How is this not global??? These donuts are the best donuts I think I have ever had. I would drive across the state for these donuts. They make their own fillings and the Bavarian cream is hands down my favorite. If you havent tried their pigs in a blanket, you have robbed your taste buds of something truely amazing.

I just visited this yummy donut shop a few minutes ago. Yes the donuts are delicious, always are. What set this business apart from others is the absolute amazing, refreshing, bubbly, customer service that I received while there. There is a lot of good customer service in the Treasure Valley, but Erica stands at the top. Wow wow wow.

Very nice and friendly staff.I bought a Cherry pie treat, it looked to be full of cherry filling but when I got home and bit into it NOPE just had cherry filling on both ends the rest was hollow void, I am very disappointed. I also bought a maple bar and chocolate bar and both were like eating air and had no flavor.I don’t know if I went on a bad day or what but I will never be back.

Love their made fresh daily, donuts! And, I always get a couple dozen holes to snack on during the day. Just wish that they were open later than 1pm.

Really happy this place opened. Fun and creative donuts. Always fresh and super good! Everyone here is so nice and patient while you make your choices. Theres seating and wifi so you can relax while eating. They offer a wide variety of drinks as well but the donuts are the main focus.

Wow! We are just visiting from out of town and found this place from a Google search. They serve the most fresh and delicious donuts. Friendly service too. They were as soft as pillows. Even the old fashioned were light and soft

I started a new bad habit on 12/6/2020. I had a Bacon covered Maple bar at Sweet Sensations. I also had an Apple Fritter and although it was very good, the Bacon covered Maple bar was amazing. The Maple was sweet, the donut part was wonderfully fluffy and the Bacon was savory. Im not a fan of donuts that are to sweet. This was an amazingly balanced sweet and savory treat. And as you can see, they were generous with the bacon. Ill be a regular at the Sweet Sensations spot.

Someone had recommended this place so I decided to try it over the weekend with my sister. There was a long line but we made it through quickly and the girl at the counter greeted us and helped answer our questions, she was so sweet to my 2 yr old daughter and gave her a donut hole to eat while we ordered! My daughter is a horribly picky eater but she devoured that donut which surprised me! We got home and she was asking for more donut holes but we hadnt ordered any and to our surprise there was a few in our box for my baby! So impressed with not only the most delicious donuts weve had in Boise but the amazing customer service! I cant wait to go back.

I was brought a box of doughnuts from the home owners of the house I was working on. Ive never had these doughnuts, Ive been missing out. They are soft and airy with just the right amount of crunch to make your mouth happy.

The donuts here are very light and fluffy, almost melt in your mouth delicate. The ladies running the place are super sweet! You can choose any donut too and have it filled, and they do it right in front of you. Got several donuts and they gave us somedonut holes that were absolutely phenomenal!

My cousin told us to come here and we loved it! The owners were so nice to our kids and gave them a couple of free donuts. The donuts were very tasty and fresh. I will come here again and bring friends and family here when they come in from out of town. The donut holes melt in your mouth.

These are some of the best donuts Ive ever had, and Im a lover of donuts.The ladies at the window, and newly reopened inside are wonderful at serving well. They will fill any donut with any of three fillings: fruit jam, custard or buttercream. The frostings are extra good, but the whole thing is excellent with butterfcream, especially the longjohns.I highly recommend this place for the great taste of the donuts and the gracious and good service.

These doughnuts could brighten the darkest day. They melt in your mouth like a cloud of sugary goodness. Get in there early as they sell out quick and close when their stock is gone. 100% worth getting up early.

Best doughnut shop around. Great assortment of flavors and the doughnuts are soft and fluffy. The frosting and creams are not too rich and still full of flavor. They also fill your doughnuts with creams or jelly right there as you order. So you wont get any soggy doughnut bottoms if they happened to have been filled previously for some time. Great friendly staff and enjoy the doughnut hole garnishes I get each time.

Probably the best Donuts Ive ever had. The Apple Fritter is unbelievable, Maple bar is excellent. I still need to try the old fashioned donuts. The Icings are nice and light but full of flavor, and not just colored Sugar. The donut holes melt in your mouth, and they always throw in a few extra with your order. The line was almost out the door this morning, but I was in and out of there pretty quick, and the woman that helped me was super nice. Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed.

Sweet Sensation Donuts was our favorite donut shop in Idaho. The owner was always super sweet and her pastries were super fresh and delicious. Unfortunately the last few times the quality has progressively deteriorated. Today was the worst our kolache’s were not warmed up as asked and they were squished flat in a bag. The doughnut holes were on the stale side and the cream filled chocolate bar was sour and filled only halfway. It’s super sad because like I said this place used to be amazing but ever since they hired a bunch of staff it’s just gone downhill. Hopefully this is just temporary. We will give it one more try in a month or two with the hope that things have returned to the way they were before.

Best donut shop in Meridian. Best apple fritters in town. Donuts are light and fluffy. They are not overly sweet. The fritters are the perfect ratio of apple to dough. Real apple chunks. You know they are using fine ingredients for everything they prepare. Plus they tend to give you free donut holes with every order.

Fluffy, airy, delicious and they never last a second day in our house. They literally call your name...and are a guilty pleasure. They do sell out quick, but it just gives me more motivation to wake up earlier the next day. Worth every penny! You cant get this kind of quality anywhere else. Soooo amazing, fresh, and delicious. Place is fantastic, extremely clean, always fresh donuts. I buy them for my work pretty often and they are by far the ones the most people ask me where they are from. And it is awesome that they will fill the bars and eclairs with whatever filling you want on the spot.

This was my first time here at Sweet Sensations. Very clean store and a wide variety of donuts. I was surprised that when asked for the Boston Cream donut, that they fill them right there so it is fresh. I am definitely going back to buy more if these delicious donuts.

We were shopping nearby and asked Siri where the closest doughnut shop was and she sent us here! Wow! The doughnuts were fantastic. The dough that they use for the doughnuts is so amazing and have a sweet almost brioche taste. We tried the maple bar with bacon and it was life changing-- ok maybe that is an exaggeration but it was close. This is a must try if you are nearby. Heck, if you arent nearby go too!! Staff were friendly and helpful. I will come back and bring friends!

Amazing donuts! I am not a donut fan. My kids love when they get donuts, those days Id turn to eggs or something else for myself, until now. I found this place on accident and my kids wanted to try them out. They are so incredibly good and worth every penny!! The downside is I now need to move so i dont get fat! :)

This place is our favorite special treat donut shop. I stumbled upon it one day about a year ago and I cant say enough good things about it. They are always busy, for a good reason though: delicious melt in your mouth donuts. I recommend their mixed dozen special on the board. It seems to have been the same special for over a year now, but it is a good deal. The next day, they are very good, not as good as fresh but still better to me than other places out here. Their donut holes are very very good too, I highly recommend those.

There are only a handful of good donut shops in the valley. For the longest time, DK was the donut king of Meridian but Sweet Sensations is a new contender. I’ve been here three times now and each time my donuts have been soft and fresh. They are kind of expensive but I don’t really mind that because donuts are just an every-once-in-a-while thing. My kids like the fun, candy-covered donuts. Most of all, the staff is very friendly. I’ve received something free all three times I’ve visited SSD. Highly recommend.

This is our new favorite Doughnut shop. They melt in your mouth and are not super greasy and heavy. The employees are so great and always add a few complimentary donuts holes for our kids, which they love.
