I’ve been a customer of Krispy Kreme for over 20 years and have been a customer of this particular franchise since 2015. Every single time I’ve visited this place I have always had a great experience. As much as I enjoy the limited-edition varieties (which are usually my favorite) the original glaze is ultimately amazing. The iced coffee drinks are also quite fantastic. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I went there for St. Patricks day and they had cool donuts and they are tasty.. Also,try the caramel vanilla latte and get a large. Its amazing. You wont regret it.

We dropped by to get some happiness for the family. Its the day before fathers day. Ordered a dozen plain and a half & half dozen for myself. They were out of my favorite Bavarian cream filled. I sadly said a substitute was okay. They informed me that the dozen glazed was on them for a fathers day gift. I get up to pay and they covered my other cause they were out of my favorite donut. Such a rare treat to going beyond great service. Thank you for the great fathers day gift! Please note this may have just been a one off, it reminds me why I love living here. A random act of kindness has made us a loyal customer for life! Well done & thanks again...

The best donuts I’ve ever had. The freshest, most fluffy, and the right amount of sugar. Prices are reasonable, employees are very kind, etc. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I would give them a 5 star for taste but customer service you just never know. Today Emily (visit time 3:50) took my order and seemed bothered I couldn’t make up my mind and very bothered when I asked her about an email promo. Very disappointing in her customer service.

I LOVE this place! So why only 3 stars? Because for some crazy reason they no longer offer the plain Kreme filled donuts, only the ones with chocolate icing. I like chocolate, but not on my donut! They used to offer both options but no longer. Sad day.

I ordered two boxes of donuts and they got my other wrong as well as forgot my coffee order, I was not very happy about that. I asked if they could correct the missing donuts and replace them with the proper donuts we requested as well as add my coffee onto the order, But the cashier seemed like it was a hassle to fix the order or get my coffee.... so I probably wont return anytime soon. Its a very expensive $31 mistake that Im not willing to make again

The staff is amazing. They didnt have raspberry filled. So we were fine with what they had. When we got to the window they said our order was free because we were so nice to the employees. They were extremely busy and they treated us so well. Thank you!!!!

Stopped through after 9pm and was a little disappointed to find out the lobby was not open. Was able to place an order through drive though. Their hot chocolate was top-notch as always, my favorite out of anywhere. I tried one of their new oreo creation donuts, tasted good and fresh but not my favorite. I would have probably ordered something else being able to see what I was buying. Good customer service, but it took about 8 min to make the hot chocolate. Good enough to keep me coming back

So.. Krispy Kreme. Huge cult following. Its a pretty cool place to watch the donuts being made. The donuts are..ok. I can honestly only eat here 1-2 times a year because the donuts are so sugary they make me sick to my stomach. Service is usually good. I have found that inside the restaurant its usually pretty hammered. I have had to sit at more dirty tables than I can really remember. Most the staff are usually a younger crowd and give off the we dont care attitude. Not necessarily mean at all, but probably not getting paid enough to really care about much cleanliness of the place. Much better donut places elsewhere.

Grand daughter and I spent the morning together. She loves watching the donuts cook. That and the specialty donuts are wonderful. Oreo, key lime, beach paradise, lemon filled....

It would be nice if they actually sold you the donuts that they made instead of keeping them all for drive-thru. I called ahead of time to order (has happened more than once) was told they didnt make certain donuts at all at that store, only to show up to pick my order up... And be told they do make those but theyre sold out now. A little upsetting (due to having to travel to get there & only being able to once in a while) to know that I could have gotten the donuts I wanted if the lady would have let me order them like theyre supposed to let you. Other than that I love Krispy Kreme LOL.

Love love love the cream filled Bismarck with chocolate icing. And get a second one and put it in the fridge when you get home. A day later is delicious. Cant beat Krispy kreme.

The light is on but they dont put fresh donuts in the box. But keep giving donuts from previous day. The frosting is already coming off and the donuts and slimy and the donuts themselves are hard. They keep doing this multiple times already. And the drive-thru is so long dont want to stand in line for 20 minutes to exchange donuts. And I guess they know that and and keep trying to sell of old donuts. Not cool.

Its a fat kid heaven! They have amazing doughnuts. If its your birthday, you get a free doughnut, and if youre a rewards member, and its your birthday, you get an entire free dozen.You can even go inside and watch them make doughnuts through a glass window. That was my favorite part about going there as a child. :)

Worse place ever. Noone ever seems to pick up the phone. It should be 9:00p.m. close time. Ive been by there 3 different times this month around 8:30p.m. and their already close. I can see the people inside and they just ignore me. Great costumer service, NOT!!

Krispy Kreme is one of the best donut places. Were visiting from out of town, and our time does not have a Krispy Kreme LOLUnfortunately they were out of a few things, but we still got some pretty great selections. I was a little disappointed with the pumpkin. It was quite dry. Not what you expect from Krispy Kreme. Everything else was delicious though.The pumpkin shake thing was really good. How my husband got a mocha one. Its so hard to decide what to get.The store was clean. It was not very busy at all inside. The staff is pretty friendly. More like attentive. Not really Smiley or chit chatty. Just kind of help you get your stuff and go. LOL

They were really hopping today, and there wasnt much left! Excellent customer service and delicious donuts every time!

Finally had a chance to order the Halloween donuts, paid over $20 to have a dozen delivered to Boise. The kids were so excited only to see we were missing the Wolfie donut & orange donut. It was mostly filled donuts that looked like something off of Nailed It. Really disappointed.

We drove 2 hours to pick up krispy Kreme and wow I know its been a while but they are half the size the they taste like old oil. The customer service was terribly rude. Never ever again

Unbelievable that Krispy Kream in Meridian closed thier lobby today! Drive up only! I guess thats one way to limit the number of free donuts they give out on National Donut Day. Better to just not participate at all than to do this.

The donuts here, especially when fresh, are little glazed pillows of Heaven. They are one of the reasons I will never be very skinny, but my life is better having tasted Krispy Kreme.

The donuts were excellent, fresh and delicious. But the folks working there at the drive up window were the best part. Really put a smile on our face and fun to talk to.

The doughnuts were hot and ready. The smell in the store literally made our mouths water just by stepping in the store. The customer service was fantastic. The doughnuts were soft and amazing.The tables needed to be cleaned that was the only down side. Other than that, great experience.

Great place, I drove from greeleaf all the way to this location, since its the only location here in idaho close to me besides the one in boise.. but love there oreo chillers.. omg.. again omg.. omg... omg.. its that dam goood!!!! Small crunchy oreos with a chilled iced coffee smoothee was a perfect match! Love the reg glazed doughnuts as well, the only thing that bummed me out was that they gave me the older doughnuts aside from the fresh ones on the rotating rack.. I kept asking the worker gal about the fresh ones but they seem to not want to do the extra work, and you have her co worker complaining about her job as loud as can be, saying a 8 hr shift is way to long.. people work regular 8 hrs.. do they not..?? I thought I was complaining when I complained about working over 12 hrs shifts 4 days a week non stop.. but I guess 8 hrs is rough for a 5 day work week? Give me a 5 eights anytime of the week.. I would love the extra sleep! But love my bigger checks every week..😆 🤣

Everything on the building said it was open including the drive thru lights being on but when I googled it it says closed.

Went to the drive through earlier well before this place was closing. Two teabags girls and a male watched us at the window trying to get there attention. They would keep looking at us and still wouldn’t go to the window. We went around the drive through twice. There was also 4 cars behind us and they didn’t wanna help anyone. Very disappointed

I will agree the donuts are very good. However we had ordered donuts for a 3 year olds Birthday a week ahead to make sure they would get done. When we went to pick them up the day of the party they didnt have them ready and said they knew nothing about it. They were so rude about everything Im sure because they realized they messed up. Totally ridiculous and uncalled for.

Really disappointed this morning. Got up early to get fresh donuts and not only were the monster donuts not ready but they wanted to charge 12.75 for one dozen glazed when their own local website menu showed $8.75 per dozen. When I asked she said prices were world wide - I showed her the site and she just said “well those are our prices do you still want them?” No offer to match their OWN posted prices and further did not offer the Saturday sweet or treat deal as even possible compromise. Wow. Super poor service. Don’t see myself coming back.

I tried to use two glazed dozen gift cards however I wanted to upgrade to an assorted knowing I would need to pay the overage. They agreed. I pulled up to the window to pay and she said I could only get two glazed dozen. I agreed to one but asked for “4 pink non filled Valentines donuts”. I paid. Left.... I got 4 chocolate donut.

I purchased jelly doughnuts on Saturday, the 27th fd March. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no jelly in the center. I informed the folks at Krispy Kreme about this on Monday. They didnt even shrug it off, just stared and asked me for my order. Terrible customer service.

Went through drive-through. Wanted 4dz. They had 9 donuts.... Drive-through completely full so was stuck in line for 20 minutes for no reason.. If you are a donut shop you might want to have donuts or find a way to not have a customer stuck in line for 20 when you dont have product.

Krispy Kreme is still supporting the vaccination campaign by giving away a donut to any vaccinated customer. Today was the first time I was near their store since I got my shot. Not worth a drive across town for, but glad to get an afternoon snack.
