The service was excellent. The Donuts were fresh and warm. The Ham and Cheese Kolaches are so yummy. Friendly and quick staff. The Cherry Donut is amazing.

Ordered 3 dozen donuts for our daughters birthday party 24 hours in advance. No problem. Arrived to pick them up at the agreed time the next day and they had no idea wed ordered anything and did not have what we needed for the party. Two thumbs down for not being reliable.

I bought donuts for my 4th grade class. They loved them. Awesome apple fritters and lemon stuffed donuts. They lock lobby at 3 but drive thru is open until 6 pm. Clean, friendly, fast. Ill be back!

I saw this establishment advertised & stopped by on my way home While I was in Meridian. The 3 different donuts I purchased were very Plump, Moist & had a Very Good Fresh Taste! I was told by an employee that Shipleys Makes Everything Fresh Daily..

Great choice of donuts but I think The big Earl is overhyped its more bread than sausage The sausage could be bigger like Lees donuts

The donuts are fantastic! Very warm and fresh. The service was fast and friendly even though there were several of us in line. Parking is an issue in the mornings, but maybe they’ll work something out with the shopping center next door in order to allow for overflow parking.

The Cinnamon Twists were a bit dry. The hot glazed chocolate donuts were delicious. The coffee is very good. Staff were polite, friendly and welcoming.

So far have been three times. Grew up with this place and just loved it back in the day! Was so excited that we had somewhere besides Lees Donuts! The cinnamon twists was super heavy and overdone. Chocolate iced donut wasnt so great. Guess as I got older I figured out I like glazed chocolate iced donut. Theres no glaze on the chocolate ice with Shipleys. But Ill probably go back and try the glazed donuts and give the cinnamon twists another try...

That Maple Bacon Donut, I was skeptical at first but after finally trying it, its officially my new fav!

I live in Wyoming was in town for Thanksgiving. The line at drive through was terrible but grand opening its to be understood. But once I got my dozen glazed doughnuts it was worth the trouble ow man .. loved them. Around $9 a dozen but hey its that good!!

The doughnuts are great! Just have to count if you get dozen cause most times its not a complete dozen. Dont think its intentional they are just super busy. The people are awesome!

My favorite doughnut is the maple bacon. Each time I have visited my doughnuts were fresh. The service is good...not really fast though. The prices are reasonable too.

Came there this morning with my son and mother. I was watching the young white girl who was working on the register and fixing the donuts while we was eating in the inside. She was wearing black leather gloves, touching money, the register, and the donuts with the same gloves. That’s not sanitary and that’s cross contamination. She wasn’t using the wax paper or that paper you all provide to pick the donuts up with. It was being seen by other employees, but nobody said anything.

I love these doughnuts, however our order was incorrect. A chocolate filled doughnut is not a chocolate doughnut with a white cream filling. Please listen to your customers and if you are not sure then ask because now that it is mostly drive through its easier to get home with the wrong order. So ask again or show the customer if youre not sure yourself. Remember the details in the words can make all the difference. Again, great doughnuts but listen to the customer order.

Loved the atmosphere. They have a reading nook with a couple couches and some bookshelves with books you can read, along with tables and chairs. The doughnuts are made fresh, behind a glass wall in the lobby so you can see how they are made. With a wide variety of doughnuts you should find something for everyone. I didnt try their kolaches yet.

Parking lot is horrible. I thought i was gonna get hit sitting at the drive thru window. Donuts werent fresh not even slightly warm. Ive been going to Shipley in my hometown my whole life and never had donuts so not fresh.

You got kids working there who have no idea whats going on and cant even reach the top shelf..they cant serve everything on the menu because they DONT HAVE everything on their menu and the cashier doesnt even know how to work the register ... THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE
