people write bad things but Ive had back to back excellent visits. Thanks for giving people a different alternative to buying new things.Keep up the fantastic work.
The cashier was super friendly, and it was super clean. They had a large selection of shoes. I wasnt too impressed with the clothes. There was hardly anything there for the boys sizes 4t-5t. So if youre planning to go looking for boys clothes that size I would wait awhile to see if maybe they restock it. Also the prices are a hit or miss. But definitely one of the cleanest second hand store...
I will shop here, but I will no longer sell anything for credit. I have found some great deals, but over the past year or so, every time Ive brought items in for credit they have given me less and less. Better option is to take items to Good Will down the street and get a 20 percent off coupon. Also, sometimes the staff is very friendly and other times they are very rude. Just too much inconsistency.
We love Kidz Again. You can get a credit for donating kids stuff that your kids grew out of or no longer use. They have a neat kids play area. The staff are all friendly. They have a couple of tvs, sofas, and cushy chairs in the back for the older kids too. Very neat looking store.
What a fantastic idea this store is. New and like new clothes at fantastic prices. Summer clothes for a 7 year boy and 6 year girl for less than $80. Everybody’s happyThanks Kidz AgainPS Everyone that helped me was super nice
I found a lot of good things there for my boys.. but looking back on my receipt they charged me more than what the tags said.. you shouldn’t put a .99 tag on something and then charge me $3.99. ESPECCIALLY when the other store tag where it’s from is $4.... I’m pretty upset about being over charged and it was on multiple items.
Great prices on kids used clothing and shoes. Ive also resold items here and usually get a bit of money back that I can use for future purchases. Lots of new with tags Target items.
Used to work here and still shop here after years. Love supporting this locally grown and owned business. Especially with owners that are active in their business I will be a forever customer.
Had a wonderful experience buying and selling clothes.I had never been to a resale store before and they made it very easy. I had a million questions which were answered with a smile.Everyone that helped me was extremely nice. Will definitely be back👍
They dont really pay you even 1/4 of what the clothes you take them are worth or what they sale them for. Better off just donating the clothes to a charity.
Great place to find kids clothes at cheap prices! Clean facility with loads of options
Always have a good experience when I shop here. Staff is friendly and selection is typically pretty good!
I used to enjoy shopping here but, the store has grown more and more disappointing with each subsequent trip. The staff is typically condescending, fairly certain its a term of employment here.Overall, overpriced. Stains have become the norm. Lots of thrift store condition pieces at resale prices, with a few overstocked items from Costco sprinkled in between. Play area is dirty.Couldnt find any pants for my daughter. Its still February and theyve put away their winter/fall inventory replacing it with rows and rows of shorts and swimsuits... Good thing its below 30 and snowing all week. They have a nice set up, too bad theyre overpriced and rude. Taking my business elsewhere.
Would love to shop here but the smell has made me leave both times I have tried to visit this place. Surely you dont have to use that much air freshener, its horrible.
Great place to hamg out while the kids play and talk with the other dads so the moms can shop!
I love this place, been in twice. Today I got my 2 month old a whole summer wardrobe and my two older kids quit a few items as well for 80 dollars. If I went to even Walmart it would have been well over 100 for cheaper quality clothes. I dont think Ill ever shop anywhere else for my kids.
